I sold my mobile phone for £89 over ebay, and have always used interparcel to find the "best" deal. This time the courier was "Hermes" (wish I had looked up their reviews before). Days later the buyer contacted me and I checked the tracking number. 12.30 after the courier had picked it up it stood at "Hub Trailer Via Sorter" and hadn't moved for days. So I contacted interparcel and this nightmare began. First I need to wait the 7 days for it to be confirmed "lost" (not stolen, couriers don't do stolen), then I need to make a claim by sending in the receipts of the phone and the order receipt from interparcel, then my claim would be reviewed and it may take up to 28 days top refund. What??? What did I do wrong? Why would I have to go through all this? So I waited until the 26th, then replied to the email only to receive a reply I would have to wait 7 days? I then replied I already had. I contacted interparcel to demand receipts from the courier how they come to the conclusion that it was lost and not stolen. Today (Monday) they replied this would not be possible blablabla. I made it clear I believe it has been stolen and as it is still my phone I want receipts. In a separate email I attached all the documents required for the claim, but also claimed compensation for all the hassle this has caused me. I've not heard back yet. I just sent a parcel and paid extra insurance, that's all!

Unfortunately the goods received no further scans and after extensive searches the parcel was not located. Our claims department have received your email and your claim has been started this afternoon. They will contact you with further updates as the claim progresses.

I have dealt with Interparcel for a number of years now and have always found them to have provided a service of excellence. Their staff are alway friendly and helpful, this morning is a typical example, I needed to contact Interparcel as my shipping label for some reason had not been processed . It proved to be an error made by myself but with the speed of light Sabrina sorted out the problem sent me new shipping labels and also advised that I had paid too much for the service I had required so she also arranged a refund. It does not get any better thank this. Thank you all very much, Ann Adams

We use interparcel on a regular basis without problems. We did have an isolated incident involving a a late delivery . This was resolved very quickly by the excellent very helpful customer service agent Charlie.

I am very happy with the service and response times of Interparcel. Communication is easy and deliveries are reliable. When there is a problem, which is inevitable in any delivery company, it always gets solved, sometimes within hours and sometimes days, never longer than this.

I do like Interparcel. They give access to premium delivery solutions and at a reasonable rate - for both business and domestic. On the odd occasion where I've had need to contact them, they are approachable by email (though I believe there's the option to phone) and they reply quickly. Big thumbs up to Katy Hall - now in my address book - Katy is always keen to help and is a valued contact. Thanks Interparcel !
