I ordered 3 size 14 t shirts. All 3 that arrived were at least a 22 with a size 14 label on them

The quality of the items is extremely poor. Every single dress I ordered is completely see through. For the prices they ask for you would expect better quality. Everything also runs small. I am dissapointed and will not be ordering from here again. I assumed it was a good company since models endorse the clothing on Instagram, I forgot they get paid to say they like the clothing. Would not recommend.

Wish i had read these reviews before ordering! Im also annoyed that i cannot attach a photo to this review. Last week i ordered 2 pairs of what i thought were platform sandals with the material twisting up your leg (under the name of kelina diamante sandals). Both costing £24.99 each. What i recieved was something i wouldnt pay £5 for. I got sent a normal pair of sandals which look as though they were bought off a cheap market! Extremely disappointed as sometimes things can look slightly different online to how they actually are but they werent even similar!! The ones i ordered tied with material and the ones I received had a buckle!!

Very disappointed in the service I received from In the Style. I placed an order with them on the 6th March and on Sunday 10th March I received one item of my order and an email to say the rest had been refunded without any explanation of why. These items ordered were for my holiday I am going on tomorrow (Wednesday 13th). I went back onto their website to see if the items were out of stock – I found that this was not the case, so I re-ordered and paid for next day delivery to arrive on Monday 11th. Monday came, and I hadn’t received an email to let me know my order had been dispatched or was on its way. I went on to In the Style customer service chat where I explained my situation and the lady I spoke to explained there was a “glitch in the system” and promised she would get my order out for next day delivery and I would receive the parcel on Tuesday 11th. She very kindly refunded me my delivery and offered me 20% off my next order. I left the chat happy with the service and was looking forward to receiving my parcel. Today I was expecting my parcel. Unfortunately, the same thing had happened – I did not receive a dispatched email. I went back on to the customer service chat and asked where my order was. I was then told that because one item was out of stock (even though I was able to order it) they didn’t think to send the remaining order. After I told her how unhappy I was she offered to refund the delivery charge which I already had refunded the day before and given me the same 20% discount even though on their website they currently have up to 50% off. The lady didn’t seem to care that I have had previous problems with the order and said she would send it out today for next day delivery (arriving on Wednesday 13th) which I then said that it wouldn’t be helpful as I will not be there (which I previously told her). Very very poor service. It could have been resolved if the service I received was of a higher quality. I would have expected someone to contact me when they realised one item was out of stock to explain and asked if I wished the remaining items to be sent. Which I would have really appreciated. But to be left in the dark with items that I have paid for and not received is not how a company with good customer service should treat their customers.

I should’ve listened to the reviews I saw on here. I ordered two shirts, a size 6 and an 8. I was so excited to get them in the mail because they were so cute. Shipping said it would take less than a week. My first problem was it took more than two weeks! And I couldn’t even track my order down because the link that was sent to me was crashed or something it wouldn’t even let me open it ! It was ridiculous. I didn’t want to have to contact support but I had to and she sent me another link that wouldn’t even let me see where my shipment was again! I got my order in today and I don’t know what I was expecting after that. EVERYTHING I ORDERED CAME IN THE WRONG SIZE. Everything is HUGE I can’t even wear it I’m really really unhappy. This is a waste of my time I don’t want to have to be contacting support everyday and have to return it and wait ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for the stuff that I paid good money for. I want my money back. Customers don’t deserve this. Once again DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a dress on the Friday at 2pm for the following day and even paid extra for Saturday delivery considering the time for last orders are at 10pm for next day delivery which is stated on the website my order was then processed and I was just waiting on a confirmation email. Next day no text or anything had been recieved to which I then checked my email and still no order confirmation. Checked the website to see terms and conditions and then realised it states my postcode is in the restricted postcode for it not being delivered by the next day ( which is my fault for not reading terms and conditions of delivery) to which I then emailed the company asking for my refund after asking where my delivery was. I then recieved an email on Sunday for my delivery number and postcode which was rather annoying as I had stated in my email that I had not recieved a email confirmation so hence no number. Waited until the Monday to check bank balance to see if the order had actually been placed to which the company had actually taken money out of the account! After emailing the company to explain the money had been taken out with a screenshot of my account balance I then recieved my reply to which the company had owned up to taking money out of my account but no order had been placed!! My refund will be back with me in 5-10 working days! Safe to say I will be staying clear of this website!!!!

