You and the process of getting the insurance was horrible. I made the payment one day and even tough I should have received an email with the details and the insurance certificate that did not happen until I made a call to you the second day. I was not even sure if I had an insurance or not. There were some details of the second driver that were not recorded properly even tough I specified it in that way. Then you could not get my correct email address and till today the finance company through which I am paying the monthly installments still does not have it. Then I was told that my policy hold cancellation fees of 50 pounds - but in the documents you have on the website it says 40 pounds. All in all - horrible - and I wasted hours on the phone with you. I am looking to cancel the policy before the 14 days and go on with the cheaper offer from the other quote on money supermarket that indeed held true to their initial quotation - not like you.

Rip off do not buy the quote you get always goes up and keep an eye on the excess always super high and the 14 cancellation is a joke (says £50)they charged me £120 for cancelling after 7 days , I'm sure they did it so I wouldn't cancel , go with a well known company for a pleasant experience and avoid this company

The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different. Our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase. The amount charged for the insurance cover given will depend on the annual premium and how many days this is in force. Our complaints department will be happy to run through this with you. hi I am not happy at all as I know when I send my review nothing will happen no action will be taken it is just a formality but still you want to take this opportunity than your company is not good at all they are doing very wrong with innocent people like me as I compare the price on search engine I found that your company is the cheapest so I went online and tried to do my car insurance but it didnt let me do that took my all debit card details and got a message that I have to wait for someone will call from company and than only I can drive my car I waited for 7 days noone called me than I only called them and spoke to someone at customer care which took 2 hours to give my details and after that only I was insured but I am 100% sure that no one told me that there will be a interest involve in my insurance when I got a mail and when I gone through it I realise that I have to pay interest which I dont want to why should I pay a interest which is not allowed in my religion and when I called to cancel my policy they charged me for nothing as I am a poor person cant afford enough money as I have to do insurance from other company which is not charging me any interest at all and you guys using a poor persons money see your will not survive for long time as you guys are cheating us and playing with people like us and now to get my money I have to wait for 40 days this is a joke hope this mail or reviwe should be reached to the owner of the company so that he or she knows whats happening in their company many more things to say but you dont have a time and I too.

The worst insurance company I have ever been with. They told me I could clear my insurance payment within 21 days without paying anything extra. yet they did not mention anything about a £50 admin fee which I had to pay. Also quote is completely different over the phone to the one quoted online. The whole company is a complete utter shambles. Will never go with them again.

avoid them with any cost! They will promise you a cheap insurance, but later they will increase your premium, hunting any small mistake in your statements, and "adjusting" (synonim of "stealing") your premium with abusive and absurd fares!...Definitelly THE WORST insurer ever!

I have cancelled my policy yesterday because the car I insured was only worth £1000 at most and the policy excess was £3000 so that would mean that if I had an accident insure your motor wouldn't be paying anything towards the claim. Which means I'd be paying youse every month for nothing. I am very disappointed with insure your motor ANDREW SNADDON

Extremely difficult to obtain any documents from the company. Also significant delay between date of payment of cover and the obtaining of an insurance certificate.

I don't know why need for me paid 230 deposit end 270 pound when I removed my insurance on the Renault Clio 1.2 end 180 pound my monthly paid this sat end I don't like!

After entering all of my details on line it still took a 45 minute phone call to set up the cover on 22-02-16 cover to start on the 24th today is 2nd March still no welcome pack as promised and chased up twice since on the phone. Although I did receive a final warning request to submit details on the 24th in the post FINAL WARNING two days after I took the policy out stating after several letters I have 7 days to respond. To this date this is my only letter from the insurers. I've phoned up a couple of times to be told this is a standard computer generated email to get customers to respond. I was told that my instructions on what documentation to submit would be in my welcome pack. I paid over £650 up front still no welcome pack. I will wait for the post tomorrow then one more phone call requesting my premium back in full then insurance ombudsman time !!!

To Whom It May Concern, It seemed to me that I had to beg you to put £2300 in your pocket. Also guys you treeted me as I am a criminal because I moved address 8 months ago and I just returned back from the USA where I was working, because it is so, weird and out of touch like this one never happened before on planet earth. So, because of this approch includes Dan Needs Group Service Underwriter, you guys gave me a realy hard time for no purpose. I paid the £400 deposit through the phone, I sent my new address details from Natwest as I have been told to do so and I have been told on the phone that I can not be insured. After all, it was not good enough. So, what is good enough for you? Should I go on to my knees and beg you next time? Why don`t you beg me because I put money in to your pocket. I never had so much hard time with any of the companies where I put my money in to any services or business. Because some other guys doing insurance fraud it does not mean I do. You gave hard time to the wrong guy. I was only happy to deal with Alex and happy that Alex dealt with my case and helped me out nicely at the end. Thank you for your time, The open minded Akos Lokai

Not happy! They send an email saying they will call to set up direct debit but never did. Why mention on email if they expect you to call? I needed insurance same day which did not happen, very poor. Reference number: IGNSTCEY

Misleading online prices when actual prices are way higher after being put on hold for 15 mins. Whats the point of giving a quote online when it cant be followed through to actual sale? feel like i have been lied to and my time wasted. Will not recommend to anyone and will be in touch with trading standards.

I've just given you a bad review about sending me someone else's bank account details and giving me insurance I've never asked for. I even said I would never get insurance from a company like you that can't get anything right. Then you send me a email asking me for a 2nd review. This just shows you can't get anything right

Had nothing but issues from the start so far, I did a quote over the internet from compare the market.com This advised me I would only pay £870 per anum which took me to insure your motor's website and led me to believe I placed an order and was awaiting a call back to confirm, however when I rang the insurrance group the premium now is over £1300 per anum - Totally different to what was agreed online, I was then advised this was due to a no cliam theft against my insurance which was reported but never claimed, When I advised over the phone I didnt know what date or day this happened the advisor put a radom date against the insurance document and I was told to ring back with the information and then this would reduce my premium again, I rang back with the date to be told the premium would remain the same so was lied to again from first advisor, At the same time on the first call back the customer service advisor told me they would listen into the call and ring me back no later than Monday 08/02/2016 which didnt happen, I rang back again to be advised what had happened and nothing had been done apart from a note left from the advisor stating I was unhappy with the previous customer service I had received - I now have 7 days to look esle where for my custom as I am now paying £600 more than what I paid for car insurrance in 2015.

Terrible service. I've been waiting for you for five days to sort out a problem with my proposal and still have not been contacted. I will be cancelling my policy because this is obscene customer service. I will not be recommending this company.
