IconByDesign was founded by a father and son. We are the fourth and fifth generations in our family to work in the furniture industry. We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. We’ve always believed in the tradition of quality and that true success comes from our people, who we consider our family.

“To date I have ordered Olivia DisplayShelves, Single 3 shelves and Double, 4 shelves. Also, Olivia Console Table, 39". The entire ordering, delivering ( first class service ) quality of merchandise has exceeded all my expectations. Also, the Magnus Coffee Table. Next, Dining area.”

“Your furniture is misrepresented. When I called your showroom, I was told that the furniture was designed and made in Australia. Your furniture is made in China. I could have bought the exact same table and chairs from Wayfair etc. for 1/2 the price. Many of the holes that the screws went in were crooked or non-exsistent. Your return policy is unacceptable also. You want to refund me 1/2 the cost of the table and chairs.”

“We just received our Olivia dining table and love it! We got the 55x32 size because we have a small dining area but love that we can extend it and entertain up to 8 people! The quality is excellent, even better than we expected. We worked with Adam at the Culver City location at the Helms Bakery, and he was great to work with. Super helpful and patient. Now we are going to order more chairs!”

“While we are generally happy with the table we purchased, the experience of purchasing and receiving the table was so poor that we will not be purchasing from this company again. Our first scheduled delivery was a no show with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. The subsequent communication to schedule a new delivery was rude, slow, and added insult to injury. I don't feel that any adequate compensation was offered and it did not feel like IconByDesign did anything to adequately rectify the situation or take any responsibility. The whole process was just completely ridiculous.”

“I was very, very impressed with the quality and appearance of the table. We purchased it for our new home, and when we opened the box, it looked exactly as promised. We noticed a small crack given that it's a live material and it tends to happen naturally, but when we contacted IconByDesign, they immediately offered to come address the crack, offer store credit, or a partial refund. Excellent service and excellent quality of products!”

“Furniture (bed and nightstand) are high quality. Sleek and minimalist - what I was seeking. Delivery company selected by IconByDesign no so much. Very poor customer service with difficulty trying to determine delivery and delivery date. I would rate product 5 stars but because of delivery issues the overall score drops to 3 stars - and I am being generous.”
