So everything was going fine and good until it was time for me to get back my money including the profit i madejsutb for me to realized that i am not allowed to withdraw my money, At first it was all a suprise to me cause i thought their server had issues and all of a sudden they asked for my personal information and stuffs which was not part of our agreement whne i wanted to invest . After i told them i am not realeasing my personal info they declined my withdrawal. And at that point i gave up but luckily for me i got introduced to this company and all thanks to SP E C T RU M - C R E ST for helping me retrieving my funds from this broker including my profit i made from the investment”
“I had a similar experience to start. Vinyl ordered. Did not get an update on dispatch contacted Horizons. Sore Credit or other vinyl offered. Contacted Neil chose a different album which cost a little more, on the condition that he sent it to me that day and I would pay the balance on arrival. The album arrived as promised still sealed. I paid the balance. I am sorry so many people have had bad experiences with this company but I can only speak as I find. This is not a fake review I am a genuine customer. I honestly thought I would have a similar experience as others but to be fair he honoured out agreement.”

“A while back I placed an order with Horizons and, following a delay while awaiting availability, the package was sent. One item, though was missing. I contacted them and was told it was out of stock, though it was suggested that it should have been available. Neil promised he would look into it and gave the impression that he was going to ask the shipping warehouse. I wondered if it had been overlooked as it was then sent shortly after. I canβt help but think that the communication with his supplier and others can be a factor in the reported delays, especially regarding availability. I thought it would help if they kept customers up to date on the progress of their order if it is delayed, though I appreciate they are a small company. I am sure that they would understand and, from experience, be reassured. I will say that Neil has always replied quickly when I have communicated. As a postscript, the item arrived smashed to pieces by Evri, who accepted no responsibility. It was replaced by Horizons without a quibble.”
