“The ordering process was extremely easy. The rug offerings were extensive. The rug was well packaged. It wasn't shipped quite as fast as the purchase noted however it arrived quickly enough. The rug is gorgeous. It is very high quality as was the rug pad. I have been very pleased with this process and the product.”

“My shopping experience with Incredible Rugs and Décor was excellent. I was really interested in a particular rug but had read some negative comments about it on a number of websites and was concerned about ordering it sight unseen. When I called IRand D and spoke with Robert about my concerns, he immediately said he could have a sample rug sent to me for approval. When I had some concerns about the sample, IRandD communicated directly with the manufacturer for me and had them send a photo of the rug in the size I wanted to buy. Based on the photo and the conversations, I ordered the rug and when it arrived it met expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and so far I am also delighted with the rug.”

“Tried to use the price match, but the response was not satisfactory. Site says they match the lower price with the other vendor's price/discount and other charges applied. In other words, it would seem they agree to beat the price of a competitor's out the door price. I sent all the data, including a screen shot of the final pricing for a rug and the response was they checked on line and they thought their price was cheaper after applying the discount from Incredible Rugs. They did not consider the discount being offered by the other vendor and so, even with tax I found the rug price on AreaRugs.com to be less. Ended up ordering from AreaRugs.com as Incredible Rugs and Decor could not meet the price of AreaRugs. So much for the 112% guarantee.”

Sorry, Mike. When we compared the two prices, we found our price to be lower after shipping, taxes, and discount codes were calculated. We did not get your attachment, I'm sorry to say. “I was able to talk with someone easily. The price of the rug was "matched" at a lower price! I was kept posted on the shipment and delivery was the FASTEST I've ever experienced. And the rug is beautiful and the quality is amazing! Thick and plush 100% wool! Excellent company, Incredible Rugs. I will be your best customer. Thank you!”

“Love this design of rug very different can make a great statement. It did have a small ravel on the trim, but were going to fix it ourselves. Would definitely recommend buying one!!! Thanks for having it great service as well. .”
