Driver ate our delivery second time No update from Deliveroo just said delivered lol They still tried to take money from bank after claiming a refund my advice is to record the phone call to prove what they said otherwise you have to prove it to the bank

Deliveroo, a huge company that has absolutely no qualms stealing from disabled, elderly customer’s bank accounts. Customer Services operatives are robotic, lack integrity and empathy in dealing with customer complaints, preferring to put the blame on the customer, without any evidence and appear to have a hectoring attitude towards someone raising an issue, probably hoping this will make the customer give up pursuing a complaint.

Received wrong order. Never refunded despite being instructed by the driver to reach out to customer service. Immediately deleted the app. I hope the company goes bust. This is a blatant scam and rip off of their customers.

Shocking! Deserve zero stars.. I think every order I’ve ever had has been wrong but this one takes the biscuit …you have lost me as a customer. Cold food and half the order arrived, with dishes missing their ingredients, cold and squashed, spent the next hour on online chat trying to rectify and salvage a family meal.. got 25% refund and a very hungry and unhappy family with our celebration ruined! Wasted time escalating the claim and writing emails only to be told very politely “We've investigated the issue you have reported and reviewed the feedback you shared with us. We'll be unable to share further compensation with you for this order, and apologise for any disappointment this may cause.” You’ve left me no choice sharing feedback here and on socials to warn others. You are in brach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods ought to be: Fit for purpose .. not the case everything was cold and half the food didn’t arrive so it didn’t meet the purpose of feeding the family it was ordered for! As described not the case everything was cold and items like chips didn’t come with the dips that were paid for! Satisfactory quality .. not the case everything was unfit for consumption without risking food poisoning from reheating! Services ought to be carried out with due skill and care .. not the case as half the order was missing! So your delivery driver didn’t bring what was ordered.. lack of skill and care! DO NO USE!

For second time I received my food cold and items missing. All I was told was to provide physical receipt which I had already paid for and picture of the chicken kebab. They never refund money. Disgraceful service

The worst customer service ever. I’ve deleted the app and my account. Want nothing to do with them further. I’ve given them repeated chances to get their act together. They simply don’t care and need to hold their drivers to account. Orders always late, cold and missing food.

Scammers, literally always deliver stone cold food and when you complain all they do is say sorry and offer £10 pounds back for the food that is uneatable and stone cold, SCAMMERS! Better save that few pounds and go somewhere yourself instead of support these scammers

3rd time driver went to wrong address, had to run round streets for our order, use same code all the time. Contacted help centre with the worst customer service ever, they left the chat in resolved. Cold food, bad service

They charge you for your order and don’t send what you paid for then refuse to refund it. Happened more than once. Customer service are no help they just tell you they can’t refund it

The company is shocking, we are a corporate customer and we kindly asked for the admin access so we can review all the orders made, invoices and add any users when needed. Instead they have removed the whole allowance from our account and when you try and call them they have no idea what to suggest or offer but for us to email the corporate team which we have and had no response. Avoid them if you wish to become a corporate customer and the support is shocking

Thievery is completely acceptable at Deliveroo. When a company forgets to send you an item and you report it missing, they will not give you a refund nor will they fix it in any way. They send you a message simply stating this is not the outcome desired but a refund is not possible while you are there just having been robbed. The absolute worst customer service ever!! Deleted the app, that was my last time with these guys. Order at your own risk!!

THEFT. My 66 year old partner ordered a few… My 66 year old partner ordered a few groceries and a bottle of wine.. upon arrival he gave them the code and date of birth. They asked for ID he explained he doesn’t have ID. Obviously at 68 there’s no doubt he’s old enough to purchase alcohol. The conversation became different so my partner told them to take the order back and refund him and then closed the door. The delivery person left the bag of groceries on the door step and took the wine. My partner phoned Delveroo who said they can’t give him a refund and the driver can dispose of the wine however he sees fit. I don’t know about you but I would call that THEFT. Absolutely disgusting.

Jeramiah Terence customer service refuses to fully refund a cold , stone cold meal that was meant to be hot I don't care about your unfair policy. Cold food warrants a hot replacement or full refund they gave me a fraction of the money. Never again, poor service.

One star is way to high for this company! Ordered from wagamama, on arrival delivery driver was holding the individual food containers and stated that the bag had ripped or broken! I refused the order based on the fact that in high probability the food was dropped and the official wagamamas bag ripped and possibility that food could have fallen out and put back in! I then received a call from rider services who stated "you are not allowed to refuse the order" yes I am and I did. The only issue with this was that a couple of minutes later my app stated that food had been delivered. The rider did not have my reference number! On calling customer services they stated that the food was delivered cold..... Lies.... I then explained that the food was refused due to it being cold and not delivered in the correct wagamamas bag. Let me make it clear, the delivery rider has lied through his teeth about this matter, and deliveroo offered a £12 refund on an order that was £50. Even being escalated to an alleged manager that's all they are prepared to offer!! The ironic thing is on collect another order myself the resteraunt had had no end of issue with deliveroo! For your info! IF YOUR FOOD IS NOT DELIVERED IN THE CORRECT SEALED BAG YOU MUST REFUSE THE ORDER. This comes directly from wagamamas. Further. If you are in this situation, you need to take photos for evidence as the driver will lie, the driver team will lie, and the managers do not care about the customer!!! I'm lucky as I have ring door bell footage to prove how the delivery arrived

I asked for a delivery that didn't arrive and paid for a meal that I did not receive. Horrible driver and service. Will never use it again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid using deliveroo. Horrible app.

They did not deliver the food that I had ordered and when I complained said that they had reviewed the case and wouldn’t offer me a refund. I ended up without my food and £30 worse off. I will never use them again and advise others not to either. I felt absolutely cheated and as though they didn’t have the slightest interest in making it right
