Wouldn’t recommend to anyone Interparcel is a terrible service. It has been 1 month since I booked for a pick up and my parcels haven’t been collected yet. Every time they say they came to collect the parcels and nobody was there in the premise to attend them. Most of the time people were there in the place. If we ask for a specific time which the person will come to pick up they say they can’t give us a time. The person will come to collect between 9am to 5pm. What do they expect us to do? Do they want us to take a day off from work and wait until the the parcel to be collected? They should give us a specific time so that I can make sure someone is home I will take a permission for an hour or 2 and stay home. They are not ready to do it. In other services like Australia post they notify us with a specific time before collecting the parcels. Furthermore The customer service representatives are very rude. I talked to them over the phone several times. But the way they handle the customers is unprofessional. I regret that I selected this horrible service. They should do the pickup ASAP or they should refund my money back

I bought 2 items on Ebay for a Cancer Charity Karaoke event to be delivered by Hermes. Hermes by the way will hire anyone with a vehicle, mostly foreigners. The parcels were to be delivered to my College where I work. But the Polish driver failed to deliver the parcels 3 times, saying there was no access, and even lied at one point saying the receptionist wouldn't take them. And after a few complaints to Hermes, he finally delivered one parcel, but accompanied with another man, demanding to speak to me in a very aggressive manner. I needed the other parcel desperately so I contacted Interparcel again, who promised they would chase it up, and get back to me the following day, but nobody returned my call. Consequently I rang every day for nearly 2 weeks, sometimes spending 20 min’s on the phone. In the end I finally got a call back from Interparcel informing me that Hermes could not find my parcel, and closed the case declaring it lost, with no apologies whatsoever. So on top of all the expense I have incurred in phone calls chasing the parcel up, It’s also cost me £40 to replace it. But just to add insult to injury, Hermes are now chasing me for £3.89 for another parcel I sent, claiming it was a couple of centimetres to big. And although I supplied Interparcel with a suppliers document stating the size and weight of the item, Interparcel have disregarded the information. And Mrs Katie Harman from Interparcel has hounded me few weeks, treating me like a liar and a criminal, threatening to take court action if I did not pay the fine. The excess parcel size was actually only .89p, but Hermes thought it appropriate, to stick another £3.00 on top of that for admin costs. I have since paid the fine, but informed Interparcel that despite me being a loyal customer for many years, I will never use Interparcel or Hermes ever again.

Second time I’ve used the service and second time they failed to pick package up after taking a day off work. Surely in the 21st century they’d have a system where they can contact you to let you know if they are having difficulties. Pen an paper list with phone numbers would be sufficient. Obviously don’t care about getting negative views neither!

Extremely rude and arrogant customer service team. It does not matter who you speak to, the problem is never Interparcel’s fault...I have had several problems with the services they provide and there is never an apology. A phone call to pay a UPS packaging fee to them was even met with an extremely rude person on the other end of the phone...

Shocking. By all means use the interparcel website to gauge pricing but just book direct with the courier. They're just a 3rd party adding a commission on top. I booked a same day collection which never showed up. I was assured it had been rebooked for the following day and they had raised a complaint with the courier but here we are on day two with no collection. If you're sending anything time sensitive, swerve these. This is the third and final time I've been let down by Interparcel so I hope this review helps other out.

SHAMBOLIC!! I sold an audio mixer on ebay and this company was chosen as the courier. A dirty unmarked van arrived and the parcel was snatched from my hands by the passenger. I felt unsure as to wether this was a courier or an opportunist theif, so as a precaution I noted the reg. of the van. After a few days when the parcel had failed to reach it's destination I raised my concerns with interparcel. A short time later I was paid a visit by their couriers, whom had been told of my contact and were taking it personally. a week or so later I was asked for a description of the parcel, which I provided. I was then told that they would have 'a look around' for it, which may take 5 days. After 5 days they finally admitted to losing the parcel. A good company to use only if you want to be threatened by a white van man and have your valuables lost. Oterwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Terrible service. Paid for next working day delivery and dropped the parcel off at the local drop off point early in the morning. To my surprise I am now being told the parcel is next day next working day after the driver has collected the parcel. At point of order which was a early Thursday morning, The website showed Friday Delivery! Companies like these are untrustworthy and not transparent and give decent couriers companies a DPD a bad name.

Bad company charlie the online rep is unhelpful and a liar, said she had arranged for my parcel to be delivered today been waiting in no sign of my delivery so decided to phone parcelforce direct, they said they have received no contact from interparcel about my parcel completely unprofessional don't use these amauters

waited for three days for a collection which never turned up. rebooked after day two knowing full well that the 'problem' they were having still existed and so I wasted three days waiting in for something I paid for that never came. Staff are rude, incompetent and liars as well. Avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......... THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE CON AND THEN THREATEN YOU DEMANDING THEIR MONEY....I send numerous parcels and then I get an email from interparcel demanding I owe them money as the parcel exceeded the dimensions I listed... They said the item was over 2.5 meters which is absolute rubbish they had no interest in the information I sent over to them!! They then sent me emails which were very intimidating never heard anything then weeks later received a letter threatening to take me to court absolute joke I will never ever be using this company again and I would strongly advise if you dont want any hassle. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE.....Staff are very rude and antagonising especially Stacey worst customer service ever....I will be taking this further interparcel its not over yet.......

Awful service. Used UPS service and was told they had tried to deliver but no one was in (she was), the tracking said it had been delivered to reception (there is no reception at her address) with no address or clue where this reception was. 36 hours later my client was told that it had been taken to an access point where she had to rummage through a room full of parcels to find her own. After numerous emails Interparcel refuse to accept that anything they did was wrong and my client gets no refund for the inconvenience. Not only that, they will not even slightly apologise. If this was the budget service I might understand, but it wasn't.

I paid extra to speed up delivery, my parcel took a week longer than I'd paid for and looked like it had been kicked all of the 160 miles here. Damaged, slow, expensive, embarrassing customer service. In future I will stay far far away from this joke of a parcel delivery system

Very Disappointed i sent a parcel to a customer never received it but there was a signature, witch DOSE NOTE belong to the customer, email interparcel for more information so i can report to the police for fraud, and now there changing there tune saying it was lost. but there a signature , just trying to brush me OFF. NOWAY GOING ALL THE WAY WITH THIS ONE SICK OF LOSE PARCELS With Inter parcel. 100s parcels over the last year or so never again, looks like i will going to PARCELS 2 GO , Very poor service and poor Communions.

Despite paying for insurance and watching the courier drop the guitar amp I had shipped in front of me, I was refused any compensation for the extensive internal damage to the amp. Totally useless. Avoid.

Appalling customer service response to a consignment / order that was supposed to be delivered by 12pm on Friday. Consignment arrives 3 mins shy of three days later than the Friday deadline, which we paid extra for. Stock customer services response is nothing we can do. At the least I had to refund my customer. Shame on you Interparcel.
