We ordered all new appliances expecting an installation that we paid for. Called and was told to call again in the morning to discuss with the delivery team. I’m aggravated that we are doing the installation ourselves. Do not understand how we can pay for services and extra parts. I do not blame the delivery team because they are just following the orders on their invoice. Just super irritated and disappointed in the lack of follow through with customer service.

I ordered 8 drawer pulls. 7 arrived. I called to have the remaining pull sent. First call disconnected. The second person had to find someone to process the missing item. I'm still on hold. So why are there customer service employees if they can't simply send an under $10 item? Meanwhile, I listen to the same recorded messages over and over and over. I'd send an email, except I can't find an address. I'm guessing they just want you to hang up.

I ordered a Patio Door online for in-store pick-up, the order took 2 months in arriving at the store, they finally got the door but not the same one I ordered, they asked me if I want to re-order and it will take 2 months more to come, so I decided no to do it, is totally unprofessional and customer satisfaction-less. Also 6 months ago I bought a windows replacement service for 6 windows, after 3 months of waiting they came to my house to install 4 windows because they missed 2 windows in the warehouse so they need to re-ordered, now I'm waiting 3 months more to get the final 2 windows left installed. Do you think this is a serious company?, no way, I will never use The Home Depot ever again.

Mr. Home Depot I just want to let you know how your customers are being treated at your store. I bought a washing machine in your Virginia store on 13 December. On the 27th they came to deliver a washing machine but it was dented and they took it back. since then it’s been downhill. Every week or so they will call to cancel the scheduled delivery date. And by the end of January they were telling me my next scheduled date would be in March. I wasn’t willing to wait that long. I requested my money back so that I could buy a different washing machine from your store. Every time I would call the customer care service center and they will inform me to go to the store, where my money would be ready and I will get there and my money would not be there. they would tell me that Mr. Samsung has not given them a certain number that they need to release my money or sometimes they would tell me that Mr. Samsung‘s computers were not working and now it’s almost the end of February and I don’t have my money and I don’t have a washing machine. February 14 customer care gave me a $350 gift card to make up for the trouble I’ve experienced. I was glad and thankful. They told me that I was going to get a phone call by Wednesday from Mr. Samsung and if Mr. Samsung didn’t call me to call them back. Wednesday came in Wednesday went. Friday I called customer care and they told me everything was set, the store was ready for me, they would give me my money. I went to the Home Depot Store this Sunday and they told me that everything is still pending I couldn’t get my money, I had to wait another 3 days or so. I then called customer care service again and they told me there was nothing they could do Mr. Samsung had not released my money. I said first of all I specifically asked- if I went to Home Depot on Sunday would I get my money and I was told yes- nobody told me that Mr. Samsung still was holding my money. Second of all, I did not get into a contract with Mr. Samsung, my contract is with you Mr. Home Depot. I bought my washing machine in good faith expecting to get the product that I paid for or to get back the money that I had given you. I told your customer care person this and she told me that I was given $350 for compensation. I told her that $350 was not license for you to continue to jerk me around, it was to compensate for all the mess that I’ve dealt with so far. I don’t know why in all this I have to be penalized for Mr. Samsung’s incompetence. I have been told a couple of times that Mr. Samsung‘s computers have not been working. I don’t care whether Mr. Samsung‘s computers work or not that should not have anything to do with me. My contract is with Mr. Home Depot. I don’t know what contract Mr. Home Depot got into with Mr. Samsung, I was not privy to that information, so I don’t understand why I should be penalized for what Mr. Samsung is doing. Especially when I wanted to get another appliance from Home Depot. I have always loved Home Depot I have always bought my appliances from Home Depot or anything else I needed but now I feel like I need to go to Mr. Lowe’s maybe he will treat me better. The service I’ve received has been poor to say the least. And to top it off I still don’t have my money and I missed the presidents day sale yesterday.

We have had a nightmare experience with the Home Depot in Rock Springs Wy. We ordered a laundry center 12/6/21 it arrived several weeks later damaged so Home Depot ordered another which would take several weeks. Meantime they sent a loaner washer and dryer. The washer worked ok but the back of the dryer as soon as it was plugged in caught fire damaging our floor and wall. No offer of help from Home depot but they sent another dryer which shocked our electrician. So finally 2-21 2022 our new laundry center was delivered and it was defective and had to be returned. Home Depot this entire time has refused to return our money but would credit our card. Frankly with the damaged products the rude employees and still no product who would want to buy another item from them.

