“I was unable to track a parcel through the website so I phoned the customer service line where I spoke to a very helpful an polite assistant, Mary Evans, who then phoned the courier company directly and quickly got back to me via email with a update on the parcel. Very quick and efficient service and my query resolved!”

“Our company have used Inter-parcel for many years. If there is any issues (very few) they always sort them out very quickly. Recently sent parcel to Israel and checked online for the tracking at it was only showing as booked. Spoke on-line to Rachael and she was most helpful. She looked into this and replied very quickly confirming that the parcel had been delivered and confirmed the time and person signing for the parcel. I would recommend Inter-parcel.”

“I was due a collection of a parcel a week ago on Monday . As no one came for it I rang Interparcel on Tuesday to find out what happened. There was an immediate apology and was told that the parcel would be picked up Wednesday. It was picked up on Tuesday to my delight. On Monday last, Charlie Stocker e mailed me to say that the package had been delivered that morning around 9.30.. What a nice touch that some one had the courtesy to inform me of the delivery.That was excellent service, full marks and thank you again Mr Stocker.”

“I have used Interparcel on a number of occasions recently to send between 1 - 20 cartons per consignment. I find the booking system quite easy to use and have never had any issues with deliveries. I have just had an invoicing query which was resolved very quickly and efficiently by an extremely helpful lady in Customer Services, whose name was Louana Pyzer. I shall continue to use Interparcel in the future and recommend them to others.”

“We have used Interparcel for several years & we don't get problems. The on-line booking system gives us a choice of competitive prices & choice of courier. The courier that we select makes the collection from us & we have all of their paperwork printed from the on-line forms. Interparcel provides us with a cost-effective & efficient service...........Thankyou !”
