“Amazing stuff! Shipped from the US to Canada super quickly in about 3 or 4 days. Packaging was kept simple - just a padded brown paper bag. The price of the Essentials Kit is a little high compared to the cheap stuff on Amazon, but not an unreasonable price tag by any means. The kiit itself is so useful. I was worried that I wouldn't have the proper bits to open up my laptop, but my worries were proven wrong. The kit comes with more than enough for simple to moderate repairs. The tools are nice quality - not necessarily high-end but definitely far from cheap. I very much appreciate the magnetic bits. I did a simple repair where I replaced my USB-C board and I had no problems. Since, I've just been opening a few things up for the fun of it. I plan on doing another repair later on where I replace the keyboard, and I am confident the kit will be able to get the job done.”

“The battery removal kit was helpful, although I did have trouble with the suction device. It would not get a good grip on the battery and I had a difficult time getting it out using that tool.
I completed my repair, and everything worked fine for a day, but now my screen goes black, so I need to go back in and see if a cable came loose. It would have been nice to get an extra set of adhesive, for situations like this.”
