“My cashier, Rakele as well as the manager, Brandon at the 11260 Broad St., Richmond, VA location were so cheerful and helpful when we checked out and the right price wasn’t coming up. Both staff members greeted us with a smile and said goodbye while wishing us happy holidays. This really makes me want to shop here more! Thanks to both staff members,”

“Hi my is jose Montoya i bought washer machine at Home Depot location 15740 Shady Grove Gaithersburg MD models #wtw5790vq2 Serie #cy1720187 The machine stop working and I call to wiirpool they can’t fix because in Home Depot they did it mistake they put information has a dryer and stead washer machine .is they mistake it also that machine was maked it on April 2009 I don’t think so that is right to sale that to old”

“Hi, my name is Gabriela. I bought a dishwasher November 22. I had it delivered. They charge me for installation. They told me to call the number on the paper the delivery guys they never installed that they said that I was supposed to have a plumber coming out to install it I called the number for the plumber. They never returned my call. I called three or four times not sure how many times but it was quite enough for him to have enough time to call me back never received a phone call back. I went to Home Depot Saturday, December 5. They gave me a phone number to call. I called that number four times Each time I called the number did not receive an answer. Neither was a call back eventually I asked to refund me for the service which in their system they do not even have that option to return your money for the install. I had to wait over a half hour for them to figure out How to refund me $180 for installation. Needless to say I will never deal with Home Depot again if for some reason I have to do that I will never buy an installation from them. I will rather do it myself cannot rely on them. Also when I asked him why they charge for installation if they do not have capable team up on delivery They said they have no option. There is option. They ask you if you want to pay for installation that means there is an option so they’re lying to their customers.”

“I just returned from Eagan MN store on Denmark. The music was blaring HIGHWAY TO HELL. Unbelievable, I located the store manager and was told it is corporate choice and there is nothing he can do. I left and went to Menards. I don’t consider that appropriate for any time, but CHRISTMAS! Really. Menards was really busy , hardly anyone at HD”

“I bought the EGIROSLIFE GAZEBO 12×16. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. I OPENED UP THE BOXES TO CHECK THE PRODUCT. EVERYTHING WAS NEATLY PUT IN PLACE AND ALL THE PIECES WAS THERE.”

“They have so many bad reviews that they have stopped caring. They charged me 90$ for 2 appliance hoses for 3/4 gas line. Literally 2$ to make. $25 at a plumbing shop. $50 total. They charge u double. Is everything in the store like this. Big corporation u would think would be cheaper not twice as expensive. But once again no cares here. Obviously it's only about making money not being fair”

“Purchased an appliance suite on there pre Black Friday sale, Nov.13. Was delivered on Nov 18. They couldn’t install dishwasher because they didn’t bring a long enough hose to connect. They didn’t level the refrigerator so the door scrapes and the microwave door is not level. The delivery guy said they would call to reschedule the dishwasher install the next day, well they didn’t call. I called them and they said they couldn’t come till the 2nd of December when they were going replace the microwave. I said that’s too long to wait for the dishwasher to be installed as it is in the box in my hallway, so they rescheduled it for the 25th of November. They never showed up on the 25th and when I called they said it got changed back to the 2nd by the manufacturer. I called them and they said they don’t switch delivery dates it was Home Depot that switched it. I called the store manager she called the delivery company, they said they couldn’t install till Dec. 2, period! They assured me all would be done on the 2nd and they would have the right size hose for the dishwasher. On Dec 2 the were to come between 2:30-6:30. They showed up at 9:20 with the new microwave, said they couldn’t install the dishwasher because they didn’t have the right hose and someone would call in the morning before they head over to install it. The next morning ( today ) they called to say thy won’t be here till Dec 6 to install everything. Now I have a microwave and dishwasher in my hallway. I called devliery company, store manager, corporate, and went into the store to try get my appliances installed to no avail! They do not care! This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I will never step foot back in that store for anything!!! I want to return everything and go somewhere else cuz this has been a nightmare!!!”

“I made the purchase on black Friday and the clerk said they had over 400 in stock, no problem. It was scheduled for December 2, no calls or alerts that it was rescheduled for the 4th of December. My tenant was out of a refrigerator before Thanksgiving and now he has to wait again. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.”

“My daughter buy me a $488 gas dryer! By the time they put the delivery charge pick up charge and gas charge on there the dryer came to $909! It was delivered by two gentlemen who didn’t speak a drop of English and I couldn’t understand what they were saying so I had my son come over to try and figure out the problem, especially with them hooking up”gas” In my home! They were also Supposed to switch the door to open a different direction they didn’t and of course, when I tried to talk to them about it they didn’t speak English like a fool. I signed the paper but then called right away. The girl on the phone was and her teeth ! I have never dealt with such rude people in my life!! When we called Home Depot and tried to talk to them about it, they gave us two separate dates of when they could come out and fix the issue. They called us and said it’s not their problem. We have to call a third person because we didn’t tell them to do it right away I will never ever, buy anything from Home Depot in Monticello Minnesota again ! I’ve never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully and lied to so much in my life. I’ve been doing customer service for 25 years. I would never ever think about treating a customer so rudely as I have been treated now. It really irritated me because I couldn’t stand in there and watch what they were doing because I just got home from having surgery on my leg and was on crutches! Buyer beware I’ve never had a bad experience with Lowe’s ever so goodbye Home Depot hello Lowe’s And when I called the store to talk to store manager, they refused to put the call through! And the real kick in the head is this dryer is a piece of garbage! I’ve had to run a small load through three times to get to drive”

“We had a problem with delivery date was moved up on us without if was good for us, whatever was good for them we had to cancel our plans to make sure we were available for delivery when notified HP we were told we would get $108 put back on our gift card and after repeatability calling HP and the time, they LIED repeatability to us there won't be a next time I don't want to do business with them again. Hello Lowe's!”

“Worst customer service of any organization in sny type of business I have ever seen. Multiple times looked up an item online. Said I could have same day pick up in store. Texted me that the order was ready. Got to store and wrong item was given to me. Person on the store said I was was wasting their time! Literally. Guy named Lior should loose his job. Manalapan NJ.”

“I purchased $3500 in appliances. I was told I would get 12 months now interest no payment. They started charging me interest at 6 months. They will not reverse it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE EVER AGAIN. Nor will any of my family members. Hello Costco 👋 nice to meet you! I need new doors! Nate is the manager at Home Depot in Chaska MN. Thanks for delegating this task and letting your customers leave your business.”

“BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT. If anything goes wrong, you're screwed. The Home depot only wants to pass the problem(which is now me) of our $3000 fridge that has worked in 2 weeks to the manufacturer. So it will be 6 weeks without a fridge before Kitchenaide(Whirlpool) to try to fix it. I wish I could put 0 stars.”
