This company is terrible. Customer service is appalling and they are thiefs. Robbing customers of refunds, rude and not a clue what they are doing. I have been waiting for months for refund for goods i never got. They just pass you around in circles. Trading standards and @Martin Lewis need to know about this. CEO needs to step up game and resolve this and get staff that actually know what they are doing!

Don’t know where to start basically I will keep it short .. ordered pjs online on sale when it came to pay for them the changed me next day delivery which I didn’t want anyway that’s not even half the issue when the order turned up it was only half the trousers where missing so they can basically charge me and I don’t receive my full order and wasn’t even notified that they was out of stock NOTHING… so I have sent about 5 emails wrote various reviews and not got a solid promise that the other items will be sent out next day as the fault totally lies with HOF how can a company take your money send you half the order and don’t send the other it’s the worst customer service I have ever received

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Total charlatans. 2 items missing out of a 7 item order. Package was badly torn and re-sealed. They won't take responsibility or hold their courier to account and essentially called me a liar. All this despite being able to proove I'd not had at least one of the missing items as the package I got that was on the PoD image was nowhere near enough to have held all the items. Bad, bad customer service and actually feel scammed by a company who should know better. Never leave bad reviews but please everyone read all the reviews this is not an isolated case they will rip you off. Poor, they dont deserve to be in business

WARNING go carefull when ordering certain item you MUST CHECK their list of items you can not return. I ordered a few different style bras to try on for size. When I wanted to return it became apparant that you can not return bras for hygiene reasons . This left me very confused as you can try on in store . The same goes for swimwear. I've now wasted a lot of money. Customer service chat say they will exchange only. The beauty of online ordering is to be able to try on in the covienience of your own home and return what is not requiredI have never know a store to not offer returns of this kind. I have also had to return a Xmas present in store as an item was too big, they did not have a smaller size. No refunds only credit notes given in store. Hopefully this will be the demise of HOF. I. Will not shop at HOF again.

Don’t buy anything on HoF!!! They are scammer! I have send a return weeks ago and still no refund. The costumer care is repeating the same things again and again!! I lost £1400, I hope the police will be after them!

I ordered Christmas presents with House of Fraser and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. They failed to deliver my items and are still disputing refunding me the £9.99 delivery charges I paid

I am disgusted with the service that I have received from the online shopping service from house of Fraser. I placed an order on December 11th I should have received it 3 days after. It was then delayed,then on hold. I contacted customer service numerous times to ask them to chase my order with evri. I was always told to wait. Christmas came and went,still no parcel. This was so upsetting as it was present ms for my nephews. The parcel them showed as being delivered when it wasn’t. I contacted evri,they confirmed by email that this was a computer glitch and it was in fact lost in their system. I contacted hof again and sent them the confirmation email. They said this is not good enough and that they need the confirmation themselves from evri. Why am I costantly chasing this up? Surely their customer service should be doing this? I have sent in total around 29 emails to hof now nobody is getting back to me at all. No items no refund!!!!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from house of Fraser. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Missing order, HOF refuse to refund because item is in “transit”, item is clearly lost but they won’t admit it, item has been in transit with Evri since 15-12. Continuously told its being looked into, yet no updated. They seem to think they have the right to hold peoples money while the two most incompetent companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with try and sort it even though I’ve told them the order is cancelled. Refuse to listen, refuse to refund and never in any hurry to help, avoid at all costs!!!

WARNING stay well away. Received wrong item tried to return was told 14 days for return to be inspected and then possible replacement. When I questioned this Janet customer I don’t care supervisor put a note on my account to stop me receiving any replacement earlier and just ended the conversation. Stay well away crazy customer no care online

After buying Christmas gifts from Frasers I had an expensive zipper to return that was too small on the body, after looking on the website I very quickly noticed that the word refund was not being mentioned, I phoned customer service and asked if I could return an item and have a refund and to my surprise I was told yes just return to the store for a full refund, when I returned to store I was told it would only be a credit note, i said I spoke to customer service whom advised otherwise and the store assistant said that Frasers Return Policy is terrible. I know legally there not doing anything wrong but I paid with cash so expect cash back if returning something that is of no good to me, I will not shop in this store again, I also paid 4.99 for a delivery for an order and 2 items had to be returned and I paid £4.99 again to return them. Never again KL

I placed an order on 19th December and advised that it would be delivered on 21st December. However, I'm still waiting. It is with the courier Evri - apparently! HOF customer service is useless, and I've received 11 email replies most of which are asking form my personal details. Oh, they did give me a refund of £3 - the difference in delivery charge from next day delivery and standard delivery. I sent 2 emails to their CEO's, both of which got blocked. I sent a strongly worded letter of complaint by snail mail to their head office and attached all the emails I'd received from their useless CS. Still no reply to that. In the end, I did get success by posting a message on twitter, and now have a full refund. My message was @houseoffraser The worst company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is abysmal! My advice is to avoid all dealings with this company. The quicker they go under, the better.

Trying to get @houseoffraser to deliver my daughters #Christmas present ordered 17 December and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. #Support case #6538302. Been offered £5 #refund - no mention of when I can expect my order. #HouseofFraser isn’t the #trustworthy brand you think.

Worst experience ever, Items dumped in the wrong place while I was away on holiday. Not there when I arrived home. House of Fraser are not answering my emails and no apology given. Customer service web chat the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid, avoid. Avoid !!!!

I have placed an order under order refund and told me that warehouse did not receive remaining items yet as tracking still shows items in transit. I was really shocked and surprised that how come only 2 items received as all of the items sent back in same parcel. Now I am contacting house of Fraser almost every week but do not get any positive response.there is no contact number either to speak with customer services. Such a big brand but very poor customer service. I have done a big mistake to buy from them. I hope someone will read this and help to get my remaining refund back. Thanks
