I was very unhappy as my husband had to do a 40 mile round trip to collect the parcel from your depot as it was not sent next day delivery and this is what the sender paid for.

The parcel was eventually delivered at the time the text message said it would, but I had to changed the delivery day and that is when things started to get difficult. I made the change online but then got an email telling me there was a problem. I phoned as instructed. It took two calls to get through; I spent about 25 minutes waiting for someone to speak to me, only to be told that no there was not a problem at all!! Can I get the money back for the unnecessary calls I made? Not a good impression.

The first few times I found iPost to be very reliable and efficient. Then I had a problem and contacted customer service. Despite leaving several messages and emails I had no response and posted via Royal Mail in the end. There's a reason why they are so cheap, there's almost no customer service. When something goes wrong it's impossible to get anyone to take notice.

I have recently sent 4 international parcels with this faceless organisation and on each occasion paid for the "express 3-4 day service". None of the deliveries made it within the 3-4 door window and 3 out of the four took at least 8 days. The latest is still missing and despite contacting customer service (this is non-existent) several times the parcel has still not been delivered after 14 days. Although ipostparcels is part of UK mail, you get a UK Mail consignment number and have to log in to the UK mail website for full tracking they will not talk to you about it. Ipostparcels do not have a phone number so it is all done via email which takes anything between 12 and 24 hours to get anything other than an auto response. All in all I would say that this is the worst parcel company I have experienced and would avoid them like the plague.

Paid extra to have a parcel picked up between 8am-1pm, and the driver didn't turn up until after 5pm, which meant the seller had to complete change his plans for the day to accommodate UKMail not turning up on time! I complained to UKMail who refunded me £2.40 with no explanation of why they didn't pick it up in the morning slot I paid for, or even an explanation. I'm not very happy as it seems impossible to get through to speak to anyone to resolve a problem, you need to rely on a contact form on their website. Not massively impressed and a high chance I won't use them again!

Used this company once and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Will never use them again!

I had an email at midday to tell me my delivery would be with me between 13.45 and 14.45, it actually arrived at 18.00 with no notice of the delivery being delayed.

The parcel was delivered whilst we were out, it was left behind a garden planter on our drive, a card was posted to tell us where it was.

Driver lied about delivering at 11.57am (I paid extra for it to be delivered by 12) driver left a note on tracking that it had been left at gate There was no parcel there, or at my neighbours, no one heard a van, or the fact that I had waited in especially so I wouldn't miss it, I'm frantically ringing the office wondering where it is at 1pm they said they would ring the driver and I ring back in an hour. 1:20pm driver turns up at my door no apology, claims his machine is broken so couldn't track... But yet his machine worked fine for him to update that it was left at my "gate" at 11:57am..., and he only done this to make out he delivered before 12 as paid for. I've used this service several times and it was the first time this had happens, and has left me not wanting to use them again as their is no trust.

Hi, Didn't see the delivery. Went out of front door and found the parcel outside. If he rang the bell, we didn't hear it and we were only outside the back door.

Please find below an e-mail I had from a client of mine from whom we had a parcel collected from. Please bear in mind that I paid an extra £1.99 to have labels brought on collection. Dear concours Robin, Bit of an issue with the delivery, it is on it's way but please see the email I've just sent to the courier company. I would like to make a complaint about one of your couriers who has just been to my address, 67 Enfield Road, fishponds, Bristol, BS16 3QA CONSIGNOR REF: 40328680968981 I have sold an item on eBay and the buyer arranged collection and told me the driver would have a label. He arrived, was very rude and aggressive and snatched the parcel saying he had no label and it would 'just get there okay'. I asked for a tracking or reference number and he refused so I said I wouldn't allow him to take the parcel. He started shouting at me from his van that he would mark it as a refused collection. I told him I was going to complain as he clearly had my details and the reference on his mobile device in the cab and a paper list. After a couple of minutes he said he did have a consignment number 'but not a tracking number you idiot, what are you talking about'. He gave me a paper receipt, 1321312, and drove away with the parcel in his cab with no label on. I am disgusted that you allow people like this to represent your company.

Seeing as I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent you 7 days ago and so far have had no satisfaction on an on-going problem which I have telephoned and e-mailed in excess of 20 times about I rate your company as one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I wrote to your Chairman and CEO and Operations Director a week ago and they have all ignored me as well! Not a good time to ask me my opinion. Do I win £50?

It was collected from my son's address in Scotland on the 19th (as a 48hr delivery service) and arrived here in County Mayo after lunch on the 25th. I have enough fingers to count on, not including thumbs, to know that there is nothing in this equation that represents a 48hr delivery service!

the address section often struggles with non UK address, saying you cannot use those characters for any kind of accent marks. this is not good, as you have to do the address correctly for the person delivering the packager in THAT country, and UK Mail has not taken into account that countries outside the UK have a differtent langiage to English! The address should be able to be written the correct way for the destination country. this site does not facilitate that! also, sometimes it gives you the price to send a package of the dimensions you enter, then you go through and try and book it, and it says its too big. another fault! Besides all those fault, its not bad!

When the driver delivered my item ( a small chest of Drawers) , instead of gently placing it one the ground, he merely dumped it. The chest of drawers arrived completly broken and un-usable with a big hole on one side and given my the way it was carried to my door, I can only imgaine it received further damange whilst in transit and being moved around by your staff. The seller is now trying to claim to get the cost of this covered. Worse still, I am 9 month pregnant, the driver didn't even offer to lift this heavy item up the stepes for me. I had to do it myself which was very difficult. Appaling service I'm afraid to say and I certainly would not choose to you you again. Hopefully we can get the cost of the broken furniture covered and thankfully I didn't do myself any damage lifting it.

delivered to the wrong address, occupant had the same name and in the right street. Easy mistake, but poor attention to detail by driver.
