THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY OFFER THINGS THEY DON'T HAVE, THEN SEND YOU A TRACKING THAT THEY JUST CREATE THE POSTAL OFC NEVER WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Absolutely shocking! Clothing is nice don’t get me wrong. Sizing is so off it’s unreal. A size 14/16 t shirt came up about size 22/24!!! Size 10/12 comes up about 16/18 - but to me this wasn’t my problem. I returned a few items (sizing issue) and in the style made out that they never received it even though tracking said they had. I emailed various occasions and it stated you’d hear back in 24 hours. (Biggest joke ever!!!!). Went on the live chat and for 1 months I basically got no help from anyone about my order. Eventually I had to be a bit rude for anyone to actually help me. I won’t order from them again, which is a shame because they do have some nice bits but it’s just far to STRESSFUL!!!!

I ordered from In the Style on the 29 December 2019 and received my clothes promptly and was appalled at the quality of ALL of the clothes - see through, cheap and BAD QUALITY. I sent them all back. I waited two weeks and hadn't heard anything about my return so I contacted in the style. They said that I needed to contact Hermes because they hadn't received it yet. I couldn't contact Hermes so waited another week and contacted them again. They said I needed to be patient because it takes a month for them to process my refund. By this point I was frustrated because I had been out of pocket £150 for an entire month, I wouldn't have minded if they hadn't been so careless with my refund. After contacting them for a third time, on the 9 February (6 weeks after I sent my item back) I finally got my refund but only after I reminded them to send me my money back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY REFUND UNTIL I ASKED FOR IT. Point of the story - If I didn't remember they hadn't given me my £150 back they wouldn't have given it back to me.

My order took nearly 2 weeks to come even though you pay £3.99 for postage which is 2-4 working days? I bought a pair of the joggers which are £22, love the shape but the quality is awful. Bobbly and i haven't even worn them yet and really cheap feeling. I have bought better for half the price else where. Gutted really.

Its been over a month and I haven't received my items. Customer service will only respond saying to "be patient the order will ship soon" or "we will ship in two days" and nothing comes and they won't provide details on when it will ship. I have asked for a refund and no response. I wish I could give zero stars.

NEVER buy anything from this company - what they show you is NOT what you get. Was meant to be cotton blend but it was 100% polyester. Overall make was shocking and nothing like they should have been.

Would give zero if I could. If you ever buy anything from this company, and refund it, make sure you KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE! They won’t give you a refund unless you can prove they’ve received your parcel! Took a month to get a refund and they have the cheek to charge a handling fee. What a joke.

If you google search the address they give “ 3422 Okanagan Drive, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada “ there are TONS of scam clothing sites using it. If you google earth it, it’s a normal house on a street. These items being sold are from CHINA and they’re saying they are in BC Canada to make you feel like you’re using a good site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Not even worthy of 1 star either!!! Never issue refunds. Not the first time ive had an issue with a refund. Terrible company! Quick enough to take your money but not return it!! Basically theft!

I would give no stars if I could!! Returned a be kind t shirt nearly 3 weeks ago no refund no communication from the company have even tried to get through to them on Twitter! I will be contacting my bank on Monday to get my money back this company is an absolute joke do not order from here because if you return something you won’t get your money back!! Absolute disgrace of a company and robbing b.....

I ordered the Be Kind tshirt ,dont bother its awful and I ordered a size 10-12,its more like a 16-18 total waste of money ,they are not interested in my complaint in the awful sizing and I have to return it at a cost to myself

I received the wrong item from my order on the 14th of March, I contacted them through email still no response to this ( I am writing on the 1st of April ). I finally got onto live chat after waiting 45 minutes, I first got told I was lying and I had received the correct item after I sent over 2 order confirmations and an image of what I received, they said their system was wrong and for me to send the incorrect item back. I did this, I got back onto live chat with the postage receipt for them to active the delivery for my correct item free of charge with no admin fee. When I got onto the chat I was told there had been no record of this and the warehouse couldn't do this straight away, I was adviced this could take a few days for the warehouse to sort this and the best option was for them to email me when sorted, I didn't hear back from them for days so I went back onto live chat and they are now refusing to send me the item till the warehouse get it sorted but they don't know when this will be and they would email me, I've had nothing. They are ignoring all my emails. They have taken my money from my account, have the incorrect item back and are refusing the send the correct item. I have shopped with in the style many times and trust them as they work with so many celebrity influences but never again. 0 customer service, no respect. Overall disgusting company. Avoid at all costs, they will rob your money. I have taken this issue up with paypal ( how I paid with my card ),

I ordered a couple of gifts for my sister as a pick me up during her isolation (coronvirus) and In The Style sent the wrong items (to half the value!). After trying to contact them for a week the person on the online chat was completely unhelpful. This company lacks any customer service skills at all. I still haven't received my items. I will discourage anybody from buying from this company

Customer service- non existent. Price- okay. Delivery - wouldn't know as I never seem to get to that stage. Returns and Refunds- at least I got a refund for my order they cancelled. I don't know why it was cancelled due to the customer service problem... Maybe if they didn't send all their stock to every single 'social media influencer' they would have enough stock for their target market aka people who actually want to BUY their products...just a thought...

Awful experience through this company. Ordered two items, when they arrived they were far too big-sizes are not accurate!! I returned them and I’m still waiting two weeks later for a refund. I have emailed them 5 times to be told they deal with refunds 14 days after receiving the return but cannot tell me whether they have received it. Worst customer service!

Please DO NOT order from this company. Almost $300 worth of clothing lost in the mail, it’s unclear whether this was the post office’a fault or inthestyle directly. I sent countless emails to inthestyle customer service, literally over 10 with absolutely no response at all which leads me to think it is their fault. I have been ordering clothing online from other retailers for years and never once have I had an experience like this. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Spend your money elsewhere ladies! There are plenty of companies out there who really care about their customers, inthestyle does not. I have never ever felt the need to review a company but I cannot allow what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

I’ve received a dress that is so badly made it’s u wearable but they won’t give me the return address and offered me $6 to keep it a fraction of the cost - they are crooks don’t order from them
