“Great service, plus when I had a question, phone was promptly answered and support from Nicole Rowlands was excellent. Parcel delivery with myHermes quick and easy. Will certainly use Interparcel again”

“Nicole Rowland answered my call. I was spitting blood and feathers trying to fill in the online booking form. It would not accept my email address as it had too many characters ?????? and everytime I tried to input it, the form demanded my card details again. Nicole talked me through the process and we used her email address to complete the form and she then emailed me the files. She was polite, courteous and professional all of the time. Thankyou”

“I needed to call to verify a couple of points and the young lady who dealt with my enquiry was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We need to deal with a lot of customer service departments, but Nicole Rowland who dealt with my call on behalf of Interparcel was particular personable and professional and a credit to the company.”

“After some problems with the collection of my parcel by a courier service I contacted inter parcel and they sorted it straight away. The customer service was excellent, Becky Blythe stayed in touch throughout the process as a point of contact and made sure everything went through smoothly. Great turnaround from a frustrating situation.”

“had to contact one of your sales team regarding a late delivery through TNT i did this through your chat system and was greeted by sabrina she was very helpful and is going to find out why my delivery wasnt done the next day. she then informed me i may recieve a refund due to the fact it wasnt delivered when it says it would and will email me within 2 hrs with the outcome. thanks for the service and i will continue to use interparcel mike hosey”

“Parcel was sent by UPS on 2nd March 2016 next day delivery. Inquiries were made by Interparcel when it did not arrive on 3rd March and UPS Nottingham advised initially that it was they could not find it but eventually it was found and recipient received it on the Monday 7th March. I am particularly gratefull for Interparcel in chasing up the delay and particularly Louana who resolved the issue and arranged a refund of the shipping cost which I passed on to the parcel recipient to compensate for the delay.”
