Had a delivery scheduled for today 5-19-23. They lied and said they couldn't deliver my order because there was no one over 18 to sign for it. After six phone calls, I was finally told the truth, THE OPRDER WAS NEVER PLACED ON THE TRUCK. So next delivery date is May29, 2023. I cancelled this order and I will be going to LOWES, Bernards or anywhere else that they actually provide accurate and fast delivery.

I purchased LG built-in Refrigerator from Home Depot. The installer could not come for a couple of weeks, so I left it in the box in my garage. Today the installer came when he unboxed the refrigerator, he pointed out that the top of the refrigerator had been damaged. The top piece was apparently damaged during shipping, Home Depot said that they have a 48-hour policy that they will not replace anything more than 48 hours after delivery. I did not feel that it would have been safe for me to unbox a refrigerator sitting on a pallet. So, I am not pleased to receive a damaged refrigerator from your company after spending $9000. LG STUDIO 42 in. W 26.5 cu. ft. Build-in side-by-side Refrigerator Model # SRSXB2622S

I bought a high end washer and dryer and the washer atopped turning on after 3 weeks of use. It has since taken us 2 weeks to schedule someone to repair or replace it. We also bought a pressure washer that stopped working after three weeks and there is no way for us to replace or repair it. I will never buy from home depot again.

I shop regularly at the Clayton, GA Home Depot. Sue in the Lighting/Electrical section is awesome. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help. She answered questions I had prior to my purchases of landscape lighting, a transformer, LED light bulbs and other items. Sue is to be commended as an exemplary employee and a pleasure to work with!

We have spent over$3,000 at Home Depot on our landscaping. We had two orders of white rock. The first order we received was correct. The second order was wrong. We spoke with several customer service employees and all we have gotten is a whole lot of BS and nonsense. The mistake was Home Depot's not our. We paid $900 for 55 bags of the wrong rock. I myself am done with Home Depot. They need to revamp their so called customer service.

Sorry to complain but Ponderay Idaho Home Depot is terrible to do business with! Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience in ordering we have ever had. Not only did they make multiple excuses and rescheduled my delivery before finally telling me the road restrictions were preventing delivery (which makes complete sense) however, the rude driver yelling at me when I stated this whole process has left me really frustrated was not needed but when they did finally deliver part oif the order was missing. The driver who ended up delivering called it in on site (this driver was wonderful) that it was missing, we called it in, We were told a manager would call, they did not. Though they put in the notes they called, and we did not answer. We were told they would call yet again today, and they did not. I called again and was told I was wrong the items were in the order. I let them know that they we not. There were 3 deliveries before me, maybe they went there I don't know but they were not here. I started a chat on Homedepot.com to be told they can't help me to take it up with the store. We are now 4 phone calls to them in and now being told I am wrong they were delivered but they will credit back the missing items.... Great that's all I want since they were not included. But they most certainly were not included in any of the pallets that were delivered. We went through every piece. The lack of customer service and resolve has certainly upset me. The idea of ordering from the Ponderay Home Depot ever again has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am saddened to see this is the level of service representing home depot. I hope other stores are not this way.

Managers, sales reps & customer service reps (at the local store (G. H.), district level(G.R., Mi.), and the headquarter's level (Alabama) ) repeatedly fail to answer and fix: 1) the debt, 2) the failures of the product & 3) the faulty performance/workmanship of their employees and/or another (CFI subcontractors)! In other words, they did not comply and backup & credit the warranties & guarantees granted to the customer regarding: 1) the quality of products and 2) the quality of the work performed. Every employee(from the bottom-up) did not reply to: 1) the customer's queries (20+, it was all lip service saying they will follow up & correct the problems) or 2) act on (resolve) and fix the problem(s). Home Depot was given the option by the customer to : 1) fix/correct all the problems or 2) a) let the customer return all purchased items,b) refund the money in full (approx. $19,000) & c) fix all the damages the workers/subcontractors (CFI) did to the house. At this point in time, Home Depot has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Home Depot employees have no work ethics and the quality of their products and their work is extremely poor! They are extremely unreliable all around. Their only concern is to make MONEY by getting and keeping your money!!

I've been a home depot card holder for many year, over the years I've bought all of my power tools, lumber for projects, three mowers, lawm equipment and appliances. About a year ago I ordered a dryer, they said it would take about a week to get. A week turned into two and then three. Then they said I could go down to the supply yard and pick it up. Now my refrigerator quit and they said it would take a about a week to get, I can't wait a week for a new one. No one seemed to want and help me out in my emergency. I'm thinking about tearing up my home depot card and go to Lowe's.

new refrigerator, was installed, delivery guys said a new idea..THEY REFUSE TO TAKE THE OLD ONE OUT OF THE HOUSE. Saying customer must take it out of the house, THEN they will haul it away. Had lawn guys take ref. outside WHILE THE delivery guys WATCH and took off just before the refrigerator was out of the houses. Now I am on a pick-up list until 6 days goes by. On Google Home Depot say they will take the old one the same day. Have fun ladies who have washer & dryer in the basement.

