They are okay to deal with until it’s time for removal. The company said I had no further payments, my lease agreement was fulfilled. They still tried to charge me $300 for a removal, when it’s actually $150.00. When it’s time to have it removed, be aware that they won’t answer the phone for you anymore. They will do everything in order to keep charging you. Do not turn on automatic payments as you won’t be able to get out of it.

So not only are there call services not in America because we're not meant to understand what they say but their app fails constantly not to mention the customer service is truly the worst that I've ever dealt with besides that their equipment fails and it blames you and even after you deal with all of this on the day that you were scheduled to get it out their equipment so happens to fail so you are required to get a tow to spend another $500 to have their equipment removed even though the issue is on their side and it is their equipment that is failing it is now your responsibility to financially pay for that honestly I would go with any other company besides this one intoxalock is basically just one big scam after one another

They have charged my account fees for lockouts that are caused by their faulty device. when i tryto have it refunded, the representatives are rude, and refuse to help.

Absolutely terrible company. Will find a way to charge you for anything. Car battery died one morning going to work and they are now charging me $85 for a lockout. A lockout that never happened just restarted my car and everything worked fine still. Talked to customer service after 2 hours and was told there is nothing they can do. Highly recommend finding a different company.

I despise this horrid device. Its horrible to use, it makes you dizzy with the amount of times you have to blow into it. So many problems with just blowing. The alarm that goes off is obnoxious. The amount of retests is obscene. If you call you only get people with heavy indian accents you can't understand. Worst company ever . I hate them.

I have had nothing but issues since I got this devise, multiple times even after blowing clear would not connect to my starter. you have to lie in order to get customer service( say its a lease issue) but most of the time they still could not help me. they don't tell you a requested check of the devise will cost you if they do not find anything wrong (which happened) even though the devise was not working properly. I have gotten run wire codes and still don't know what that is. In the last month Ive gotten 2 lock outs when I went to my car in the morning. After major issues and a bad review I finally got help for original issues but have since been ghosted ( will not return text and emails always show as "full". And I volunteered for this! shoot me now.

The installation was $95. more then quoted, w an additional $30. a month on top of the $99. that was never even mentioned. But i saved on the set-up, lol Please

Had issues with my vehicle not starting and device draining my battery since the day they put device on. Had device for three months and had to buy a car charger and charge my vehicle’s battery everyday. Device drains your battery while vehicle is just sitting there. Company that installed it finally told me that 85% of the people with this device has issues with it. Company representatives don’t do anything but lie to you. Even had me go to a shop to have a “new” device installed to replace my “damaged” one. Funny part is, I marked the equipment in my vehicle and caught them in a lie cause they didn’t replace anything!! Now no one from the company answers the phone. I had to get my attorney to petition the judge and got an order to remove the device and go with another company. Intoxilock should be sued. And I’m still waiting on them to return my money!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are nothing but crooks!!!!!! Customer service is a joke. You never get the same person and they’re all reading from the same scripted manual.

The absolute main issue is the customer service. It is clearly a situation of a good company that poorly delegated the most important facet of a business. Incomprehensible indian people and extremely limited menu prompts and cruel wait times to talk to anyone. Latest issue in 2 years is when I dont pay the 2 week bill right away, i get a COMM ERR message on my device that shuts the car off AFTER its turned over. Once i pay the 61 dollars, the issue goes away. Look people, heres the bottom line: even IF IT IS A STATE REQUIREMENT, no punishment should be cruel, unusual, or difficult beyond the scope of the punishments objectivity. The better business bureau or BBB is the branch of goverment that puts a stop to the mismanagement of companies offering services to Americans. CALL AND COMPLAIN TO THE BBB. Once they hear enough, someone there will tip off a lawyer because of the possibility for a class action lawsuit. If you make a BBB Complaint with enough people you would be contacted and or listed as a victim amongst 1000's when intoxalock is facing tort, or being SUED. AND FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO USE INTOXALOCK: pick a different brand. They used to be the best. But That ship has sailed to India.

This is the worst interlock company I have experienced! I’ve used 2 other device companies in the past. Intoxalock is slow at communicating with the DOL. It has taken over 2 weeks for them to notify the DOL the the device was installed. The customer service is a call center in India which makes communication difficult. The customer service is indifferent to the issues. They state “it is what is” when I call to complain about how long they take. They were very quick to take my money.

Where do I start?!! Everything about this company is a scam in order to pad their pockets. They are unethical, unhelpful, uncommunicative, impossible to understand. They don’t give full disclosure in order to sabotage their clients. They don’t give a rip and know that once you have their device, they can screw you royally. And they do! One star is way too high a rating!

Pay attention to this company and your transactions ; they still charged me after the fact I paid it off and was finished, I didn’t notice til a couple months after that they were taking my money from me I’ve called 5 times going through hoops and still “reviewing”

Since May 2023, I have had so much trouble with Intoxalock. Multiple times they have put my information in wrong and they did not update my vehicle swap when I’d called to update it and they said they had- which caused several problems for me later. Most of the people have been nice but there is a huge language barrier. Some CSRs were very helpful in fixing past mess ups but ultimately it’s been a ridiculous experience.

As a now former service-center for Intoxalock, I can absolutely say that they have many issues. First and foremost, their hardware WILL drain your battery. They claim it is only an issue with clients that do not drive their very often, or it is an issue with an old wornout battery. I had too many clients with new batteries on their everyday driver to believe any of that. I had a client buy a brandnew battery and install it into their vehicle that was dead in my parking lot. The new battery was dead inside of 48 hours. Also, their 'customer service' is anything but that. As a service center I would expect to not have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes when I call with a problem. But that is exactly what we dealt with.

Avoid using this company, especially if you have a short suspension. They just screw you over hard along with the state agency. I had a 30 day suspension that was completed on 5/31/24. It is now 8/15/24 and the device is still in my truck due to Intoxalock and Penndot not communicating properly and getting documents to each other. Only needing this thing for a month and now since installation(4/12/24) until now I'm paying a lot of fees for nothing. Let alone all the surprise fees they send your way for random calibrations and such. Just an absolutely horrible process!

I would like to start by saying I had issues with a device creating false fails. How ever Bianca with the customer support team not only reached out to me she made it right. They replaced the device with no charge and credited my account the fail fees. I would give 5 stars to Bianca but 4 do to the device issue.

They locked my daughters truck up saying she owes 358.00 the judge waved the owed fees they refuse to fix her truck to where she can drive it now it is sitting deteriorating.. Every time she calls they say they will fix it call back in 72 hours an it's the same thing over an over. She sent in paperwork total of 20 times now. They should not be allowed to ruin someone's only way of going. So wrong .
