“My cup came with a large scratch down the side that was through the paint. For the price and the amount of time it took to be delivered, I’m quite disappointed.”
“I have been looking forward to receiving my HydroJug, but I was disappointed when I opened the box. My “teal” HydroJug looks nothing like the picture. It should have been called robin’s egg blue. It is definitely not the fun, vibrant color I thought. I will feel it just so I don’t have the hassle of a return.”
“I ordered the Hydrojug for a birthday present for myself. I ordered it on 1/16 eith expedited shipping. No where during the entire ordering process does it say anywhere about their shipping times. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, $12. It came 1/27! The re is nothing about their shipping policy until after your purchase is complete! I was pretty bummer out. I never got an email response from anyone, just an automated email about their shipping policy.”

“Absolutely love my hydrojug traveler(got it on Amazon and it arrived in 2 days). And so far liking my shaker! The only thing that would actually keep from purchasing again from their site is that they have the slowest shipping speed out of any company I have ordered from. My product was in stock when I ordered, but I ordered during a sale, and my shaker cup took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Once they shipped it, it showed up in 3 days, but it took them forever to actually print the label and mail it. They say it will take 5-10 business days to ship during a sale, but not only did it go over the 10 days, when I emailed them asking for an update after the 10 days had passed, I had to email them twice asking for an order update before getting a response and the responding person was not very compassionate or friendly. They just told me, along the lines of, “As you can read in the order confirmation email, orders can take up to 10 days to ship.” And then after they replied to my email, my label was printed. Not sure how much longer I would have ended up waiting had I not emailed them and they printed it in response to my email.
Great product, but I will aim to order through Amazon instead of their site for better shipping times and better customer service should I ever run into an issue with my order. Based on their response to me, I’m not sure how well they would be with damaged or defective items should I ever receive, and I know Amazon is great with those kinds of things. So yeah, I recommend, but not from their website. 😂😬🫠”
“The product by far is bar none the best jug ever that I’ve purchased. One of my items was not in the box at the time of delivery. Plus, I ordered my products on 1/4 only to receive them on 1/30/24. My order had no special order items in it. That truly upset me! Yet, I’m grateful for finally receiving my stuff.”
“Processing times were a bit long but it was disclosed since I purchased cups during a sale. Once processed, shipping was fast. I would prefer if the return policy was more lenient on safety concerns with cups.”

“I want to love the Hydojug Traveler. But there's a couple of things. The straw is too long. It's hard to drink out of. The straw is flat on the bottom of the jug. I have tried everything. Making sure it's pushed all the way into the lid. I'm afraid to cut it because it might break. I got out some fine grit sanding paper and went to town on the straw. But it only helped a little. I also received a free straw, which I thought would be nice. But it doesn't go to the hydrojug traveler. It goes with another water bottle i don't own. I can't use it. 😕”
“They have a great product but they are lacking in service. Shipping takes forever. I wait 4 weeks for my last order. I would be fine with this if they would tell you that shipping takes that long before you place the order. My last order was also incomplete. I did get a reply that the part of my order that was missing would be shipped. It’s been 2 weeks and I don’t have the rest of my order.”
“I really love my new tumbler. My only complaint is that when there was a chip in the coating 😭 I reached out to customer service but I haven’t heard back yet. I realize the chip is very small but it’s still a chip and I would assume it would become larger over time.”
