“More than just a pest control company. Imperial Pest Prevention helped my elderly father out with more than just being a pest control spray exterminating service. My Father lives in the Daytona Beach area and started having fainting problems with just as little as standing up too quickly. The pest control technician Jon was there one day doing the service and this happened and he actually caught him and picked him up and brought him to his recliner and called the emergency response and my sister and I to inform us. We were touched that a company cared enough to do that we contacted the owner and wanted to get a gift card for the employee to go out to dinner on us. The owner informed us that he appreciated us as a customer and acknowledged the employee and asked what we were going to get for the employee so we said a $50 darden card to go were he liked and the company owner said to keep the money and he appreciated the gesture but the company was going to give the employee a $100 gift card to darden to take his family out and for us to take the $50 we planned on giving the technician and go have lunch. My sister and I couldn't believe the level of customer service and care that came from Imperial Pest Prevention It showed that they are a true class act and treat there customers and employees great.”

“This company helped me out with a really bad bed bug situation. I contacted Imperial pest control after hitting the internet and identifying that I did indeed have bed bugs. I let a lady friend stay with me who was frequenting the streets and wasn't the cleanest but I thought with other parts other than my head. Needless to say I ended up catching the bed bugs in my own house. After looking online i gave the pest control company a call and originally thought I was being raked over the coals when the lady on the phone told me it was going to be $700 to get rid of them. I called around and had found they were cheaper than everyone else with some companies like Massey trying to charge me $1600 and another company told me I had to have my house fumigated and be out for three days. Anyway, I called up Imperial and went with them because they had good reviews and seemed to know what they were talking about. I did everything they wanted me to do on the prep sheets as best as possible and let them come in and spray and was amazed at how bad it really was. When I came back in after being gone for half a day I had thousands of dead bed bugs all over the place and my house smelt real strong of chemicals. I knew what they used had worked because there was dead roaches also that came out hat i did not even know I had. I had a good experience with them and they do great work but I hope I dont have to see them again under the same circumstances as last time.”

“Fantastic company to work with. The guys at imperial did our termite home WDO inspection for our Port Orange Florida home and were extremely thorough. They saved my wife and I thousands of dollars just from findings and negotiations that our realtor was able to help us with. We since have employed imperial pest Prevention to spray our lawn, termite and pest control services. We have recommended them to our surrounding neighbors and they have been happy with the services as well. “Imperial is a fantastic pest control company to work with. We battled ants for over a half a year while we spent hundreds of dollars on wasted sprays from Walmart and the hardware store. We found a special from Imperial pest Prevention that was on Google for a year of pest control that was less than we spent on chemicals that didn't work. Within 1 week they had fixed our problem that was horrific and straightened it out. I highly recommend imperial pest prevention to anyone that needs a great reliable pest control service.”

“Imperial pest prevention has been providing superior pest control services for my husband and I for a little over a year now. Before them we were using certified and just weren't cutting it. Since we have had imperial pest prevention things have been great. We use them for out house in Deltona and our business in new Smyrna beach.