We special ordered a dryer and went to pick it up and received the wrong one. I even signed for it not knowing it was the wrong one! When my husband and I got home we realized that this was not what we ordered. After calling the store and they called the warehouse it had been sorted out. Everyone had been professional about it and people were up front about the mistake that had been made. These people had great integrity and were so helpful getting this sorted out. They turned a what was stressful experience into a pleasant experience. Instead of trying to charge a restocking fee and then make us repurchase another dryer they were amazing. And told us that ours was in the warehouse and that they would get it ready for us. They put the customer's needs first. Thanks you Home Depot Guam Store and Warehouse! Y'all have amazing customer service!!!

Omg!!! What a nightmare!!! I ordered an AC for one of my rental properties online. When it was delivered it was damaged. So I returned it to my nearest Home Depot store. They issued a credit and told me I would be leaving with a replacement air conditioner! They lied about that they don't carry that AC in the store it has to be ordered online! Okay so I go home try to reorder it online, yet AGAIN!!! TURNS OUT HOME DEPOT DOESN'T HONOR ITS OWN STORE CREDITS ONLINE! SO I GO BACK TO THE STORE TO GET THEM TO REORDER MY AIR CONDITIONER FOR ME USING MY STORE CREDIT! GUESS WHAT THE AIR CONDITIONER I WANT WHICH WAS NOT ON SALE HAS NOW GONE UP IN PRICE OVER $150!!! SO I CAN'T GET THE AIR CONDITIONER I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK AND I HAVE A USELESS STORE CREDIT!!! THIS IS BEYOND A NIGHTMARE I SPEND ANYWHERE BETWEEN 20 AND $30,000 PER YEAR AT HOME DEPOT BUT NEVER AGAIN AND NO MORE FROM NOW ON I'LL BE DOING ALL MY SHOPPING WITH LOWE'S!!!!

People Home Depot is a joke. Bought a washer and dryer install was a disaster gas leaked water leaked no washers in hoses installers didnt tell us just shut gas off and water and left. Next month bought a fridge same issues and they left box and trash all over my drive way. Bought dishwasher was to big still in box never opened called store they said bring it back as long as box was never opened. Did that then they refused it saying you only have 48 hrs to bring them back. Had same issues with floor installs I’ve learned now. Getting my cabinets counter tops from Lowe’s will never ever walk in to a Home Depot again . I’m not a person to go off like this but wow . I have over an acre guess where I’m not buying my new tractor either .

They delivered my dryer to the wrong home. Apparently they aren't supposed to just leave things outside and the driver signed for it himself then they told me that they wouldn't do anything about it. Wouldn't even give one star but that's the only way I could review definitely wouldn't recommend using delivery if you have a way to get it I would just do that because these people suck.

I placed an order 2/24/23 for a GE dryer. To make sure the item will be fitting my old dryer, before placing the order, I double checked with their costumer service. I needed a dryer with a right side exhaust. The delivery came on 3/1/23, with a back exhaust connection. After bringing upstairs the new dryer and removing the old one, they didn't have the equipment to connect. We called together the customer service and explained the problem one more time. They guaranteed me it will be fixed for the next delivery, scheduled 3/6/23. An other disappointment, they did a replacement with the exact same dryer with a back exhaust connection. The driver in charge of the delivery, make photos and called in front of me his supervisor to find a solution to this problem. Within 24 to 48 hours, I was supposed to receive a phone call, nothing happened .... I called back on Thursday, and on Friday, I have reached the Resolution team with Marie, who seems to be the only one trying to resolve this issue, she contacted the district manager Mr Martinez, who was supposed to be Back to me before 10:30am. At 2:30pm, I called back. the other person from the Resolution team explained me it is an out of pocket issue with GE, and they are trying to work on it... I wish I can change this rating later, let's see what is going to happen.

I took a day off to wait for my delivery. I never got the call the night before. I finally found the email with the time frame. Waited and waited. They said it was delivered and I was at the end of my timeframe with no appliance. They didn’t call because the number was wrong. Delivery person came and rang once. I did not hear it. He left. I called customer service to find out what it said delivered. Rep helped with speaking to delivery office. Told me they could come back in 2 days. Just to tell me they can’t. Then gave me another date, I asked for after work hours and they couldn’t give me that. So I asked to cancel the order. Then Home Depot calls me to tell me we can have it delivered Saturday which there will be someone home to accept the delivery. Just to tell me because it was canceled, I had to reorder then call customer service back to fix the date of delivery. For a fact, I wasn’t able to to that the first time so I had to take a day off for this delivery. All in all I wasted a day out of work and still didn’t get my appliance. Also, the refund was going to take 5-10 business days. So I just have an extra grand to pay for it again to get delivered? It’s bull if you ask me. Couldn’t contact me but yet ring once and leave in one minute. I reviewed cameras after n realized I did miss it. But nothing else they can do for me. I just spent 15 grand with them renovating an aprtment. I will not give them the business going forward. So yes I refused to repurchase until I get a refund. So be careful ordering online and wait outside for the four hours so you don’t miss them! This was frustrating and an hour later all isn’t resolved. It’s all canceled. I shouldn’t have to put out more waiting for the refund. So they don’t care you took the day off but my point is, he should kept ringing since I didn’t get my call. Cars were in the driveway and he said no one was home. I guess it’s Lowe’s going forward