store. I placed 3 orders with this store and 2 of the orders were incorrect. First time they charged me US$17.99 for a t-shirt that was supposed to be free. The 2nd order was correct so I thought it was in error. I placed a 3rd order for a pair of pants. When the item arrived, it was an INCORRECT item and the wrong size. I immediately contacted them through a chat and it has now been 1 week and the are still disputed this issue. I sent them multiple pictures of the item i received that clearly shows them the item number and the size and they are still disputing this me. I live in New York City and they are located in the UK. I am now opening another dispute withPaypal to get my refund Buyer be aware of this online store.

My first order was a white lingerie set. I paid for 1-2 day shipping and it took 4 days. When I got the lingerie it was very thin and see through which it did not look in the pictures online. Also the top was a different style than what I thought I was ordering so that was very misleading. It was shorter in length and missing a white wrap around band to break up the cleavage and stomach. Very very disappointed and now I dont have time to go find something else for valentine's day. The first time I wash this it will become shreds. Also, I emailed regarding the late delivery that I paid more for and still have not received an email back regarding the issue. I will not order from here again.

My first issue with Inthestyle was that when the items arrived they were terrible quality, poorly made and sized incorrectly. I was charged for returning the items. I was then told that one of the items was not refunded as I hadn't returned it! It later turned out that because it was dress tape it could not be returned and even though I had returned it they would not refund it. This item was not sent back to me and I was still charged. I was later told that this was stated on the website, if you scroll below the item in the "delivery and returns" section this is not stated! I ended up with no items and still having to pay for one and pay for the return!

Im very unhappy with the service you have provided. My mother inlaw paid for 4 pairs of shoes for my wedsing in two weeks. Got an email saying the delivery was signed for even though it was not delivered to the company address as my mother inlaw is store manager. I dont understand how you have poorly delivered to the wrong company. I will never go with this website again and will not recommend this site to anyone.

Placed an order on the 9th October, it was never delivered and after numerous emails, still haven’t received a refund. It was for my daughters birthday so extremely disappointed and still out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend ordering for them as the customer service is appalling.

Such a bad experience returning my item to in the style. Ordered what I thought was a beautiful pink teddy jumper to receive a tatty cotton oversized jumper. Still haven't received a refund for over a MONTH ago, every time I email they're asking for proof of my delivery and proof its arrived at the wharehouse when they have received proof numerous times! will never be using in the style again.

Poor customer service regarding partial refund for a returned item. You advise you have a 48 hour response window to speak to someone or about a concern however 4 days and no response with numerous attempts on the chat online which no one responded too until today after another attempt. I got a response referencing the 48 window so clearly not read my message and the fact that I’d been trying to get in contact for 4 days so that clearly isn’t the policy you stick too. No apology for this but the attitude that I should just keep trying and stay on the chat. Unfortunately people work and don’t have time to sit online in the hope someone will bother to respond or get in touch and keep sending emails. Very off putting for the first time and unfortunately will be the last I purchase from here.

I have used this company since it first started and wasn’t very well known. Everything has always been small fitted. The first year or so of using the company everything was decent priced and fitted quite well (ish) Since becoming more popular and getting more celebs involved the prices have gone up massively and it’s the typical online shopping situation where nothing actually looks like it does on these celeb faces once it arrives. It looks like allot cheaper fabric and everything is too big. I would say the size 6 would easily fit a size 10.
