I bought a HP Envy Laptop 17t-da000, 17.3" from hp.com in Nov. 2024. Received the product in Dec. 2024. The laptop has had issues since I received it including, but not limited too, freezing, locking up, black screen, USB ports not working. I've made several phone calls to HP Support attempting to fix these issues over a four (4) week time period. They did numerous troubleshooting techniques including doing a factor reset on the laptop three (3) different times. The issues I've been having are all covered under the warranty. I've asked tech support to send me a replacement laptop & they refuse. They refuse to honor my warranty. They refuse to resolve the issues with this laptop. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Unfortunately, my only other option is to find my own personal tech to resolve my issues due to HP not honoring their warranty.

I purchased an HP printer and called HP tech support to get the printer up and running. I was told that there was something(s) on my computer that was preventing the printer driver from working properly. I was told I was being turned over to “a tech expert “ which I assumed would also be an HP. Without my knowledge I was turned over to someone at Texas a company located in Edmonton Alberta, who proceeded to get my printer working. The cost was $600. and any guarantee given to me was from Texas not HP. In short I was scammed !! Be very careful in dealing with HP support.

Fake laptop discount offer over the Black Friday period into January. As soon as the offer finished, the price dropped £150 below the offer price. Complete rip off merchants.

Ordered two identical Pavilion Laptops. One was delivered in 10 days, and I am very pleased with it. I have not received the second one. It’s been 6 weeks exactly. Customer Service is worthless, just excuses. FedEx has now joined in the fun, delay after delay. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow, we’ll see!

I purchased a HP 250 G7 a little over a year ago. It has been used for less than 100 hours. It cost over £600. It has died. It is out of warrenty, I've attempted to fix the problem by replacing apparently faulty ram. A nice chap on HP forums tried to help. Sadly to no success. The fault error is faulty ram. Now with 5 sticks seperately tested in both slots I know that was a lie. It is just e-waste now. Don't trust them.

Order stated 48 hrs delivery. Placed my order on the 1st it is now the 6th and still nothing received. HP website says that the parcel is loaded on a truck for delivery from the delivery depot. The "Parcel force" website says the parcel has only been sorted and this does not indicate delivery today. The two emails towards customer service did not get answered. I like HP products but, what a way to lose your customer satisfaction like this (look at all the complaints online). Just do not create false expectations. " Due to COVID the delivery can take 7 or more days, we apologize for this inconvenience". This simple sentence keeps your customer loyalty. A no brainer for such a big company. The delivery and customer service do not support their products.

This is the absolute worst client relations I have witnessed after 50 years in business. Problem? Forget it. Almost impossible to reach needed help.

In the last 2 years I have purchased an HP printer, HP Desktop Pavilion and 2 Laptops. I have always purchased HP printers and done so for many years and they have always been great purchases. However, HP laptops and desktops leave a great deal to be desired. The first HP laptop I had went back for repair at least twice in the first 12 months but the 2nd one has been back 3 or 4 times. 3 times because the hinges keep breaking and once for a Hard Drive problem. It is with HP at the moment for yet another repair of the hinges. Added to this the screen went haywire and was showing two sets of images which made it impossible to navigate the laptop. I asked HP for help and they said it needed a new screen but they accepted no responsibility for this even though it was on extended warranty but they would repair it for £320. The laptop only cost me £347. I eventually got it repaired via a local repair centre for £92. As, in my opinion this laptop is not fit for purpose I have asked on more than one occasion for either a refund or replacement. These requests have been ignored. I have been informed that this latest repair is likely to take approximately 2 months while the other took about 10 days. Having owned computers since the very first Sinclair ZX81 and several laptops and desktops I do know how to handle them so there must be a major flaw on the hinges for them to break so often. The HP desktop I have has had numerous sound problems too.

Ordering process was OK, but delivery side was poor. No comparison with Amazon Prime next day delivery.

Purchased a HP Pavilion Notebook 15-AB240 direct from HP Store UK in January 2016. Cannot fault the lap top itself as it is an excellent piece of equipment for the price (£399.00). My gripe is with HP Customer Services set-up. The lap top took 27 days to arrive after ordering. The HP Customer Services team work out of a call centre - everything has to be done by e-mail. They will not get involved in trying to resolve anything by phone - the standard response is "please send an e-mail & we will look at it". After a few weeks of this I asked to speak with a manager. Standard reply - "our managers are not customer facing so you cannot speak with them". During the course of the delay I dealt with 5+ different customer services staff - they use a generic e-mail address & any of them can reply. Learnt a number of lessons from this transaction. Main one do not purchase anything direct from HP - buy via a 3rd party such as PC World or Currys. The other is always pay by credit card - I made the fatal mistake of paying by bank transfer thinking it would be quicker as I desperately needed the product. HP are not on top of their banking - again their bank is "not customer facing". HOPK123 CARDIFF UK
