“DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE FIRM. Backpack was of very poor quality and 2 seams staring to come apart after a couple of days use. It doesn't look strong enough to last longer than a couple of weeks to be honest. It was days late being delivered - missed my Grandson's Birthday and they refused to refund my postage, only offering me credit but as the rucksack is so poor I will NEVER buy from them again. I asked fro a refund on the postage onto my debot card but they flatly refused. Their Customer Service is very poor as well. Buy elsewhere!”

“Awful customer service and really inconsistent quality of online purchases. Sizing is very inconsistent too, which means items have to be returned, but you have to pay for return delivery and if they don't receive it by the 14 day deadline, you don't get your money back - just credit. No adaptation of policy for either Christmas returns, or the changing situation with the pandemic. This company doesn't deserve to survive if it doesn't make some changes.”

“I ordered item from Hype for my young son including a lucky bag of 10 item for £69.99. I received the items around the beginning of September but with two items missing. After numerous emails threatening them that we were going to ‘resolve’ and going to ‘trading standards’, and after being told we were receiving the missing items, (but they never turned up) we were totally amazed to receive our missing items through the post this morning 10/11/20. I think I am still in shock 🤣. Don’t give up asking for missing items everybody!”

Ordered a backpack way back in August for my daughter for school on for a week later to me told the item wasn't in stock (even though it was on the website) so was asked to order a similar replacement , so I did a replacement item and it is now October 7th and I'm yet to receive a backpack or any confirmation even though 2 weeks ago I was told by customer service person(Fahiz ) that the backpack would be sent . i ordered a GIrls lucky dip on 13/8/20 they sent me a boys, they did not believe me, i sent photos, clearly with the labels saying boys, its now 19/9/20 still not resolved, they say the clothes have been labelled up wrong. but when you see them on the website they are modelled by boys , duh!! they have removed their phone number so you can only contact by email!
