“After seeing your advert in the local paper we decided to pay a visit like the show room got a quote. Remeasured our windows and then rang up spoke to Scott paid over the phone via visa Still had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to come. We ordered Georgian like we already had. Windows arrived . Window fitter came that weekend got the last glass which was the middle put two plastic seals in low and behold. The Georgian bars did not line up. So had to pay the fitter for one job and let him go. Rang the office Monday morning early explained the situation they asked if we could send a photo of them which we did. X2 . I sent an email the next day which was the Tuesday morning. And we waited and waited still no phone call as to when they will be delivered. rang up was told that we will be contacted, still nothing. Then I rang up on the Thursday nearly 2 weeks later left a message for josh the M anger rang 9 30 am finally got two speak to him about 5 o/c which I felt was bad management and told him so for which he apologised. After that our window panes have now been delivered this Tuesday 2 weeks after our phone call about the mistake.”

“Pre-sales service has been very good, except that a survey couldn't be undertaken for two weeks because Dave was on holiday. In all areas you really need holiday cover. We believe the quality of the product to be very good but only time will tell. PLEASE NOTE we have found a small flaw in the door surround where a piece of metal is showing. I would like this fixed quickly.”

“order was taken incorrect and has cost me time and money scott did not take the order as I requested and said it was my fault not very happy with scott taking future orders !!!”

“Initial ordering and delivery OK but any problems encountered take too long to resolve. Communication regards any problems after installation is poor. Makes me feel like you have my money so are no longer interested in fixing any problems. Would be far better if the installers were employed directly by Trade Windows.”

“Very good the only thing was the phone call at 12 to say fitter was not able to it til 13 00 to do survey knowing I only had an hour lunch but do appreciate this may be late notification from surveyor .”

“the product is very good and the fitters were conscientious and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day but the after sales is very poor, .but having to wait over a year to have one glass pane refitted is not acceptable”

“Poor Poor Poor I have been waiting for a rubber strip for over 4 weeks and not one single call from the Home Hub Group to tell me what is going on. Was considering replacing my windows with Home Hub Group but based on your After Sales performance to date, I'm unlikely to consider you.”

“I am very happy with my windows, however there was an issue with the door. I was not aware that I was going to be sent an order summary after the survey. This summary ended up in my Spam folder therefore I was unable to check it and consequently the door was not as I had ordered. In the end it was a minor detail but it could potentially have been disasterous. Even so the panel on the door was delivered incorrectly but this is being replaced. Customers should be advised to look out for and carefully check the order summary.”

“Excellent with no overt salemanship, clear communications, a good product and a good installation - although I remain slightly irritated by the three silver nails driven through my existing solid oak wooden floor to re-fix the existing end trim down. I think a call to me first to check if okay would have been a more sensible option after - I assume - your installer discovered he had no glue. I'd have also counter sunk then and made a plug with the dust and a bit of glue to hide the screw head. As it is I'm going to have to sort them as it looks ruddy awful with three silver screws sat in an oak floor at funny angles”