BUYER BEWARE! If you ever purchase major appliances at Home Depot, use your Discover or Visa or another card. Because you C-A-N-N-O-T dispute a major appliance on your Home Depot card (YOU CAN'T DISPUTE A BAD PURCHASE!) (Back story) We purchased a washer and dryer at the Brenham Home Depot and were given the run around and "go talk to the manufacture" HOME DEPOT WILL NOT REPLACE THE APPLIANCES NOR GIVE ME A REFUND! BUYER BEWARE! We were moving to a new town and made our purchases at Home Depot Brenham Back story we are moving that week and The washer arrived (new out of the box) with the back side crushed the RUDE DRIVER demands that I "accept the order" and I refused. I spoke to Home Depot dispatch and in only 2.5 more weeks they promised me a new washer. I KEPT THE DRYER AND ACCEPTED THE DRYER *** MY MISTAKE *** THE DRYER IS ALSO DEFECTIVE The washer finally arrives and then we get that installed, its time to hook up the dryer, I FIND THAT THE DRYER IS DEFECTIVE HAS A BAD HEATING ELIMENT- Home depot tells me that we cant return it or get a refund its "older that 48 hours and there is nothing they can do" I am not able to dispute the charge but am sent to GE to work on arrangements to get the NEW appliance fixed! The whole company Home Depot is on the decline with people shifting the blame on others and not doing their JOBS REMEMBER DO NOT MAKE MAJOR APPLIANCES PURCHASES ON YOUR HOME DEPOT CARD YOU WILL GET THE "RUN AROUND" TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURE TO DO SOMETHING Finally the store manager Arron gave me a small "instore rebate" as I called the customer services and told them that I was on my way to put 6 loads of WET LAUNDRY ON THE COUNTER AT HOME DEPOT AND TELL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHAT HAPPENED - (SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED - THIS IS THE "SERVICE" YOU WILL GET AFTER THE SALE OF A NEW BROKEN APPLIANCE!) #1- Home Depot scheduled me for service in Illinois (I LIVE IN TEXAS) #2 - The confirmation for service date is not in the system #3 There are no more appointments for service available until past middle of MARCH #4 100% NO ONE CARES AT HOME DEPOT AND DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB AGAIN, BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT! WE ARE MOVING! AND I HAVE 6 LOADS OF WET LAUNDRY AND STUPID LAZY EXCUSES FROM THE STORE HOME DEPOT! TOO BAD THAT HOME DEPOT IS SUCH A DISGRACE- THE EMPLOYEES/DELIVERY ARE RUDE AND I GOT N-O SATISFACTION ON THE PURCHASE OF 2 NEW APPLIANCES! ONLY "EXCUSES! Unfortunately I have no other choice but my local HD,Loews is just to far and not any better, I have been a shopper at HD for more than 30years,it seems like a few years ago the service started to really go down, and now, there is no service other than BAD SERVICE,who "trains" these lazy teenagers, even the managers are not helpful, at my local store appropriately #666 on Rosco and balboa, the evening Mgr just stand around joking with each other and point you to an employee if you have a question,and of coarse that person has one answer" i dont know" or "were out" but you see it right behind them.And when it come to covid rules, there are NONE that any home depot follows especially this one, not only do customers not wear masks, the employees don't either, I have pictures of a bunch of them not wearing any at all or down under there chin, so I totally believe the HD now Doesn't care AT ALL about its customers one way or the other, By the way, this was observed over months of going to the store in the evening and late after noon to get my material for the next day,but mostly late eve.

SHOPPER BEWARE! WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE AT HOME DEPOT, THEY TRICK YOU WHEN YOUR SEARCHING FOR AN ITEM. THE DEFAULT SEARCH RESULTS ARE"BEST MATCH". WHEN YOU CHANGE IT TO ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT LIKE "PRICE LOW TO HIGH" SOME ITEMS WILL DROP OFF THE LIST. CHECK IT OUT AND YOU WILL SEE. BEWARE!!!!!

In Jan,I bought a gas range,with oven removal,5 year protection,for over 900 dollars.Jan 24,the delivery guy calls they are 5 minutes away..I go out and wait.I see the truck come out of a street but turn the wrong way.The back door is open,I see my range with a guy holding it...He uturns,,,one guy goes up to my 3rd floor apt,and tells me I need to replace the old gas connection,.I get a plumber to replace it..Feb 3mthe truck pulls up,the driver tells me ,,he thought it was left here he only came to install it...Feb 11,the truck comes the driver comes up,tells me my door is small and they couldn't take away my old stove,.They just LEAVE...I paid for the removal,and I got a new refrigerator through my door years ago...So rude,inept,,,I canceled my order,,,Jaquinta then Mr Kim from home depot tried to give me a new delivery day on Feb 26,,,,I said why,,,why can't I get it today,,its on the truck,,,I will never shop at Home Depot again...

I had a very bad experience with Home Depot for my kitchen remodeling. Their staff is not professional and no have no experience at all. They waisted my several days in visiting their store, making telephone calls, working with their subcontractors. My all efforts resulted in big zero. Theo showing my kitchen to their subcontractors with bib sore. Home Depot cancelled the contract after 40 days and said that they cannot replace the kitchen countertops and breached the contract. It was so hard to get the credit back. I will never ever have any business with Home Depot in the future. I will not recommend them.

