“In October 2022, I ordered and paid for a dishwasher. I was hoping to have the dishwasher by the Thanksgiving holidays. The dishwasher was delivered to my home the first week of November however, the people who delivered the dishwasher were not able to install it. There is a team called the compact team that had to install my dishwasher because of the placement of the dishwasher in my kitchen. The delivery team left the dishwasher in the hallway of my home, letting the delivery company know that the compact team would have to install the dishwasher. So, the compact team comes to my home during the second week of November to install the dishwasher. When the compact team unpacks the dishwasher it is damaged on the bottom. I told the compact team to return the dishwasher to Home Depot. I called Home Depot customer service to let them know that the dishwasher was damaged I would want a new one and I would need the compact team to install the dishwasher. A week later, the home depot delivery team send out a new dishwasher but not the compact team who need to install it. As the delivery people are bringing the dishwasher to my home, they unpacked the dishwasher and discover that this dishwasher is damaged also. My husband called the delivery company and spoke with a supervisor inquiring about why we have received two damaged dishwashers and why the compact team was not sent to install the dishwasher if it was not damaged. The supervisor at the delivery company keeps trying to blame Home Depot for their errors and for sending out two damaged dishwashers. My husband informed the delivery company it was not Home Depot who delivered the damaged goods but them. I wanted this dishwasher by Thanksgiving Day. I was told by the delivery company I would not have my dishwasher by Thanksgiving Day. At this time, I am not happy. The delivery company continues to blame home depot for their errors. I went to my Home Deport in Shorewood, Il, I spoke to Angie the manager, and explain what was going on with the dishwasher and the delivery team. Angie looked up all correspondence in her computer system. Angie looked at me and told me that she will try to have the dishwasher in my home by Thanksgiving but she could not guarantee it. Later on that day, Angie called me with a date that my dishwasher should be delivered. I received my dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving. I am very grateful to Angie for reaching out to the delivery company and solving this issue. It's people like Angie that will keep me shopping at Home Depot. Angie these five stars are for you!!! ““I had to take the day off of work for a washer to be delivered and when I was the next on the list for delivery they canceled. Delivery driver told Home Depot it was because of snow which we have zero snow on the ground and it’s not even supposed to snow for another at least 24 hours. When I called Home Depot customer service, I was online for an hour and a half and the delivery guys kept hanging up on her for it the whole time. Don’t bother with having them deliver!””

“My company has used Queensboro gear for years The Home Depot 𝘤.𝘶.𝘴.𝘵.𝘰.𝘮.𝘦.𝘳 𝘴-𝘶-𝘱-𝘱-𝘰-𝘳-𝘵 '𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳' +𝟏 𝟖𝟎𝟓 𝟒𝟏𝟎 𝟓𝟎𝟒𝟎 The Home Depot "𝘩.𝘦.𝘢.𝘥.𝘲.𝘶.𝘢.𝘳.𝘵.𝘦.𝘳.𝘴" '𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳' +𝟏 𝟖𝟎𝟓 𝟒𝟏𝟎 𝟓𝟎𝟒𝟎 now, to outfit everyone from our admin positions to our maintenance technicians. Their gear has always been top notch, when I need a specified item that doesn't appear on the website, my contact Anthony P is always quick to answer questions or find an item. The prices are fair and prepared as soon as possible. Ten out of ten would recommend.”

“I went to the HD in Riverview and I was so impressed with the young man Kelvin. I normally am not big on posting reviews but needed to post this. This is the reason I choose HD over Lowes. I saw a older gentleman pushing a flat card with a huge water heater. I wondered to my self, why isn’t anyone assisting this guy. I saw a young man collecting carts on the lot and he looked across the lot and saw the gentleman as well. He stopped what he was doing and went over to assist the gentleman with such a great smile. So impressive, this is why I love HD!”

“Michelle from flooring was wonderful She was VERY helpful, VERY kind and VERY thorough. We bought LV flooring for our whole house and she made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, helped coordinate the installation, reviewed the measurement notes and made sure everything was in order. We could have never done it ourselves online without her. Thank you Michelle”

“I got over $120 of plumbing stuff. Checked out. Asked the self-check employee to count my 10% military discount. He said I had to register on line. I tried , I told him, several times, it's impossible to get through the registration. "No it isn't " he smirked. After paying regular price I went to customer service desk. Masyn P. was there. He helped me register. I really liked his attitude, very helpful and courteous. And when the whole process was over it took about 40 minutes. Then he refunded me the military discount difference. Fine lad, fine guy. Thanks Maysn (yeah , that's how he spells his name.)”

“I ordered a wall air conditioner through Home Depot online. It was shipped through two or more terminals & by the time it arrived at a Sacramento terminal near my home, it was damaged & had to be sent back. Because my installation date scheduled with a contractor was rapidly approaching, I needed the replacement unit asap so I went to customer service at the Madison Ave. store. They refunded the money I paid for the first one, ordered another at a present sale price discounted another 5%, & rushed the delivery which arrived yesterday. I witnessed the extensive work the experienced rep went to to make this happen & I was beyond impressed. I have never had such a stellar retail experience. Though I'm usually not generous with my money I gave the rep a $20 tip (which he at first refused until I persisted). I only mention the tip to emphasize what extra innings they went to to make this happen. I give Home Depot my very highest recommendation.”

“I decided to go with Home Depot and their estimate for window retro. Jim Walker was my salesman and a very knowledgeable man who walked me through the process. Decided to go with SIMONTON. They are quite a bit less than Milgard. Personal choice for my situation. I had Mark come and measure and was knowledgeable and efficient. Windows came in sooner than quoted and I had Misael and Raul do the install. Such great men and they get an A+ In all areas from top to bottom. If u ever g Need windows installed I highly recommend him for the job. They are Glass and Window Pro Installer of Madera Ca. If you live in his vicinity. Back to Home Depot. Sara was patient and helpful when coming to scheduling and understanding my ending balance. All in all I am quite satisfied with all things considered. Will depend on them for my business in the future. Thx everyone.”

“Home Depot in Worcester, MA has the best customer service. Everyone there has a smile on their faces and work hard. I couldn’t believe how nice the two managers Ateve and Alec are. “I placed order over phone on 5/26/2022 at The Kannapolis NC Home Depot Store! I was Very pleased with the Customer Service that was provided to me by the Employee who took and received order..Very Polite and Friendly.. Knowledgeable about materials and prices. Went beyond just receiving call and taking order, Employee made sure that I had everything that I needed for My Vinyl Privacy Fence Project. The Employee also showed Me more Good Customer Service and Care by providing me a call back to let me know of My orders progress and when it would be ready for pickup! Employees Name is ( Mimi ) and She works in Customer Service Dept.. I would Highly Recommend if you Need Top Notch Customer Service and Support that You Allow Her to Assist You!
