“We decided the picture we ordered was not quite right for the room intended. We found another picture and ordered it while iCanvas sent the return shipping label to us for free return shipping on the first. The return process went smoothly and our account was credited quickly. The 2nd picture arrived in a timely manner. We are very pleased with iCanvas and their selection of art and the way they handle returns.”

“I received a canvas that was “wrinkled” along the edges. Customer Service sent me recommendations on how to remedy the problem; however, when that didn’t work, I was promptly refunded. So, while I was disappointed by the canvas I received, iCanvas stood behind its product and made it right, and without any hassle. I appreciated that!”

“I purchased Royalty...it's a beautiful portrait but the only drawback for me was the white canvas. Would have perfer natural or golden background as it clashes with my other canvas prints.”

“Service was good and everything arrived quickly. Of note, was that I had ordered 7 prints and all were delivered separately which was a shame as it would have saved money and the environmental impact if it had been delivered together. All were ordered at the same time.”
