Gazebo was easy to put up. Didn’t like the ground sheet or the walls of the gazebo as the elastic bands that the peg holes went into didn’t reach the ground properly so battled to peg them down securely. Needless to say a gust of wind came and the gazebo took off like a kite. A few poles have been bent which will now be an extra cost to replace.

Good little tent for the price. Main issue was a lack of guy ropes and pegs which were not enough to support the tent properly. 4 more Guy ropes and a half dozen pegs would have sorted it. Would have been happy to pay another $15 for this and then would have had 4 star review.

Hi, the service and delivery of my lightweight 1 person tent was great. The tent instructions got wet and fell apart on the 3rd time I erected it but I took a photo just before they disintegrated. The tent could not cope with wind but was surprisingly good in the rain (I only got wet once). Mostly, I would wrap my goretax raincoat around my down sleeping bag to protect it. There was not a great deal of distance between the inner mesh and the fly. It looked really flappy from the second time I put it up. In Havelock, I purchased an extra rope a 2 extra pegs to make it more robust against the wind, which helped a little. I'd put it up, it would look fine, then an hour later it would be flapping about and I'd have to readjust it all again which took some time.

Hi, I probably wouldn't have given any feedback normally, but the survey prompted some thoughts. I think your website and service are very good, and the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged. I purchased an Ultrapack SW, as I just need a lightweight shelter for occasional use. I tried it for 2 nights on an exercise out in the hills and found it to be unsuitable for anything other than dead calm conditions. Even a light breeze causes the tent to deform, making a lot of noise and caving in the walls. I had two nights of moderate NW wind it was quite unpleasant - thankfully the weather was dry. The quality of the tent is ok for what it is. I acknowledge I probably purchased the wrong model, but I do feel that advertising this as 2-3 season tent in NZ conditions is quite a stretch. As a result I won't get much use from it. Thanks
