ZERO customer service. You literally cannot contact this company through their website. If you call them a recording tells you that their system can't handle the volumn of calls and then they hang up on you. I ordered items. According to Fed Ex they were damaged in shipping and returned to IKEA and IKEA signed for them, but according to IKEA's tracking info the package was delivered period. I paid for products that I didn't receive and I have no way for solving this problem.

I ordered from ikea on 9/25 with a delivery date of 10/9. I sat home all day for them not to show. It is now 10/24 and have not heard anything about my order. When I reach them through email, they relay with a shipping delay. Glad I paid $59 for this atrocious shipping.

We ordered some furniture from their online store, we picked a delivery date and when we checked out it changed to 5 days earlier. When we emailed them regarding rescheduling the delivery they told us that it was being transported to their warehouse and we needed to call them once it arrives there to reschedule. Every time we have called them we get the same "We are experiencing high volume of calls and can't take yours" spiel and then they hang up. When we emailed them again they told us that you cant pick or delay your delivery and we can expect it 2-3 weeks after the delivery date which is not disclosed anywhere on their site. Not only was their customer service misleading and contradictory, they also failed to provide us with any further details on what we can do, even when we asked them in the emails.

Absoulutely awful customer services. Never experienced anything like it. Got through after around 32 minutes wait. Assistant was unhelpful on the phone and wasn't very kind. She put me on hold. That was 20 minutes ago! I'm now back in the cue with another 30 minutes to wait before I can get through. Shocking!

if I could give them negative stars I would - never, never, never again will I even consider IKEA - European Socialists culture operating in a Capitalist free competitive market - worst customer service I've ever experienced - I don't believe their management has not 'seen the ball since kick-off'......They can only survive in liberal urban environments where socialists congregate! Products are cheap, but the quality is poor. Better not to shop online since you can't see and touch the product

What #IKEA online don't state in their terms and conditions: 1. They will only delivery to your area of certain on-changing days a week (Mondays, in my case); 2. It may take them more than 2 weeks to confirm your delivery date and send your items to the delivery company; 3. They will not provide you with a confirmed delivery time until less than 24-hours before your delivery (I received 17 hours notice - so good luck booking time off work); 4. Their customer service line will automatically disconnect your call rather than putting you on hold most of the time, due to "high call volumes". Consider these issues carefully before you decide to buy online - and be sure to read the THOUSANDS of negative reviews and complaints on google. I took my complaints to their corporate office: and while I did receive financial compensation for my difficulties, IKEA clearly have no intention of establishing better customer service or amending this very poor delivery service. They made it clear throughout communications that they do not feel I have anything to complain about - including the miscommunication and misinformation I received from CS representatives, and the rudeness. If you are awaiting a delivery - good luck.

Awful experience with IKEA delivery. One order this summer was delivered 2 months later in 3 separate deliveries with one week apart each other. Another order was not delivered on assigned date despite the fact that adult was present at home on assigned time. I suspect that delivery address was messed up with a different town! No idea how it may happened! I called one day prior re-delivery which was confirmed week in advance and found out that order was canceled! Nobody contacted me either through email or phone beforehand to update, nor I got a clear explanation how it happened. It's ridiculous how much personal time I spent on the line and talking to representatives from IKEA and North America Logistics with this two orders. The combination of price and quality is reasonable with IKEA merchandise, but I asked for full refund because I don't want to go through this terrible service knowing that my chances of getting merchandise ordered in mid October before New Year are rather slim.

There communication was second to none, they gave gave me a delivery date and the courier rang me the day before then on delivery day he gave me a time ⌚ and arrived on time, there tracking showed a little van on the map

Bought a new king-size bed from IKEA along with a mattress and I don't regret it one bit! Opted for a Malm bed with a Hovag firm mattress, all in cost ÂŁ460 which is great value.

Bought kitchen cabinets in July 29, 2018. No it is October 9. Delivery was scheduled 4 times, each time cancelled by Ikea vendor. Finally after going to Ikea Long Island, partial delivery was sent 2 days ago. Called 4 times today to find out how to get remaining pieces. each time after holding disconnected. You must be an idiot to buy the kitchen cabinets from them.

DO NOT waste your money here, absolutley the worst company to deal with. My wife and I ordered a couch and only received the cushions. When we tried to call Ikea to ask about it there is no way to speak to anyone because they are "experiencing high volume of calls" and just hangs up on you.

Really poor service, went to Ikea Las Vegas last night cashier was rude unwilling to help seem like I was bothering him, came back next morning to return center because the chair seating pad I bought for my dinning room chair was too small, again the return clerk was rude and very unpleasant. I had my receipt with me. I purchased $135 last night paid with Amex gift card $75 and rest on my debit card, Cashier keep asking for my Amex gift card. I was only returning $30 of material. I gave him my debit card. He had to ask another cashier if he can return it. I notice he didn’t not leave ok at the receipt closely thought I only paid with Amex.
