I adored a mirror from HomesDirect365 on 6th February 2016 and it was eventually delivered yesterday, 21 June. Nowhere on the website details for the product did it state the it was made to order and therefore that delivery might be delayed, in fact it was listed as "in stock". During the period (over 4 months) between order and delivery I received 2 email updates, but each giving the wrong estimate for when they would deliver (about a month in each case). I would much prefer a truthful update apologising and stating full length of delay than these frequent lies. When the mirror was delivered yesterday the delivery man was in a tremendous hurry, thrusting paperwork at me to sign despite the fact it clearly states that you're signing off on quality of good received - how I was supposed to know that while they were still in the box I'm not sure. On unwrapping the mirror it was as described and a nice product, but with a small chip in the gilt at the base on one side. Owing to the huge delay to get to this point I'm reluctant to even both trying to get this fixed, but I certainly won't be ordering from the company again. What a hassle.

Delivery driver phoned to let us know when they were delivering and also if possible to deliver earlier. Ordered a bedroom chest of drawers, packaged extremely well and very good value for money.

What an absolute failure of a company, I would advise anyone who is considering purchasing new furniture to steer clear of these guys. Total lack of communication and respect for paying customers. I won't be coming back put it that way!

After paying for a mirror 6/7 weeks upfront and no sign of delivery, no response of update (only after I contacted them on several occasions) the mirror arrived - very poor quality so I rang to find out their returns policy. I was told I would have to cover the costs myself via a courier. I wrapped the parcel extremely well putting card in between bubble wrap and was told it arrived smashed therefore I could not have a refund. What a coincidence!!! I will never use this company again!!! Customer service absolutely shocking too!!!

Hi Emma, Thank you for your review, I can see in your account notes you spoke to a member of staff who advised we would collect the mirror from yourself via our own team at a cost of £9.99 but you chose to return the mirror via your own delivery method. We advise if you choose to return unwanted items yourself that you use an insured company that covers you for any damages. This information can be found in the below link to our website. The mirror was received to us damaged, as soon as we received the mirror it was photographed and the images were sent to you to assist you with your claim. Very disappointed - terrible customer service and awful delivery! They are unable to deliver furniture on a day that suits you and cannot deliver at weekends. They offer a 'pallet delivery service' as an alternative, which you MUST stay well clear off! This was the worst service i have ever encountered! They were unable to give me a time slot of AM or PM, which meant i had to take the whole day off from work. They provided no warning of when they would arrive (luckily i was in) and when they did arrive they left my furniture on a pallet in the middle of the street and drove off. Unbelievably rude too! Fortunately someone was there to help me bring the furniture inside, as i would never have been able to do this on my own! However, in saying this - i am very happy with the actual furniture that included bedside tables and chest of drawers (once i got these into the flat!!!)

I ordered a wardrobe and two bedside tables in second week of January expecting everything to be in stock. After ordering and paying in full, they contacted me to explain that the wardrobe was now out of stock, and would not be available for 12-16 weeks. After their assurance that this was much more likely to be 12 weeks than 16 I agreed to wait. The bedside tables arrived in good time. Mid way through February I receive an email saying delivery will be completed Mid March. Great. Only Mid March comes and goes, and then on the 18th I receive the same email again only I’m told I now have to wait till Mid April! After getting nowhere with customer service who said it was my fault for agreeing to wait, and despite their promise to deliver in March, they said they were within the original delay period - so tough. All very reminiscent of other reviews...So ill wait till April and wait for another months delay after that. Maybe I’ll get the wardrobe before Christmas. For all those reading this review, only buy if they have it in stock. If they don’t get your money back or don’t use at all.

Bad customer service experience! After having purchased a bed, chest of draws and bedsides from this company, on my next order I was hoping to receive some discount. When I requested this, I was asked to prove my previous orders and then write a review on the company. I did this and was then told that my review had been removed from the site for being un genuine! Not helpful and never received any discount! I Won't be using this company again!

The worst company I have dealt with. Very rude customer service and extremely unhelpful. They are not able to deliver furniture promptly, offered delivery days weeks in advance and unable to advise slot, which means you have to take a day off to receive the delivery. They don't deliver weekends and you cannot ask for AM or PM slot. So inflexible and customer unfriendly. Very disappointed, won't order ever again.

We waited 12 weeks for 2 bedside cabinets. We were told they were made in England. Then told the container had been delayed from aboard. And that they had arrived damaged. Be careful when ordering as the small print says could be up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Can't believe a review company trying to make an impact will allow false reviews. Bad reviews then 5 good ones all on 26th Oct. Be real false reviews to combat bad ones. Any reviews.co.uk allows this. No wonder trust pilot is no1

Laughing at the reviews........ Am I the only person to notice that after 2 bad reviews 5 great ones follow the same day??? ha ha. look at the reviews they only receive one every few months but manage 5 in a day to counteract the true bad ones.... I have cancelled my purchase because of damage..... Looking at other sites they also lie on Trustpilot and reviewcenter. Do not Trust them need to be on watchdog? shop elsewhere.

I was a little scared to order furniture online without seeing it first but I was not disappointed at all. The Antique Style French Dressing Table arrived and I could not be happier. It was the best decision I could have made. Firstly I can't stress enough how easy it was to put together! The instructions were well written and simple to follow. Once assembled It looked like a very expensive piece and the stool has a velvet seat which makes it look so elegant. I would highly recommend using Homes Direct 365. The service and product selection where not available at such affordable prices on any other website (I tried very hard to search around) !! I will definitely be ordering again soon as I have my eye on the French Style Monks Bench.
