Our customer gave incorrect destination info, so we needed to contact the carrier in Thailand; When we called Interparcel, the staff treated were immediately 'switched-on' to our problem and had it all sorted to a successful outcome within 24 hours. That is exceptional service. Many thanks. JK

We had arranged for 2 parcels to be sent to Germany when in fact they needed to go to Poland. I phoned the Customer Service number and spoke to James England who very promptly re-arranged the delivery and emailed new shipping documents. Excellent customer service from James 5* !!!

The system is very easy to use, reliable and with a great customer service support with people such as Kate Hall always happy to go out of there way to find a solution. Areas of improvement are 4 x customs invoices really required when other services only require a small sticker summary. All in all a great service. Thank you. Colin Barnes Racekit Ltd

Sabrina, was uber helpful in resolving an misplaced delivery. Now you may think that misplacing a delivery would be a mark against Interparcel, however her diligence in locating the package and then getting it re-delivered was above and beyond, and gives me huge confidence in the system. Obviously, things can go wrong; this is not a perfect world, and no matter how fool proof the sytems and processes you put in, you soon find that nature just throws a better fool into the mix. It's all in the recovery. "It's not how many times you get knocked down that count, it's how many times you get back up. " as General Custer once said, and then of course, at eh Battle of the Little Big Horn, he didn't get back up.

Best rates for shipping a parcel weight of 35kg. I chose interparcel premium which uses UPS. What I didn't like is that the parcel was collected at 2.15pm but doesn't actually get logged in the system till around 8pm when the driver returns to the depot and there is no collection receipt for peace of mind. Furstratingly my parcel was delayed but thankfully I chose the premium service for a very small fee so courier fees will be refunded! Live chat service is very convenient and quick to get through unlike having to wait on a telephone with other couriers plus there are agents around late. Big thanks to SABRINA SLADE, her customer service is top notch and provides a very satisfying user experience. An asset to the team, well done.

Had to contact customer services as my Royal Mail parcel just kept showing as booked. even after three days. Sabrina checked the number was correct and informed me parcel had actually been delivered on Monday at 09:15. Very helpful and pleasant. Thank you
