has no support or 24h delivery, all parcels are delayed and never collect at least first 3-4 days then we just give up and bring to drop-off point.

Sent 20 parcels this year valued £ 250-500. None of them delivered in 24h! Do not use collection service as they will never collect. I used only drop-off service, but still no good. One is damaged, open a claim ticket, no reply. They have No support!!!! don't bother open support ticket as they NEVER return or reply, we have 30 tickets opened.

While the tracking information and delivery time estimates were very accurate the parcel it self was delivered damaged. The sender had clearly written "DO NOT BEND" across the package but it arrived bent therefore rendering the item I had purchased useless. I was advised by the driver whom saw the damage to sign for as damaged. This I did. I have contacted the retailer who sent the package as they are now pursuing a compensation claim on my behalf. I have sent in photos of the damaged goods plus the packaging with the handling instructions written on it. I am now awaiting a response from ipost with regard to my claim. I hope I am not waiting too long. A quick agreeable settlement may alter my tarnished opinion of this company whom I have had no previous experience of.

UK Mail driver came to deliver a parcel to a business address at around 8pm on Wednesday. At that time, business was not operating as it shuts at 6pm. The driver left the parcel at the "door step", at least that is what i saw online today when i tried to track the parcel. At the business address, there is no door step, that could be seen as a safe place. Door step in this case is public street. The parcel is of course gone and anyone could have picked it up between 8pm Wednesday and 8am Thursday when first staff arrived at the premises. The option chosen when booking collection of that parcel was not to leave it in a safe place. I am very dissatisfied with the service i received from UK Mail. My parcel is gone and the inconvenience caused by your driver has financial consequences as well as leaves bad taste.

After having a neighbour redeliver the parcel I was happy. Just a shame the driver was incapable of reading the label.

You left my parcel outside my house with no signature. Its contents worth over £400- left on public street in an area with theft.

I really do not know what to say. I got home to find, that my parcel had already arrived (4/02/2105) and signed for by my daughter but received notification for the actual delivery the next day (5/02/2015) and so was not able to use the "request notification" link that came along with it.

The package came in a bag that was ripped to shreds!! And the who ever delivered it put it in my recycling bin that was waiting to be emptied, thankfully I got home before the bin men came. To say the least I was not impressed.

An absolute NIGHTMARE! Avoid courier at all costs. Parcel lost then delivered to incorrect return address. Customer service is non existant and despite their mistakes as a company they do not take any responsibility. STAY AWAY, whilst cheap it will cost you more in terms of business reputation plus clearing the mess they make.

My parcel should of been collected yesterday at about 5pm. I left it til 7.30pm and started sending Emails (there is no phone number for the public). I have sent in excess of 15 emails via the IPostParcels website and my email. This company has acknowledges 3 of my emails with auto-responses, there has been NO phone calls or emails from them: nothing!! I have paid by debit-card. Wish it had been credit-card or PayPal as I would try to get refund!! I will not be using them again. They are unreliable and unreachable. DO NOT USE IPOSTPARCELS! they will let you down!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!

The parcel was delivered at the time stated but it was a very snowy and wet morning and no-one was at home. I arrived home from work mid afternoon to find a parcel left outside at the front door ( not very safe), that wet through that the box actually fell apart as i picked it up. It was also left there even though there is a permanent notice on the front door instructing delivery drivers to leave any parcels at a particular neighbour whose door is 30 feet from mine. NOT VERY PROFFESSIONAL.

The e-mail that contained the link that took me to this review page was sent to a Cameron Thomson residing in Toronto, ON, Canada. I regularly receive emails intended for my UK counterpart (not to mention counterparts in New Zealand, Australia, and the States). I am tired of it. It leaves me feeling creeper out about the security of my gmail address. This company is the latest offender. That is all. So they get my poor review. They asked (via e-mail); I've responded.

Item turned up damaged, difficult to get hold of and then said as I had not ordered a 'signed for' service I was not entitled to any compensation - I would not recommend this courier service to anyone

Really bad customer service and mostly miss next day deliveries even when you pay extra. UKMail will not entertain you, even though they are the same company. Emails are hardly ever replied to. Prices are pretty cheap but you get what you pay for.

Parcel was thrown over the fence even though it had fragile tape on it and left open to rain and snow, not impressed
