Booked a parcel to be dropped off at a drop off point, the drop off point refused to accept it. Apparently 3pm is the last drop off. On the Interparcel site it clearly states parcels could be dropped off "any time today". On Interparcel's live chat the operative is telling me it was my fault, I booked it for Monay, not today (Friday). When I pointed out my order clearly states it was boked for today, the line went silent and "Demi" just stopped typing back. 2nd time I have had appalling service from this overpriced agents. Their insurance costs are only apparent once the order has been completed. That in itself is more costly than the carriage. Find an alternative, if anything goes wrong with Interparcel you will be unable to solve it.

Hi Michael, I am very sorry that your items have been declared as missing and for the inconvenience this has caused to you and your customer. This has been raised as a formal complaint with the courier. Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a claim on this occasion as the Hermes service that you have selected does not include any transit cover. We do advise at the time of booking that in order to ensure that your goods are fully covered an alternative service must be selected from our website.

sent two parcels through interparcel Hermes lost them both. appalling customer services ,no help what so ever ,DO NOT USE

interparcel provide a very poor service, they have listed 2 of my boxes blaming it was fault of their partners courier. customers service totally useless; still waiting for my refund after 6 months. better spend 10 pounds more and deal directly with serious couriers.

Hi Francesca, These parcels are not lost, Landmark Global have advised that they were unable to deliver these packages due to an incorrect delivery address. We have sent the correct details and receivers contact number over to the courier to confirm if this can be redelivered and we will update you as soon as we can

Very disappointing. Booked with extra insurance and next day delivery to Amazon fulfillment centre. Interparcel failed to deliver as apparently it's a bit too much trouble for them at that address so after a few days and me initiating an enquiry as to why the tracking showed no delivery, all they can do is return my parcel and refuse a refund. A further 2 days and I still haven't received it back.

this is a courier company who restrict or prohibit every type of item you would want to ship hence when things go wrong you will find you are not insured and they are not responsible. Only used them if you can afford for them to loose or break your items .. it also took them 5 weeks to answer me on making a claim. this is the list Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment, and must not be sent through our services under any circumstance. Any of these items being sent may result prosecution, heavy fines and imprisonment. Good Morning S. Grindley I am so sorry this arrived damaged. Unfortunately the item you sent is classed as a restricted item so you would only be covered for loss and not for damages. Our prohibited and restricted items list is available on our site for everyone to view and all customers have to tick a box to say that they have read this list during the booking process. I am very sorry for the issues you have had with this order.

I have used Interparcel many times and am happy with the service in terms if reliability, Collections and deliveries have always been on time and I have received the service paid for. However. I recently booked a delivery with Parcelforce and the parcel was called for after 17:00 from my workplace at which time no-one was in the building. No calling card was left and no attempt to collect the following day. I then lost the sale of the item as the buyer was going on holiday and would not have been there to receive it. Your customer service colleague assured me it would be collected the following day but this didn't happen, You were efficient in giving me an immediate refund but I had lost the sale by this time. Unfortunately this has left me with little faith in courier services and their agents.

Charged me even though the fault was theirs. The vehicle that came for collection was already loaded with other goods and therefore couldn't pick up our items.

Good Morning Manoj I have checked this order and can see this is from July 2016. I can see from the notes that a small van was booked but your 37 boxes would not fit which is the reason they could not be collected. I am very sorry about this.

I paid approx 3 euros for 3 day delivery from Amazon and the package arrived almost a week later.

Good Evening Steve, The order quoted in this review was collected Friday 28/07 and delivered next working day on Monday 31/07. I have checked your order history back 3 months and cannot locate any other orders. Our parcel arrived smashed to bits and unsalvageable. We were sent an email to claim but unfortunately our customer was so upset she didn't supply us with any pictures so that we could proceed with the claim. The parcel looked like had been thrown around and probably dropped from a great height. We have had to sort out a replacement for our customer but obviously used a different company to send it with.

Good Morning I am very sorry that this arrived damaged. With all damage claims we would require the pictures so that the claim can be processed. If this cannot be provided we would be unable to pay out a claim. I am very sorry about this.

Good on UK stuff. Absolutely terrible on overseas parcels. One took 2.1/2 weeks to China and the other from 5th October still hasn't arrived in India with the customer. The system is not updated regularly and in the end I was told to contact Indian customs myself. So much for customer service and Landmark Global. Really not impressed at all.....

Good afternoon Sarah. I am sorry that you are having problems with order 15018276. We gave you the local reference today for India post so that your customer can chase as this is usually a lot quicker and they can also provide any delivery instructions that may be needed.
