“Ordered 2 scooters a week ago said they would be here in 2-3 days paid £560 and the tracking number gave is not a dhl tracking number have emailed so many times about this and had no reply!!!!!!”

“I've emailed and even been not on the live chat and had no response I ordered the hover board and cart bundle I have received the cart but no hover board! I'm not very happy and I am going to have one unhappy little bit on his birthday!!”

“Dont trust dont buy. This company is a SCAM. I brought one of their scooters for £490. They sent me a faulty scooter, I sent them pictures of the faulty scooter and when I asked for a refund. They refused, they told me to keep the scooter for a while and instead of a refund they offered to compensate me £15. Dont trust, there is no refund policy. There is no warranty. There company isnt based in the uk or germany its based in china. This company has scammed and robbed many customers in the uk.”

“This company will scam you - AVOID. I bought a Hoverboard for my daughter’s birthday at a competitive (but not cheap) price. The website appeared to be professional, email notification was received upon order and dispatch and the item arrived after a week or so. Upon unboxing, the item would not work or charge. I googled the company and was appalled to see the amount of negative reviews mirroring my own experience. I contacted the company and asked how I should go about getting a refund, citing the problem with the unit. Any reputable company would apologise and provide information on how to go about this, as detailed in consumer law. Instead, they wanted me to send videos of the non-functioning unit and even suggested that I go knocking door-to-door to borrow a charger from “a neighbour”. After numerous emails (all in poor, broken English) they relented to my request BUT told me that I would have to pay them £120 to send the item to their warehouse in Germany, even though their website states that they are a UK based company. This company is NOT based in the UK, it is not registered at Companies House, the telephone numbers on the website are fake and they will NOT accept liability, even when they are fully aware that they are sending out faulty items. This is, in my opinion and experience, a criminal organisation and should be closed down immediately.”

“I placed an order last week. Realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong hoverboard. Contacted the customer services email address immediately and asked to cancel the order. I had a few communication problems whereby the person replying didn't seem to understand that I wanted to cancel. Eventually I was offered some freebies in exchange for not cancelling the order. Live chat didn't work for me. Neither did the telephone number nor the Skype chat. However, after some to-ing and fro-ing by email, I did receive a full refund and the order was cancelled. Luckily too because I found out later that hoverboards / segways are illegal in all public areas in the UK.”

“Was worried after paying my money then reading reviews saying it was a scam and product was rubbish. BUT received my hoverboard with go kart on time after having correspondence with the company about delivery and it works perfect. Perfect colour looks better than pic. “Do not buy here they are scammers. Company is Chinese and not from UK. Staff sold is either used, fake or doesn't work at all. You will have a hide time getting your money back id you ask for a refund. They will act as if they are helping you but won't just a smoke screen for you hopefully to give up. Stay way”

“Thought I should comment as I ordered 2 of the 10 inch hover boards just before Christmas and they arrived in 2 days. Both worked perfectly and are still working now, 3 months later. Only problem was a slightly flat tyre ( the valve is on the inside of the tyre which took some finding!) inflated with a bicycle pump and all good now. I've just ordered a 3rd for my son.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS bought a white max scooter hardly used stopped working can’t get in touch with them by phone tried emailing with hardly any response and then they tried to say it’s out fault it’s not working and it’s the battery which isn’t covered in warranty it definately isn’t battery sent them a video has no response back disgraceful my son paid for this out of his own money going to look further into this company and will be putting as much bad feedback I can on all social media disgraceful customer service”

“Bought a Hooverboard for Christmas. The battery wouldn’t charge. However, within hours of emailing I had a reply from the company. Over the course of the next few days they responded with advice and then sent me a replacement battery and charger. Despite being initially disappointed, our hoverboard is now working very well. Delighted!”

“We purchased a hoverboard from them to the UK. They were supposed to turn up with a manual and a carry bag, never turned up with either !! Also the first one turned up broken, With scratches and looked second hand, and with Chinese Speaking hoverboard. We asked for one to be sent brand new with the bag and a manual and in English. A new one did arrive, but without a carry bag and a manual and still in Chinese. This is a gift for a 12 year old girl, who unfortunately can’t speak Chinese, unless we send her to for extensive lessons. We asked for a bag, and a manual to try and change the language but never got anything..”

“sent the wrong order, took 24 hours to reply to emails which made the return process lengthy. not a UK company either. had to go through PayPal to get a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!”
