“This was one of the best shopping sites I've recently encountered. The ability to very easily"photoshop" rugs into your own prospective space was invaluable. The pricing on the rug I was considering was more than fair and the terms (shipping, tax, timing etc) better than most. When I encountered a minor glitch their "chat" was immediate and helpful. I did find the coloration was a bit off from the actual rug but it wasn't a major issue (what appeared to be terra cotta onscreen turned out to be a deep gold shade when I actually tracked down the rug itself at a local department store) I figured I saved $240 over the department store price plus got a free pad....Not in the market for any more rugs but I would come back to this site first if I was. Excellent web design and function!.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company! The Katastan rug I ordered was absolutely beautiful and was everything I thought it was going to be. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Robert from the company stuck right with me all the way through the process to get the order changed. He contacted me almost daily answering any questions I had. Customer service is outstanding!”

“Good quality rug, and delivery was as expected. Unfortunately the rug is much darker than it appears online. I was looking for something to add color to a room, not darken it, and I feel like I got duped by an inaccurate photo. Yes, my rug has lots of different colors, but all of those colors are muted and dark.”

Hi Todd, the silky fibers in your rug will darken or lighten depending on how you rotate it in the room. Simply rotate the rug 180 degrees and watch the colors change. You can also adjust the bulbs/lighting in the room. The reflective fibers in the rug will do well when some lighting hits the nap. Should you wish to try something different, keep our sample program in mind; it's a great way to try different colors in your room lighting. Hope that helps.
