“ILKB Kent has helped me meet personal goals I could not do alone. From day 1 (the "trial") the coaches and kickboxers got to know me by name. I felt so good after the 1st class, I went back for a 2nd, and a 3rd,,,and I just hit my 50th class. The 6 week challenge really started my body transformation. Between July - September, I hadn't lost weight, but I got STRONGER. I was able to do more of the warm up, and I was still committed to 3 classes a week. Taking a chance with the 6 week challenge & buying a heart monitor made me change my eating habits and I started challenging myself during classes. September - November, I've lost 18 lbs and I'm down 2 pants sizes. I feel HEALTHY, and love the results I'm seeing. The staff - ALL OF THEM - are so great. They are fun, inspiring, and they help you achieve your personal goals. In fact - they all take classes and have their own fitness goals they share with us. If you want a community to help you make changes in your life - this is the place.”

“ILOVEKICKBOXING.COM (Randolph, MA) is the perfect place to get a full-body workout, blow off steam, and feel like you've accomplished a lot in just an hour! I feel amazing every time I walk out that door after class. The instructors are well-trained, they care about how you're doing, and they push you to achieve more than you think you can!”

“Love this place! I was looking for a killer workout and community and I found both here. Tried out a couple classes then decided to become a member. As a former collegiate athlete structure is my best friend and the class schedule allows me to create that. Whether you’re a beginner or professional the instructors are really helpful in teaching proper form and giving you pointers to improve along the way. It’s been worth the investment so far!”

“I LOVE ILoveKickBoxing - Whitehall! I have never been a gym person b/c I honestly have no idea what i'm doing haha! In class, the instructors motivate you to keep pushing and provide modifications for any exercise. After only a couple months I upgraded my plan to unlimited b/c I can't get enough of this great class! I highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family!”
