Tracking numbers below CW007520822DE CW007520819DE From UK to Sweden for almost 4 months now, this company has refused to return or refund for the 2 boxes I tried to post with their company. They have given me every excuse under the earth, they have told me one month, one week, 3 days, 5 days and every other excuse you can think of. They have even told me next day. I have told them you know what, you can go ahead and keep the parcels if you so wish and refund me £80 for the goods. I also need them to compensate me for all the times I have spent on this issue, , emails, phone calls, research, worry, loss of client etc that has happened due to this. What sort of company is this? If my buyers don't receive their item within 5 days I refund them and offer a profound apology and find a way to make it up for them but this company has held my boxes for almost 4 months (since sept) and shows absolutely no remorse! Their email indicates that the time I have waited is absolutely nothing. They just want me to go away and I have refused to go away. Please note that about 7 years ago a similar thing happened with this same ipostparcel. they NEVER delivered the item I sent to France and my Amazon FR account was closed down for not delivering a customer parcel. (item cost was circa 425euros) I don't need to tell you the loss of income that followed for many years. Their was no apology nor remorse, nor refund! I strongly feel that this company is trained to reject any request for claim. Can someone please teach the executives of this company that when things go wrong, they should make it right instead of fighting the victim and making my life harder. This is just pathetic Tracking numbers below CW007520822DE CW007520819DE

What an absolute pile of dung! I chose DHL thinking it would be a quick and smooth job but it ended up nothing as such. I sent a used book to a friend of mine in El Salvador, worth £10-15, as a gift and so labelled. I paid £31.48 for the service. When the book arrived, they wanted to charge my friend US$80.74 in taxes, fees and whatever- TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!!!! My friend was not only financially unable to pay those exorbitant fees but also, and quite rightly so, unprepared to do so. This was their lame excuse: "We are a courier service your duties and tax are not included in the price. Duties are calculated based on commodity and the destination country to which your delivering to." US$80.74 for a used book worth £10-15???? My friend's sister wrote to me saying how nice it was I was sending her brother a book so, naturally, I offered her one as well, worth about the same, only this time I opted for Royal Mail. I paid £12 and she only had to pay US$2.50 to collect. This is what ipostparcelmail had to say about that: "All shipments with Royal mail are duties and taxies already paid as they are mail service." So, for £12 duties and taxes are already paid vs unpaid for £31.48. WOW!! Ultimately, I had to fork out another £57.77 to have the book returned to the UK (which I will resend via Royal Mail, unsurprisingly), totalling £89.25 of utter disappointment, stress and back to square 1. I absolutely refuse to use DHL again and I will never ever recommend them to anyone, even as far as deterring anyone from using them.
As a final note, I never really understood why, in communications with ipostparcels, I was addressed so impersonally as "Dear customer" and my friend as "your customer" as well as the awful grammar and spelling from such a (supposedly) professional business (quotes have been copied and pasted).

Second time using this company. Second time they didn't turn up. You can't call and speak to a person and their automated system says that they'll be here between 21211. Yup, makes no sense to me either. Can't even call someone to get a refund. Avoid!

Agree with the comment that this is one of the worst businesses I have interacted with. Message at 9am this morning: "Your DHL Parcel driver will collect your parcel today. The driver is expected to be with you between 23:10 - 00:10." *midnight, really!?* Then a message at 4.36pm this afternoon: "Our DHL Parcel driver attempted to collect your parcel at 16:36 today, but unfortunately you were away." Is this business a scam? Serious question.

Fly by night cowboys. Lost our paperwork on the way. Delayed shipment. Never got the invoice and gave us the wrong airwaybill. The flawed booking system that did not allow us to put the full value of the shipment should have alerted us. We might have saved a couple of GBP. in shipping but lost countless amounts of time pursuing them when our packages did not leave the country in time. They claim they are part of DHL - they put the DHL name to shame.

Honestly one of the worst companies i have dealt with. I paid an additional charge for a saturday delivery. My parcel was not collected on Friday and so was not delivered on the Saturday. The company said the parcel collection was refused, which was untrue. In fairness to them, they organised collection for the Monday, although I was only aware of this when the driver arrived. He informed me that his office had told him not to collect the parcel on the Friday...not happy. My biggest issue is that I did not receive the service I paid for, yet the company will not refund the additional charge for the saturday delivery. I will never use them again. Appalling service and also no phone number to speak to someone.

