“the parcel was left on my door step anyone could have taken it.”

“I left a note on the front door requesting the parcel be left with either of two neighbours but it was left at the side of my property where it could have been stolen or damaged if it had rained. I accept a card was posted through my front door advising me of where the parcel was left but what if I had been away on holiday? There was nothing on the card to say my neighbours were not at home and that was why it was left there either. I regret and am not used to having to write bad reviews but realise that if people don't tell of their experiences then nothing will improve.”

“This is the second time I have used IPostParcels. The first time all was great, an excellent service. The second time was poor in that my parcel was picked up on the Friday with a next day delivery (Sat). I waited in all day Saturday & it never arrived until next Monday afternoon. My supplier initially gave me the wrong pick up address which I used to place the order above. On realising their mistake I contacted IPostParcels via the only way possible a very unfriendly web form and in due course received an answer which told me to rebook and use the number quoted to claim my monies back after I payed for a second time. I did this and the parcel was collected as explained above. I tried to claim back my excess payment using their awful "contact us" web form and to date, 5 days after, I've had no response or repayment. Very disappointing. I doubt if I'll use IPostParcels again or recommend them. Tony”

“My parcel was left in my greenhouse. I don't have a greenhouse and live in a first floor flat. No idea where they dumped my parcel and their CS is useless. Avoid”

“Tracked parcel on 24hr delivery. Driver didn't even come to the house. Someone was in all day waiting for the parcel. He left it in an insecure location (unlocked porch around someone else's house) didn't leave any note though our letterbox and marked the tracked parcel online as delivered at my address and left in plastic box!!”

“Currently being investigated, the parcel should have been signed for and ipost parcels at present claim that I signed for when I have been working 120 miles form home all week, ad despite someone waiting at my house for them, no-one knocked and no-one signed anything!! No card left or any contact made, Appalling services so far”

“After being emailed and text the delivery time between 15.14 and 16.14 i went to the shop and got back at 14.50 to discover that my parcel had been left outside and could be plainly seen by passersby, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me to inform me that he was going to do this, this also meant that i never signed for the parcel even though it clearly states that a signature was mandatory on the delivery note stuck to the front”

“it was never delivered to 30 nabhill avenue, who ever delivered it did not even bothered in knocking at the door and said it was left outside the front door I do not have my parcel and im without 250+ pounds. get your drivers or delivery men sorted.”

“Parcel arrived the contents completely damaged and potentially unfixable on a bespoke vintage nest of tables. emailed Ipostparcel, still have had no response. Worst service Ive ever had, totally would NOT recommend”
