Can’t comment on merchandise because haven’t received yet been 12 days since ordered tracking says delivery pending Since then have received emails for 20 percent off but not entitled to on previous orders THAT I HAVENT RECIEVED AND DONT KNOW WHEN

Very unfair company 20% restocking fee is ridiculous especially when they don’t let you know that there is a 20% restocking fee and technical help is very poor. Assured me parts would be right and nothing fit. Returned unused none fitting parts back and still got charged more for returning! Payed around $111 and got returned around $57. Thieves!

Larry, I have looked into this and there was a mistake on your return. We did not notice the banjos that were also returned. we are processing another credit for you today. If you feel that our re-stock fee that is printed on all of our documents and our website before purchase should not apply in this situation please let me know and We can work something out for you. The brake line recieved for my 2003 Excursion wasn't even close to being a reasonable fit. Since we are unable to call and speak with anyone I had to send an email to the company. To my surprise a person by the name of James responded and requested a picture of the line sent and an indication of the issue. So I sent a picture of the line indicating where the flare fitting is supposed to be. At that point all responses to my emails were ignored.

I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory. We try our hardest to help ever customer to the best of our ability. My apologies that we fell short on this order for you. We handle tech support though email to facilitate sending pictures which is necessary for understanding tech problems hundreds of miles from the vehicles having the issue. Was not satisfied the throttle cable was 4 inches too short I need one to fit a 1969 Oldsmobile Delta 88 455 engine

I placed an order via phone, wanted to pick-up same day, they were not able to accommodate. Ok, don’t want to but will have to wait till next weekend. Asked to have my order shipped. Followed up three days later, after what seemed like an eternity, they found my order and it was still waiting for me to pick-up, @%@*&@! The order shipped and I received next day, one part was incorrect. Called and after what seemed like an eternity, they found my order. Was told to do a claim via email, don’t have time for that! They agreed to send me the correct line at no cost. Followed up three days later, part did not ship and now would have to wait through another weekend to get the correct line. They messed my order up, they can’t put the correct line in a box and get it shipped the same day? The best they can do two days? So now I miss another weekend! Not like it was a custom-made line. Everything I ordered was in stock and pre-made. Thought it was great to find a company here in Michigan that did stainless lines, but I will not use them again.

The brake lines came with the wrong fittings , well there`s a tech support #, guess what you never get to actually talk to someone, you have to do it through e-mail !!! and it takes days, they were no help, asked for just a partial refund, no reply,
