“Dejan is the broker I worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical at first using International Citizens Insurance because of the stereotype associated with insurance brokers, but Dejan was extremely informative, patient, and helpful in walking me through all the details and breaking down the complexity of the insurance options and terms. Unlike some other companies that I chatted with, he did not come off as sales-y, rather came with recommendations that were aligned with my budget and needs. I have not needed to file a claim yet with my chosen insurance plan, but so far I'm really impressed with the level of service that Dejan has provided.”

“Outstanding service from Dejan. My wife and I are traveling for several years and our global health insurance was expiring last month. He helped us find another company with similar insurance but at a lower cost for the coming year. When we had problems canceling with the old company, he helped us get that issue resolved though he was under no obligation to do so as we took that policy out with another agent. Dejan gets customer service and we are grateful for all of his help.”

“Brennan on the team helped me select the plan that was best for me based on my health needs and history. He then followed up with me to ensure I was receiving the information I needed and was getting back to my chosen plan provider. That extra contact person was so helpful and will be available to me for the duration of my policy.”

“I've had a very supportive/engaged/available, knowledgeable, and efficient/responsive experience with my first need to obtain insurance outside of a group policy with my employer as I not only retire but need global health insurance for retirement. I found the website and the supportive information well-designed in a topic that is very detailed and complicated first time around particularly. My particular specialist was Drew Hunsberger and I was very easily able to book a few calls with Drew to talk through the process and options and he was also very responsive to e-mail and to helping the process move along and make some final adjustments I needed. I recommend Drew and the team at International Citizens Insurance!”

“Health insurance is hard enough to understand. Something new like international insurance is no easier. Brennan at ICI made everything much easier. He was responsive to questions (and I am not shy about asking lots of questions). He made the process much easier and was quick with response and support.”
