Terrible service, extremely exhausting to communicate with when they lose your parcel. They will frustrate you, make you cry and push you till you are at your wit's end and have no choice but to take them to court. You lose a parcel but won't make a claim with the courier, they lack any sense of human compassion or empathy especially during this difficult time. They definitely aren't people but robots with no emotions! They believe they will get away with anything and it won't come back and bite them. Potential users be warned! I would give negative stars if I could

very bad service, my parcel has been delayed because of their poor service, not because of the courier itself. No proper feedback when contacting them. No proper checks on external companies they use to collect parcels. I will never use this company again.

This company is dishonest and do not understand nor care about customer care or satisfaction. Their only motivation is making money without meeting the minimum requirements laid down by the consumer rights act which requires that they perform their service with reasonable care and skill and or delivering packages entrusted to them in a reasonable time frame. To further avoid their responsibilities they try to deprive their customers of their legal rights and even have their workers brainwashed to recite the monologue “we don’t give refunds” even after contacting this company over 10 times over a period of 27 days to establish the location of the package, which was supposed to be delivered in the time frame of 5 to 8 days. After 28 days and numerous empty assurances that the package “will be delivered tomorrow” I finally talked to Jim Bird the manager/associate director who assured me that the package would be “delivered tomorrow” I asked him if he was absolutely certain and he advised me that he was. I then broached the subject of compensation/refund and as expected he trotted out the practised and oft used, “we don’t give refunds” After further discussion he offered me a £10 discount off my next package, the package was not “delivered tomorrow”! However, not only was it not delivered, I received an email from them 4 days later advising me that “the package was being returned due to being incorrectly addressed”. After sending them a copy of a google map and verification of the address the package was finally delivered. I contacted Interparcel’s Mr Jim Bird and requested a refund of £40.90. This request remained unanswered until I sent a letter to the Managing Director advising him that, due to Interparcel’s refusal to amicably settle my dispute, court action may be necessary and my letter to him was in compliance with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct. The managing director did not respond, Mr Jim Bird did, once again trotting out the practised, “we don’t give refunds”. The response from Mr Jim Bird completely ignored the contents and requests within my letter before action and has left me with no other option than to proceed with full legal action.

Parcel never arrived, Hermes said it was damaged beyond repair. Contacted interparcel to send it on anyway, never heard anymore. I ended up out of pocket for the item and without it.

I had to give one star to be able to write the review , otherwise it would be zero . I used interparcel over a couple of years ago .i had Actuslly assumes it had gone out of business , hence a review so ling after I used it ! I sent - tried to send a parcel to Greece , within the weight limit ( 26kgs ) AND size limit . It never arrived .After two months of thinking that the postal service in Greece was at fault , I got a small parcel from interparcel with some of the contents of the parcel I sent (2kgs worth ) an extremely pleasant girl at interparcel tried to help by tracking it for me . She said she could see that the parcel was too big to send so there were splitting it up to send it back to me . It would be in 5 separate packages ....???? What on earth ??? First of all it wasn’t too big according to their web site and secondly why didn’t they send ALL of it to Greece . I never saw the rest of the parcel . The girl I doke to who tried to help was then ‘not available ‘ A woman then took over snd said the rest of the parcel had been delivered . There was no note in my letter box nor had any neighbours been given anything for me . She also denied opening the parcel and said their couriers wouldn’t have opened it either . It simply beggars belief that that firm is still operating . As far as I am aware it’s against the law to open a parcel addressed to someone else and nowhere on its website does it say it has permission to do so . The complaint letter I wrote got a very short answer saying the parcel had been delivered and signed ‘ the complaints team ! So in short DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY . I’ve never had an apology even from a new CEO ! I don’t have photos but I DO have a recording of the conversations as I’m hard of hearing snd sometimes need to listen to things twice

If I could leave a ‘no star’ I would! They have contacted me in September asking for evidence of size / weight of a a parcel I posted with them BACK IN MAY 5 months ago? Absolutely absurd with no way I can prove it having a bill to pay. I used to use them a lot, terrible customer service demanding money and threatening letters if I do not pay.

I had booked & paid for a pickup of documents that I needed urgently & Fastway Couriers failed to pickup. So, as a result, I have to do a road trip of 6 hours to collect the documents.

