Used for an international shipment to Bali. After an exchange with the customer chasing the delivery it was determined that they had not been contacted by FedEx the chosen courier to arrange payment of the duties etc. Upon trying to arrange payment and finalise the shipment we were advised by a representative the parcel had been “destroyed”. Interparcel were very non apologetic and essentially blamed the courier they have a paid partnership with. Very disappointed in the service received.

i paid the quoted price. but then they came back to me with another price wanting an extra £167! they called this nasty surprise a "surcharge" which can potentially ruin a small business. it was not paid and i will not recommend inerparcel to anyone. should be fined for adding such rip off surcharges.

Parcel never delivered lost over £300.00 with no refund. Second time using this service after problematic 1st service. Gave benefit of doubt and still let me down. Never again nor recommended to anyone.

Sent an item under 2kg. I was charged an extra £1.00 as they said that it was just over this. I think not. More annoyingly I was charged an extra £3.00 admin fee on my PayPal account. The item contents were worth about £5.00 so it cost me over £8.00 to send it. It was a plastic drinking cup in a presentation case. How the he'll was that over 2 Kg.

The worse customer service! They didn’t came to pick up my parcel for 5 dats delay. When I contact them they didn’t give me any solution and they promise to pick up next day and it was not true because they were in strike and they even know! HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID

Was chased for a ridiculous additional fee saying I had sent something almost 200KG heavier than I had originally been quoted for. Provided significant proof that this was ridiculous, and haven't heard anything since.

Tried to charge me an extra 30 something quid for a snooker cue I sent which they claimed was 10 times its actual weight. Og course I asked them if they could whistle dixie

can't find a parcel and Interparcel don't want to help...my account seems to have disappeared!? Password no longer works and they will not send me a link to reactivate account so can't track - completely stuck !

Absolute unbelievable. I won’t go on and on as I can not be bothered. Simply happy to take the money and not collect parcel but stating online this type of item is Perfectly fine. Emailed for refund, guess what NO REPLY.

Given one star as there is no zero, this is by far the worst and most incompetent service I have ever received. After paying almost £100, my parcel from the 14th of December that was meant to be delivered to the recipient in the 19th still has not been delivered. The FedEx service has been asking the recipient to provide taxes by credit card, which the recipient does not have and instead advised her to commit fraud telling her to use my details. I have spent hours on the phone in the last 3 weeks only to be told by Interparcel that I should just wait even after expressing the importance of the parcel! they have done nothing to help. Fedex is asking the recipient to travel a 109 miles to collect a parcel I paid to be delivered to their door where the taxes should have been paid. The stress this has cause is not worth it, this is an expensive shipping service that should deliver better quality service. I doubt there is even any point raising a complaint as you won't get anywhere. You will only repeat yourself everytime you call to no avail! Sincerely MISS SICK AND TIRED OF HORRIBLE SERVICE

Will never use again. My son and daughter's Christmas parcels were kept at new zealand sorting area for a week without any further progress toward being delivered. Called them several times and they said the parcels were out for delivery but the tracking information didn't show that. It's been so stressful. Don't use this company.

It was my 1st time using Interparcel and it will be my last. We sent a parcel to China and it was lost for weeks with no information as to when it would be traced or delivered. I chased numerous times and had a very unhappy receiver who never got his package. We were eventually credited but thios was not the aim of sending a parcel.

I sent a parcel over 30 days ago. I contacted Interparcel at least 3 times about it. I've not received any answer nor help about my order. Contact them is very difficult, they chat is off again.

This is POD for interparcel and Tufnalls. It’s fake never happened. They insisted it did then changed mind. Then promised 2 more deliveries. Never happened. Now declared lost not stolen. It’s a 2.1 x 1.2mtr door, easily misplaced. Driver does not work there anymore. Took 20 phone calls and constant chasing. Now find it’s cost me money.

Booked and paid for a courier, 1st day no show. 2nd day they tried to BS saying no one was home but just liars and useless waste of time do not use.
