I don't know what I would have done if I had not discovered Interparcel! There is not another company that I would trust to ship my work all over the world. Rates are always very competitive and the support is second to none. When I have any kind of enquiry Tasha always helps me and sorts things out for me very quickly

Unfortunately our parcel went walkabout, but Tia at Interparcel Customer Services was our hero of the day. She quickly tracked down our parcel, and kept us in the loop whilst doing so. After liasing with the courier involved she tracked down our parcel and advised that it would shortly arrive at its destination - Australia. Our customer was happy, which made us very happy. hi i have been a long customer of interparcel and these guys have been spot on each and every time the customer service is brilliant always we need more companies like this what actually do care about there customers and there parcels. i spoke to Georgia this morning querying my package and georgia within 10 seconds let me know the status of my package as i needed a more detailed up date she also asked if there was anything else i needed. its so refreshing to know you aint being hurried off and there is always a sense of real care with interparcel thats why they are and always will be my no 1 choice thanks interparcel team keep up that professional and brilliant work you guys always do H Ismet ;)

After some difficulty with an awkward customer in South Korea, your help team (especially James England) arranged for me to have the package returned. Terrific service, and good to know that Interparcel has great 'after sales' staff. Top marks!

Paid extra for a next day service as it clearly states will be delivered next working day and still hasnt arrived to my customer, interparcel have said they cant do anything and wont give me a refund. There happy to state it is next day service when in actual fact it isnt and when your parcel does not arrive the next day all they say is sorry. what a joke! avoid interparcel.com at all costs and go straight to your post office or book direct though a main courier, do NOT try to save money by going through a 3rd party comparison site like interparcel because when things like this happen they couldnt give a f**k about helping you out!

Hi Ryan, I am very sorry that your order 13124593 was not delivered next day. This was booked on the DPD pick up service where delivery is normally next working day after it has been collected. Unfortunately this service does not come with a money back guarantee for late delivery so in this case we are unable to offer a refund.

Had a little problem with a UPS delivery (not Interparcel's fault) and Tia Davies in Customer Support was very helpful all round and arranged for UPS to give a full refund. She was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

We rarely get any problems, but when we do 9/10 we are helped with good customer service! Charlie Stocker helped us when a label fell off a box and let us know when a new one was attached and when the package was out for a delivery. We were very happy with the help we received!

Interparcel are money grabbing time wasters. They effectively kidnapped £1000 of my stock for three months, lying about the parcels location for over a month after being given no tracking information. I paid for a ten day service, and after 3 months have finally had my parcel returned to me after failing to even deliver. I also had to pay for this privilege! I have also wasted hours and become stressed as a result of chasing them for info with at least 5 phone calls a day for a fortnight at one point. I would avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional with no awareness of customer service, still haven't received a real apology or any kind of refund despite a manager admitting their wrong doing.

Hi Becky, Please note that this shipment was delayed in transit due to a number of reasons, originally this was due to the Customs invoice missing from the parcel however this was forwarded on to the carrier and the parcel proceeded in transit. The parcel was then delayed further due to the delivery address being a PO BOX address which, as stated within our Terms of use, we cannot deliver to. I can see a correct delivery address and telephone number was provided and this was forwarded to the carrier who then proceeded to forward the parcel on to its destination. The parcel then reached Customs, unfortunately as also stated within our Terms of use, we have no control over any Customs queries, delays or charges that may arise. The carrier attempted on several occasions to try and contact the receiver to retrieve the information/payment required for Customs clearance however unfortunately were unable to reach the receiver and received no response from the receiver. Due to this the parcel was then actioned for return and return charges applied. I can see from the notes that these have now been paid in full and the parcel was delivered back to you on Friday.

I have been used them quite a lot before. The services is good, and also the customers services is good as well. Nicole help me solve out the problem today when I made some mistake for the delivery address, quick answer.

Delivery from Spain to the UK! I had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Helen Bannister! Absolutely GREAT! We had a real problem sorting our delivery and she was more than helpful and got everything sorted. It was a pleaser working with her. I can honestly recommend Interparcel - having employees like Helen makes a business work.

After several frustrations with a specific type of courier, Nicole was able to successfully help by rearranging our collection which is crucial for our customers - highly recommend Nicole! In fact she is now our personal point of contact for Interparcel!

Excellent service, great prices and brilliant staff! I only ever use Interpacel for all of our office delivery requirements and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have recently spoke with Tasha regarding an order and she has been brilliant so a big thank you to her!! Will always recommend Interparcel!
