BEWARE Interparcel is a middle person and therefore will pass on responsibility to the actual courier. The actual courier will then pass it back to Interparcel and you’re left with apologies but no solutions. This has happened to me twice now. Apologies and refund received but it has cost me more money to get a shipment delivered due to failure of courier Tuffnels which was booked through Interparcel. (Interparcel kept saying pick up Tue, then it was Wed and then it was Thu). As I paid for and needed parcel by Wed I was left no choice but to cancel and make alternative arrangements at an added expense (and lots of time wasted waiting and phoning). The courier Tuffnels kept saying no one at pick up address which was not true (someone wasted 2 days waiting between 9 and 6!). Interparcel just repeats what the courier tells them. Lesson - do not use Interparcel but book direct with a courier. And never use Tuffnels as they clearly tell porky pies. And no this was not a one of issue with Interparcel as I had a similar experience not that long ago.

terrible experience. Parcel should be collected on 17th of february and finaly got into the courier 21st. Delivery took 13days to be finaly delivered on 5th of March! They refused to get me refund as it wasn't included in money back guarantee! I wouldn't recommend if you want get your parcel quickly.

Item was not delivered by UPS as they advised it was refused by the recipient, who confirmed there was no attempt to deliver. UPS then confirmed they sent it to the wrong address. Package was then returned to me, damaged, inside and outside. Opened a claim as I took full cover on it but Interparcel argues this was a restricted item (containing glass) and therefore no refund is possible under the claim... Which to me is not the point as it would have never happened if UPS would have delivered to the right address in the first place. Customer service only sends pre-written emails back and it is impossible to get proper answers until calling them. Very disappointing. Stay away from this company.

Using Interparcel for two companies in my family they surcharged £9.60 because we sent a (very securely packaged) shipment without packing it in a cardboard box! Despite the UPS collection agent telling us the box wasn't needed & the parcel arriving safely & securely with our customer - they wouldn't reconsider the charge & threatened legal action if unpaid. Very foolish business decision Interparcel & now they have lost my business for good. Watch out for extra charges folks!

DO NOT USE!!! Guaranteed collection but no driver turned up on day 1. After speaking to Interparcel and Tuffnells guaranteed collection for day 2. Still no collection after taking 2 days off of work. Then guaranteed collection on Saturday by Interparcel but now been told they don't make collections on Saturdays. Absolutely awful customer service, with phone calls cut off and no return.

Interparcel are THE worst courier booking company. We have proof of a driver forging a customer's signature to say a parcel was delivered, which has now been classed as lost and another parcel that was lost, which they denied had been collected from our premises; until we provided proof on our CCTV. A parcel going to Italy was delayed; we were not informed and now have to pay AGAIN to have it delivered. Their excuse is that we should have tracked the parcel; which is totally impractical, given that we are trying to run a business. They dismiss any complaints and could not care less. I would not use them again, I'd rather deliver the parcel myself!

AWFUL COMPANY - my parcel never arrived with my customer after 31 days. They have now closed the delivery and will not refund me for my order. I have obviously had to refund my customer so are now out of pocket...I know what comes next...interparcel will now charge me for the item to be returned to me...How can an item shipped to italy not arrive with my customer after 31 days...AVOID

AWFUL COMPANY... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN After 31 days and still no delivery, they have closed the delivery and will not refund me. I have had to refund my customer and are therefore out of pocket. Interparcel won't refund me for my delivery even though nothing ever arrived. I know how this works now..They then send me a bill for the item to be returned to me...DO NOT USE THEM

Would not recommend this company at all! I have sent many parcels to the USA with no problem but on using this company for the 1st time a code was added to the address that I did not put on. The correct address was on the parcel but they did not attempt to deliver it there, they instead returned it to the UK, even though I rang up to try and sort the matter out . I was forced to pay the same amount for it's return with the threat that if I did not the parcel would be disposed of. Also, everything had to be done by e-mail once the parcel was returned. It took 3 weeks to get the parcel back. However, if you want to send a parcel on it's holidays at greatly inflated prices then this is the company for you!!!!

Awful, booked a Hermes collection, they never showed up, booked a re-collection, never showed up. No way to contact to get a refund. Will avoid at all costs.

The worst company ever. They did not hand the package out and did not return it to me. They lost one parcel and I lost my money. Six days ago they said coming next day and until now I’m waiting .

They claimed there was a problem with the destination address then said the parcel would be returned to me ( a 15 working turnaround) but a month later after the non-delivery and I still haven't received it.

The worst company possible ! Please customer DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. The Operator´s only care about the courier´s , they don´t care about the customer. The services provide by them are not guarantee none of them, a service that supposedly said would take 2-3days delivery could take up to 5,7 ,10 days, they don´t care, whatever the courier said they will run with it. I had at least 3 bad services with them, my last one is taking 5days for a 2-3 day service ! DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT USE INTERPACEL AS A COURIER SERVICE !

Terrible experience!! Very stressful , paid for a pick up & delivery & didn't happen after 4 days of constantly ringing them to do the job they have been paid to do & being told they have no contact with driver as they outsource job to a third party courier. Tracker is a waste of time because of this & customer services drown you in false automated sympathy but are unable to do anything to help. Explained how unhappy I was by email & had no response so cancelled service & got a refund. They let me down , they let my customer down, absolute disgrace!!! Would never recommend!!!

item completely wrapped in cardboard, less than 20hrs to deliver, but then sent invoice for extra £ as they state item not wrapped in cardboard yet they provide no evidence to support their claim when asked for, just pay up. I would advise people to avoid these cowboys and book elsewhere from now on.

I sent 8 parcels of which only 2 arrived at the accurate address. 5 went to a completely different address, had not that person been honest they too would not have reached my son. 1 didn’t make it at all. Its apparently delivererd or stolen. Over 1 month back and forth they said the case was closed. I was not compensated for my loss and paid about $170 for safe delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. The only thing this company is good for is snapping up your money losing your parcels and then the case is closed. See you later.

We are still awaiting the parcel after trying to make contact with DPD (BRT). They cannot find the address, yet I saw one of their vans only a kilometre away on that same day they stated they could not find us. They only needed to check with Poste Italiane or the Commune to get directions, but they are plain lazy.. The latest is that I have to drive 30 miles (60 miles) round trip to pick it up. That I am not doing!!!!!! Awaiting their next move.....

The follow up is terrible. I entered the pickup on Wednesday evening on Thursday around 2.30 i called as it hadn't been picked up. Usual reply its booked in and will be collected before 5. Yeah right, I knew it wouldn't. Next morning I called to report failed pickup. The reply, I'm glad you called failed pickups are not automatically re-booked..... What kind of service is that?? Around 3.30 Friday it still had not been picked up so I called and asked to speak to the manager, what a joke ...procedures don't allow that anyway after a long hold I was assured the girl had spoken to the driver who assured it would be picked up that night. Guess what..no pickup. I was astounded on Saturday afternoon when a driver called unexpected and collected the parcel. Not good enough Interparcel.
