Actually I have a lot of deliveries and don't always take note who has delivered. so without what was delivered its a bit tricky to write a review. Andy

In past had few problems with parcels not been collected. Now service is back to normal.

Paid extra for pm collection and bring my labels . Courier arrived am with no labels? The person who packaged my parcel was lucky to be at home and he had to quickly write my address on the parcel when the courier arrived. I gave 3 stars because the delivery was fast. Would I be entitled to some refund?

The online service was not working which meant a phone call to your CS dept, I wanted to track my delivery online. I have now had 3 deliveries with UK mail all of them have had problems

it was just left at the door which was a bit disappointing, but it came when they said it would and i may not have heard them knock

I was not impressed with the parcel delivery on this occasion. I booked for 2 parcels to be collected on 17/1/14 between 12 & 4 however they were not collected until Monday 20/01/14. There was no communication from driver or company to explain why the delay. I rang customer services on Monday afternoon to be told the driver could not find the address, why not ring me or collection address, what is point of entering phone numbers on the order. I confirmed the address with the customer service lady as per the order and she managed to get hold of depot. The parcels contained important information for a clients accounts / tax affairs. Not impressed with service or lack of communication on this occasion Sue Burgess

The content was damaged and i lost some of the product inside,the box was marked Fragile

The stool was damaged and had been well wrapped, I bought this from a seller on ebay and it left her in one piece, this had obviously been dropped as a piece of the leg was loose inside the parcel overall not happy with the lack of care taken.

Yesterday iPost should deliver me a parcel. The sender of the parcel has checked in iPost, and received the answer that packed was delivered to me.And that someone signed for the parcel my name. Today in iPost Glasgow local depot no one knows where is the parcel, where iPost driver has left it, and who signed my name, And nobody has told me ,sorry, The worst delivery service which can be. 2 of my items gone missing nobody contacted me i spended hours on a phone to sort it out and still not done... paid extra to have delivered next day its been nearly a week and still waiting for some parts of my parcel... nightmare i would never use your service again!!!!

Sent a parcel to the US, but they didn't send the non-hazardous goods declaration. When they contacted me to request one they gave me 48 hours to send it by fax - but didn't give me a fax number. 36 hours later they gave me the fax number! Even though they got the fax in time, they returned the parcel to the UK and are now trying to charge me TWICE what it cost to send the parcel in order to return it to me. Customer service is terrible, it is like talking to a machine.

Parcel left in an open porch in the rain which wouldn't have been so bad but I was in & the courier didn't even knock. Personally I would never use these people as looking at other reviews this is something they do all the time

Goods arrived the day after despatch, so the 1 day delivery promise was met. No damage to packet.

I posted a parcel to USA on 16.12.13 but they did not deliver the item until today 14.01.14. No phone number to contact, no response to my emails. This cost me more then £60 and my customer is really upset because I have no answer to give him rather then refund. I believe they can only manage domestic deliveries, they do not know what to do with the international posts. I will never use their service again and I do not recommend anyone to use this service either

Bad service from courier. Did not deliver to correct address. Left parcel with someone else and left no note at my address to say where he had left it. Took me 4 days to find the parcel.

Notification by text of time for delivery was wrong-half hour into time slot when I was already out. However the parcel arrived that day in the evening which was more convenient anyway. Catherine M. Legg

Website showed parcel had been delivered but we hadn't received it, despite being in all day. Contacted UK Mail via email to find where it had been delivered.....No response. Luckily, a neighboring company to whom it had been delivered discovered the driver's mistake and brought it to us the next day. If you're happy to have your parcels delivered to the wrong place use them.
