We have used this company twice and paid extra on both occasions for specific collection times. Both occasions they came over 2 hours late and we were still charged extra

Unfortunately I paid extra for this parcel to be picked up on the monday morning between 8 and 1. The lady concerned had taken a day off work and was only going to be there that day. She received a txt at 2.30 saying they would pick it up in the next hour and they never turned up. She emailed them and they said that they would be there the next day to pick it up which was no good as she wold be at work. In the end she had to take the parcel in to a depot near to her for them to deliver it. They did deliver the next day but we had paid for next day delivery and an allotted pick up slot neither of which happened. I did receive the parcel the day after that, a day late, but the contents were time sensitive so it was a big disappointment.

My first time using iPost and on the 1st week and last i have booked 3 next day collections and deliveries. Only took iPost 5 days or more to collect the parcels and deliver the parcels. When the parcel was finally collected the delivery was done as expected and no issues to report. Shame it takes so long to collect the parcels when you book next day collection and delivery.

The delivery person left my parcel out in the rain outside the front door for anyone to pick up, if it wasn't for my neighbour walking past and seeing it and taking it into her house for me it probably wouldn't have been there long, I was at the hospital all day with my husband and I have never ever had a parcel left like this from other services, usually they leave it with a neighbour and put a card through the door telling you....most dissatified to say the least

Ipost did not collect the parcel on Friday as stated. You did not reply to my emails. You still have not given reason nor apology for the late collection. You have no customer service to speak to by phone nor chat line. You have the worst service of all couriers I have used.

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give Zero. Terrible Service from start to finish. They didn't (and still haven't) collected my parcel. They then assigned the delivery number and details to the WRONG parcel and delivered the wrong item to my ebay buyer. 3 days later my parcel is still sat here waiting to be picked up and ipostparcels keep trying to tell me that its been delivered, because they delivered the wrong item. Avoid at all costs.

The parcel was not collected the day it was supposed to be. There is no telephone number to call so you have to email. They do not reply until the next day. When I eventually received a reply they had the audacity to lie and say they had tried to collect but no one answered my door. Unfortunately for them at the time they stated I was out the front of my house gardening so I know for a fact that no vans at all came into my estate. I have since then tried to repeatedly contact them about firstly getting the parcel delivered the next day, but then about a refund or compensation as I have had to pay compensation to the parcel receiver and they are now refusing to reply to my emails. Disgusting service. The driver said he had not even been asked to come to my address the day the collection should have happened. He also stated he had noticed several problems of late.

An absolute disgrace. The courier left the item in an unsecured location on my front door step without my permission. When I opened the item it was broken and I've now had to ask the seller for a refund. I've never heard of this courier but would never use them

I received the mail asking me to leave a review today, it stated: 'Dear Email, One of our drivers delivered a parcel to you yesterday, and we would love to know what you thought about our delivery service.' I found the parcel upon opening my door this morning, I have no way of knowing if it was delivered yesterday or this morning, although it was quite early so I suspect yesterday. No card or note was put through the door the parcel was just abandened on the door step. So all in all I think a very poor service and count myself lucky the parcel was still there.

Parcel was wrapped well and delivery courteous but parcel should have been delivered Friday 8.30 to 6pm and came midday Monday.

I paid £14 for a next day delivery for an item on ebay. The item was picked up on a Thursday to be delivered the next day, Friday. I got a message later on Friday saying the parcel was "Delayed" and the delivery had moved to Monday. After just over 20 minutes on the phone (which I was mostly on hold and cost me a total of nearly £4.50) the operator confirmed that the driver could not find my house?! There did not seem to be a problem finding it the second time on the Monday though! When I got the box, it did not appear to have been handled well - dented.

The sender of my parcel was promised a Monday pick up and a Tuesday delivery to me. I took a day off to receive parcel on Tuesday morning I received an email saying not likely to deliver Tuesday as parcel wasn't picked up on Monday. I was then promised Wednesday delivery with an email that morning giving me a time within an hour of delivery. No email was sent but luckily someone was in when the parcel turned up. No compensation was offered to sender (I paid postage off £19.99 when purchasing item) only feeble excuses UK Mail blaming I Post and visa versa. I will not be using either couriers again and will be advising others not to also.

Parcel was delivered in good time, however it was left with someone in my street. No card was left, and upon checking the consignment number, the parcel had apparently been signed for, by me! I was left wondering what had happened to my parcel, as all I knew was someone pretending to be me had signed for it... I attempted to contact ipostparcels, to see what was going on, but am still awaiting a reply (bearing in mind on their website they state they'll reply within 3 hours, so far I've waited two working days...). Fortunately, the people who had the parcel informed me, and I now have it, no thanks to ipostparcels! In conclusion, will they get the parcel to you? Yes, they will. Do they provide a good after service? Certainly not.

I entrusted 4 parcels through ipostparcels on the 24 of September 2014 I though every thing went fine until I had a phone call from the man I was sending 3 parcels to in Glasgow only 2 were delivered so I tried to contact ipostparcels found no numbers so I reported on the only way I could was the website so I did over 40times throughout the week but no replies so I phoned ukmail told tuff nothing to do with us didn't want to know so don't use, then another one of my parcels turned up 4days late, but a month on still not contact from them on no parcel to Glasgow its made me ill with worry the man whos goods were sent wants reimbursing for the time and goods I don't have can some one help me to get the money back from ipostparcels what a joke I paid extra for the insurance how do I claim from a company I can't contact. Awful..nearly 10 days on and I'm still waiting for parcel to be collected for 1st BIRTHDAY presents in France ...I'm here presents aren't.. Contacted them by phone today and dispite taking payment 2 weeks ago I'm not even on a collection list apparently..my daughter-in-law spent the whole day they were supposed to collect indoors,dispite it being her only day off work that week..what a waste off time "Pay cheap...pay twice"....as the saying goes....

I placed order 21/10/2014 for parcel to be collected on 22/10/2014 between 08.00 and 18.00 waited in allday, no collection.Sent email to company just conformation of message being recieved no contact as to when parcel will be collected.Waited in again allday 23/10/2014 still no collection or contact from company sent another email to company stating this still no collection again just conformation of message being recieved.

Delivered to he wrong house on Tuesday, only found out about it today (Thursday) and it was left outside their home with no card left saying that it was left at the side of her house or anything so nobody know where it was and my expensive parcel is now broken beyond repair and the man on the telephone was very unhelpful! Horrendous!!!!!!! Do not use this service!!!!!!!