Worse than useless. £500 of bespoke items supposed to go to Europe and never even left the UK - lost in their system. Responses from them a joke and still waiting for some form of refund. I do have a number for DHL parcel that will have details of your lost parcel even though they are a different division - call them up on 024 7693 7777. Its a disgrace and Ipostparcel is part of DHL

Spent £38 for them to pick up my 30X30X10 CM Parcel and send it to Australia. They somehow pick up another bag of clothes and send it to Australia. No one to contact and now I'm left with nothing to do. Absolutely shocking service. I'm 38 quid down, 100 quid worth of the incorrect postage is going to Australia and I have nowhere to raise a complaint. AVOID AT ALL COST

After sending a parcel from the UK to Peru, it arrived in excellent time. However, after this the nightmare began. The prohibited lists of items changed to suit the Peruvian officials and they did not mirror Peru's prohibited items. Goal posts were moved to suit their own agendas. Ipostparcels / DHL cannot be contacted by phone and they were passing the buck the whole time between UK & Peru. Eventually after allot of towing and throwing my parcel of £300 face value (insured) was going to be returned free of change. My item was now in the UK, so I'm thinking great lets just get the package and start again, however I was then met by an email of financial extortion (see Pic) to pay for the return postage or your package is "destroyed" AKA it's contents of any value will be resold on the black market in the UK. I was even pressurised to pay within a certain deadline. Suffice to say everyone, including ipostparcels/DHL as a matter of principle for you guys not communicating effectively to your Peruvian branch of DHL and holding myself to financial extortion I will allocate a solicitor in the UK to challenge this decision as matter of principle rather than necessity. You simply cannot treat customers so abysmally. For those of you contemplating using this company...... Do not send anything you don't mind losing When you see the additional charge for insurance and opt for it whilst booking - be aware it's bogus, they have no insurance policy to compensate you. In conclusion if Ipostparcels/ DHL are aware of corruption in Peru, then you either don't offer your services to emerging economic countries or if you do, be prepared for the high expectancy of compensation claims.

dhl will not support international deliveries at it is handled by norsk, norsk will not respond as it is dhl , these are crooks to the nth degree they close the cases of your query without answering query , i am surprised that they are still allowed to do business in uk, there is zero customer support, i have sent many parcels before they were taken over by dhl when there was a problem you will have heartache but will get someware but as ukmail are part of dhl you have nobody at all to speak to

Order from these as they were competitively priced for a large parcel, thats when the good ends. DHL who run this website did not collect my parcel on the designated day and even had the audacity to lie about trying to collect it. Trying to get hold of the customer service was not existent. Their live chat is never online so the only other alternative is to message them but wait for 24 hours before a reply which defeats the object. If you need to reschedule a collection for the next day your stuck as they don't reply in time. They caused me a lot of stress and I highly recommend you DO NOT use these.

Took me an age to work out why my parcel was delayed, finally found out they managed to smash 12 bottles with the value of £480, non-compensation item as its glass. 10% refund in delivery cost only. No phone number as that makes it too easy to contact them. Have to use the chat and they spill all the usual dribble about can't return the package due to health and safety issues etc etc. Please avoid if you are a small business, nightmare. I would recommend APC overnight if your looking for a courier.

My parcel (a 10kg box) never arrived at its destination and ipostparcel has no clue where it is. They didn't even realise it was lost until I contacted them. Despite numerous emails I have yet to see any compensation 5 months later. This was the third time I used them and definitely the last. Incredibly poor customer service and not even a phone number to contact them on, only emails which you have to follow up on time after time to get a reply that usually doesn't answer your questions. How does a company whose only job it is to look after parcels manage to lose a 10kg box?!

Horrible company, when all goes well the delivery is very fast, but when there is a problem get ready to lose your stuff. I've sent 8 packages from London to Lisbon and IPostParcel, DHL, Deutschepost our whatever these thieves are called managed to lose 6 of those packages. The packages size: 60cm/50cm/40cm and 25KG!!! How can one lose a single package like this? And these chaps managed to lose 6. Their tracking system is useless, the people that work at Ipostparcel are useless as well they can't help at all. I went myself to the local depot and no one was able to help, it's impossible to contact the German warehouse was they don't even try to speak english and more than 2 months have passed and still no one knows about the packages. I've lost around 100h calling them, texting them, chatting with them and nothing. Btw, to make this even funnier the 2 packages that arrived 1 was completely broken, and I wrapped everything well with bubble wrap and all that. Avoid this company, stop giving them money, these guys are rubbish.

Their tracking system is useless, criminal rubbish. It doesn't work on anything! It has a PERMANANT note that says there are problems 24 hours earlier. I think the UK Government must be informed as they are probably using this to avoid paying any sort of Tax. (By the way, they charge all users Tax!!) The quicker they, and a large number of criminals that work with them, are shut down - the safer we will all be.