AVOID INTERPARCEL! I posted an expensive item in July 2020, Next day delivery to US. I send 60+ items a month and understand some go missing. I pay for insurance. I’ve called and emailed interparcel twice a week for 9 weeks! To the point where I’m sick of them saying ‘I’ll raise it with FedEx and get back to you’ (then not getting back to me so I have to call again). So, after waiting another 10 days for their response I tried to start complaint procedures. Guess what!! They are above complaint! It’s in their small print that they aren’t responsible for lost items. The response to my complaint... ‘I’ll raise it with FedEx and get back to you’. My complaint is with interparcel. They are the ones fobbing me off week after week. Ignoring my emails. Ignoring my request to start complaint proceedings. My advice? Get your quote from Interparcel’s site then go direct to the courier. Cut interparcel out of the equation. That way, should an item clearly get lost in the post you can talk directly with a company who isn’t above the law. Above complaint. Above giving a hoot cos ‘they aren’t responsible’. I’ve put my order No. on this review. I will bet I’ll get an email from interparcel saying ‘I’ll raise it with FedEx and get back to you’ I refunded my customer £175. Plus I’ve paid £60 for the item to get lost and about £8 insurance. And you’d think they would value customers of 15 years. They don’t. interparcel will ignore you until you ‘go away’. The MOST frustrating form of customer service.

Couldn’t give less than one star. If your parcel gets there great, however if you have to contact customer services they do reply quickly with “ we will look into it “ and that is it. Ask how to make a claim for a missing parcel that you have paid extra insurance on again “ we will look into it “ after a month and repeated asking you get upgraded to “urgent request “ and still waiting. No advantage for using a broker

Paid for tuffnells by 12 service booked for a tuesday by friday Tuffnells had still not collected. Complete waste of time. Having read reviews and noticing how many 1 star reviews decided it was best not to trust this service. The high star reviews do not seem genuine reports. In interparcels defence they have refunded me quickly although they should take note of customer feedback and not sell “by 12 “ services if their providers dont adhere to it.

They lied to me, didn't return calls, ignored emails, missed every deadline and failed to resolve my case fairly or on time, without apology. The worst customer service I have ever had.

Terrible, unprofessional service. Interparcel broke my parcel, delivered half of it and I am still waiting on the other half and/or payment of the insurance value for it. Parcel was sent some 6 weeks ago and the customer services department is completely unresponsive, saying they will get back to me and then never do. After repeated chasing there is still no resolution. Completely unacceptable way to do business. AVOID - DO NOT USE THEM!

This was my first time using interparcel. I used them as one of their couriers - Tuffnells - were able to collect the parcel from my home address the quickest. Also, they would provide their own label. 1)The driver collected the parcel a day later than agreed. 2) Driver did not provide a barcode that I could upload to prove To eBay that the item had been dispatched. 3) A day later interparcel web page was showing the parcel as “delivered” in contrast to what the recipient claimed. 4) after numerous calls to customer services it transpired that the driver had simply left the parcel on the buyers doorstep! No signatures. No photographs. Just plain left it unattended on their doorstep!!! 4) Interparcel customer service is atrocious! One representative claimed it was “normal to leave parcels” in this way “due to COVID 19.” (!!!!) It was extremely difficult communicating with them regarding this! 5) I finally opened a claim. Their claims department then demanded proof of the value of the shipped goods. I pointed out it’s not important how much I paid for the goods, it’s how much I sold them for that’s the crucial figure! Moreover, no matter what proof I provide regarding the monetary loss, interparcel will only pay the standard £25 compensation!! So why this song and dance about proof of value. So far that’s where we are at with this sorry affair! Conclusion: Interparcel are far from a professional set up. They seem to focus more on collecting their commission from courier companies than they do in ensuring a quality service. Worse of all is their attitude to complaints and Customer service!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid

BEWARE ☠️☠️☠️ I booked and paid for a parcel collection and delivery by Interparcel.com. At £33.54 it want cheap but it was ParcelForce 48 so I thought 48 hours was good for the price. Interparcel sent my package to Preston instead of Halesworth in Suffolk. Despite all assurances, it failed to arrive 4 working days later. The “chat” staff were dismissive and arrogant saying no compensation was possible. They blamed ParcelForce even though the contract was with them. It is now 5 working days since I paid for this service and they still can’t tell me where my parcel is nor when it’ll be delivered. Their customer service is atrocious. Their system blatantly faulty as they themselves provided all labelling. They promise to email you updates but you never get a single one. They promise to chase the package up and let you know. NOT A WORD IN RESPONSE. They’ve taken your money and provide abysmal service, denying all liability which is shocking as my contract is firmly with Interparcel. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY

On Thursday, I ordered a package pickup for the next day. Nobody showed up until Monday when I asked for a refund. I didn't get any e-mail or phone. Complete ignorance. If you care about time and quick service, avoid this company.

Pretty poor, I now use Parcel2Go instead much better service. Booked a parcel in and no-one came to collect the following day when the website said it would, bearing in mind I paid for a next day delivery too. Stroppy woman said they dont guarantee any collections and I wouldn't be entitled to any refunds as it will still go on a next day service even though it my customer had to wait an extra day for it.