Stay away!!!! Their delivery service is horrific!!! If it's not in stock don't order. My issues started with a refrigerator. Purchased November 27, 2021....scheduled delivery February 2, 2022. Phone call from them morning of February 2 saying 20 minutes away..I sent a pin drop....missed call..returned their call within 5 minutes..no answer...wife tried 10 times..no answer!! Called 800 number was told driver was already in another city!! Rescheduled for February 4th...call at 10:00 am saying be delivered around 12:00...call at 11:45 stating wasn't going to be able to deliver!! I cancelled order!! I'm done with Home Depot as I've had this happen more than once!! DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT!!

If you're coming here to get a kitchen countertop or remodel forget it. The companies they use are incompetent and unprofessional. They destroyed my kitchen and walked off the job because they couldn't figure out how to level a countertop. They left us with no countertop or sink , live electrical boxes dangling by the wires and just left. They told me that WE need to hire someone to level the cabinets, which Jesse wanted to give us a list of contractors to call. We don't work for home depot and its their job as the contractor to do this as they were hired to do the entire job. Dont trust the h.d. installation department or Ivek or Amanda in Lakeland or take anyone's word at this place. DONT TRUST THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB...now im stuck with no kitchen until I hire a new company to order and install it. They refuse a full refund even though its their mess up. I've now hired an attorney and I'm suing them.

in stock merchandise count inaccurate. difficult to navigate; think you are ordering to pick in store and it comes out as ship to store. don't think I'll be ordering online again. too much of a hassle.

I was a first time appliance buyer with Home Depot after switching from Lowe's. Big mistake! I was told my a customer representative supervisor that if an appliance has 3 service calls with the same issue on an appliance they will reimburse. Lowe's policy was if it cant be fixed once they will replace it. Once my issue with HD is done I will be rethinking about purchasing an appliance with them.

!!!!Appliance Super Buy Warning!!!! They’re not super buys!!! Appliances are actually cheaper if you buy them separately!!! Look at the picture, they’re the same item! Oh and they don’t honor store prices!!!! Be careful!! I’ve always been an advocate for Home Depot but this is shady!!!

At first I was very unsatisfied with Home Depot because no one was resolving my issue . For one month I had a washer that didn’t work but after talking with several people I finally got through to the right one. Thanks Andre ! He had my problem resolved within one business day! Try to be patient and keep your cool! No one wants to help someone who is being rude ! Remember there humans too !

I ordered a 5 piece shower unit it was delivered damaged. I contacted the delivery company that Home Depot uses 4 times a also online. It's been a week and they still have not returned my call which they said they would 4 times

Home depot online order stock is extremely unaccurate. I have had my past 6 online orders cancelled due to product not in stock when their web page shows in stock available for store pick up. Home Depot has become extremely un reliable and had forced me to shop else where.

I must warn you and share our experience before you buy something from Home Depot. I did not check the reviews before my purchases and regret it... So my review: Never again... Our family won't ever purchase from Home Depot again. It was a first and last time. Very, very bad service. Very frustrating and big mess up. We placed an order on Nov 17th (washer/dryer + fridge) and 2 months later we're still waiting for their delivery team to finish the installation... They've been bad, dishonest & not trustful. I hope they'll change their delivery service Tem Co because there are plenty of problems with them... Sum up of our adventure: 1) They came a first time and explain they could not install the appliances because one part part was missing for the washer/dryer and there were scratches on the fridge... They did not even remove their stuff from the truck and left in a few minutes. When we checked, we realized the part was including... Bad first lie... 2) Second time they were on our schedule, we saw their truck but it did not stop to park... They said they rang the bell and that nobody was home. A scandal as we were waiting for them. But is was dark, late and rainy... Of course each time we had to prepare the house, empty/unplug the fridge, protect the rooms, etc. We have 2 kids and had to do our laundry at our neighbors' house.... 3) Third time, they just cancelled without letting us know explaining there was a mix up in the delivery system. Of course we dit the whole process again and were so disappointed... 4) Exact same thing happened. Started to feel traumatized. In between, I've called many times the Home depot customer line... Sometimes, not helpful, sometimes 45 minutes of waiting, sometimes disconnected, sometimes, nice people who explained "it was outrageous" or "ridiculous". That we should ask for a compensation... But we were prisoners as we paid 2 months before and were still waiting for the appliances to arrive. And Home depot had no leverage on the delivery system. Could not help to fasten the process for example or offer an alternative solution... 5) After weeks of frustration, the delivery team came back on January 21th. This time they said they could not install the washer/dryer because Home Depot did not provide parts to do it. We were ver angry and asked them to install at least the fridge which they did very fast without paying attention. We asked them to teke back our old appliances (we paid for that) and they answered they could not because the truck was too full. Seriously???? You come after 2 months with another excuse not to to the wor? So now, we still have our also washer / dryer that don't work, the new ones in the middle of the kitchen... And no parts. When I called Home depot, after 3 disconnections, they just scheduled the team to comme bak in February. Euh??? Who does that? Can you imagine the difficulties wit 2 kids???? Pfff. Is that the way you work? As I said never again. Lesson well learned. And I let you know if we got any kind of compensation...
