“The product itself is fine. They are pretty flimsy but keep out the draft. I’m not sure why the corners of the indows need to be deliberately damaged in order to fit in place. It seems like bad design and the first area where the inserts might begin to break or show wear and tear. Salesman Jeffery and fit specialist Daniel were evasive, aloof, and uppity. We had an issue with a window that we ultimately had to cancel an insert for and after multiple emails to both Jeffery and Daniel, to which they never responded, we had to call them multiple times to get our order fulfilled. They also claimed we hadn’t returned the Indow Fit Kit, which we had promptly after receiving it. I’d like to purchase more Indows for my home but I wouldn’t want to deal with these two Individuals again. That being said, our Indows were shipped in a very high quality crate and arrived undamaged.”

“I❤️my INDOW windows! I got them to block out neighbors/neighborhood noise! They work fantastic! It turns out that they block weather drafts of heat and cold as well-another bonus! I bought them for my daughter for her kids so they can sleep as well as for my 88yr old mother, hearing neighbors wheel out their garage cans at crazy hours (late pm & very early am). This certainly was an inexpensive way to fix these issues as opposed to replacing entire windows. Great product & great customer service thru the entire process. Ty all so much 😊”

“I am so excited about my indows!! When I moved in my house had a couple windows with aluminum inserts. So I bought indows for the remainder of the windows I anticipated keeping. From the pictures I think you can see that my indows are doing a great job!!! The aluminum ones allow water vapor to condensate on the window panes because warm air travels through the cracks in the corners. While the window without anything is entirely covered with frost. I love my indows!!”

“Great experience, honestly. I was a little nervous about the whole thing -- being responsible for the accurate measurements, worried it would take a long time to process and ship -- but it all went great. One of my windows was a HUGE picture window, and it was an original, single pane. The fit has been great, and there has been zero condensation since installation (it used to accumulate ice on the inside that you could actually scrape off...). From the time I reached out to the time I had them installed was maybe 3 weeks? Felt like I was dealing with a small business -- in a good way. Nice people who do quality work.”

“I thought more noises would be blocked out. From the way the sales rep explained it he made it seem like it would be more. One of our windows came damaged but your company is doing a great job in getting I replaced for us. For the price of the windows I just wish they’d block out a little more noise”

“I bought one to make sure it would fit, and after having it in place, for about a week, I've ordered seven more. My windows are single pane, roll out casement windows. The insert looks, and fits, great, and the reduction in draft is noticeable.”

“I am very happy with my Indo window insert! My window is a unique size and I was able to get a perfect fit. I no longer have to cover it with thick plastic to keep out the draft. That was distressing because it’s a beautiful bow window and I would lose my view. With my Indow insert I get no drafts and the temperature stays even. I highly recommend this product and am soo happy I found them!!”

“Although I realize predicting sound / noise reduction is difficult, your company claims a "50 -70%" reduction. this is not even close to reality in my case. I'd be hesitant to even say it is 15% reduction. After wasting over $900, I still am being woken up by the same barking dogs and loud cars as before. I would have NEVER spent money on this product knowing what I know now. Good idea...bad ultimate outcome. And, it took about 3 weeks longer to deliver than promised. I'd love a partial refund folks !”

“We are quite happy with the noise reduction that the inserts have given us. The busy road we live on used to keep us awake without wearing ear protection, now that is no more. The measuring process was a bit harder for us with the window construction we have, service was good. We did not have any problems with delivery, they worked with us since we had a big trip planned and the inserts came when we discussed. No returns so can't help on that.”
