“Very poor service!!
Wednesday, they called me in the morning once and never called back. They would not know that the customer maybe in a meeting or busythe time they called.
Yesterday, the lady called me and confirmed with her the address, and she confirmed it will be delivered the following day.
Today, the delivery person called me at 3:10 pm to tell me we have two adresses one in DIFC (which I don't have a clue about it) and second is my real address. Surprisingly, he said he cant deliver it today as Tecom is not his area!!!
Let's what is next drama tomorrow then.

After talking several times to them, directing them and changing address to Dubai mall apparently they got lost again and couldn`t locate Dubai mall for 2 weeks. Now the order has expired and they need a new tracking number, while my package is sitting in the Warehouse. Zero customer care and Client complaint management, zero solution on problem, still waiting to see if I will get the package in this year.”
