Waited at my mums from 7.30 parcel was ment to arrive before 1pm didn't arrive till after 5

Delivered to wrong address there are two houses named the same in the village but have different postcodes. The home owner bought it down to us and said it was left outside.

The box looked like it had been dropped from a hight. The box was of mix food and items like the crisp and chocolate box's were all broken open I am in the process of cleaning back from the sender, how I am sure in turn will be in contact with you.

Fortunately, my made-to-measure photo frames were undamaged but that was more by luck than good couriering. My parcel was thrown over my garden gate (5ft tall) and left on the ground all day, in the torrential rain. When we arrived home the box was so sodden it did not need opening but came apart in our hands. Admittedly, I later found an email saying the parcel would be delivered between certain hours that day, but I had already gone to work and did not check my emails again until that evening. A card was posted through my letterbox with lots of alternative ways to arrange my delivery, but the courier had opted for making the decision. Wrongly.I would have chosen one of the printed options like delivering to a neighbour, leaving it in my shed, collecting from the depot or rearranging the delivery.

3 different delivery dates given also package was marked for return due to driver unable to find our location our phone number was given but no contact we had to contact them thats how we found out would never use again sorry

Your first email telling me about the delivery refered to 'my order' - the item being delivered was won in a prise draw and I was unaware that I had won, neither did I know what the iotem was. The email said that I would be emailed the day of the delivery; this email was not received until after the parcel was delivered - which was left in my porch without me being aware (I was at home) nor with a signature of reciept being obtained.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address! Was told it had been left in my porch and my daughter had waited in for it, when l rang you l was told there was nobody in so it was left in the porch, l said not my porch! My daughter went to number 8 in the next road and my parcel was there, there was nobody in so she was able to take it Not to happy about the delivery person , they need to check the addresses

You didnt delivery a parcel 1/3/15. And i can not be put into the draw as i only received the email today (2/3/15) at 11-16am. ????????

Twice I was advised of a delivery time. Delivery did not happen on either. Then no contact. I rang the company sending the parcel who contacted you. You then asked if I would ring you. You had my email address so why did you not email me to say your driver was unable to find me, or why did the driver not ring me for directions. Altogether a very poor service give modern communications available.

Our parcel was left with a neighbour ( which would normally be great) but it was not next door but 7 doors away. Please in future could drivers leave it only with close neighbours, either not more than 2 doors away or directly across the road. Thanks.

Unfortunately I was informed, on Wednesday, by email that the delivery would be on Friday. I had an email at 6am on Thursday stating the delivery would be between 8.04 and 9.04. The delivery driver somehow gained access to the flats without using the buzzer and then used the knocker on my flat, not the doorbell. This was about 8.05 and I was in bed and thought I heard the postman delivering post which makes a similar noise. A few minutes later I heard the letterbox, as I thought, again. This was odd so I got up and found the delivery note which stated that my package had been left at the flat opposite. I was glad that the driver did that but wish he had noticed that I had a doorbell. Also telling people at 6am, when they are in bed, that the delivery will be a couple of hours later it not terribly helpful. Moan over

Received txt to say item would be delivered next day. Following day txt recieved to say would be delivered between a 1hr window! Waited in all day, nothing. Checked website and it said it went from 'out for delivery to Delayed' No notification to say it was delayed and why. 2 days later, parcel arrived.

Didn't turn up the day it was supposed to but it was said to have been delivered & it had even been signed for in my owne name. Turned up on a "Sunday" and was left in drive! Something very strange.

The parcel was due between 18.27 and 19.27. It never arrived or had any note to say they would be late. Arrived next day and left in secure place I requested. Currently waiting for a parcel which should have been here by 17.07 and still not here. Rubbish service and poor communication. Would not recommend.

Started Badly and got no better. Rec'vd text confirming delivery time slot. Then checked tracking website and noticed the item had been ' delayed' and would not be delivered for another 48 hours. Called the supplier direct and established the parcel ( huge) had been mislaid but amazingly was found immediately after he insisted the find it. Recipient waited in and saw the van but it was left at the doorstep of the next house. A card was put through the recipient's letterbox stating no one was at home. Total tosh. A quiet country lane with only two houses but for some odd reason UK Mail dumped an expensive item at the wrong address. Very poor service and still performing as badly as their reputation.
