This delivery should have arrived on 28 February. On that date the address was valid and I had cleared the delivery to my neighbout. It arrived on 02 March and was delivered to my neighbour. I had not cleared that with her although she did accept it on my behalf. I was at home on 02 March so the delivery could have been made directly to me.

The retailer advised me by email the night before delivery that I would have to be in to sign for my delivery. It was made clear I could not leave a signed note for the driver asking for the parcel to be left in a secure porch, garage, etc. I had rearranged my day so that I could accept and sign for delivery as requested. The following morning I received a text message advising me of my 1 hour timed delivery slot. As it turned out the driver arrived early, so crept into my porch to leave my parcel, without ringing my doorbell. I heard him as he was about to leave and asked him if he needed a signature, he said no! I challenged this, he said he was early so it didn't matter, I asked if what he actually meant was that he would sign the delivery as received, later, instead of me. He said yes. I was not impressed. The way I see it is this, the point of signed for delivery is protect the retailer and buyer, if the driver is going to fraudulently sign for the delivery himself it makes a mockery of the system. I later that morning received a message saying the parcel had been delivered and signed for by Clayton. I had not signed. If my parcel had gone a stray, would i be believed as the parcel was signed for... Also it was a pointless waste of time rearranging ones day to receive the parcel when delivery driver happily took it upon himself to deliver the parcel to suit his own needs. He also parked across the drive, delivering then to my neighbour, his thoughtless parking, or pulling up and stopping, prevented my daughter from leaving for work on time. The entire road was free of parked cars, but he chose to stop In front of our drive.

I had an email on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday telling me the time slot my parcel would be deliverd. it didn't arrive on any of these days and I had needed the parcel for the weekend. I rang and complained on the Friday night and was told they couldn't find the address, I find this hard to believe when it is a business address and we receive between 10-20 deliveries per day. I don't often complain but this was very poor service.

A real shame the booking service was great and easy to do and i had high hopes. However the parcel was not collected on the day asked for which is inconvenient as my brother had to wait in another day and this also meant that it was not delivered to me on the following day. So no one was in, the driver did leave in a safe dry place in my garden but not with neighbours as requested.

This parcel contained a birthday gift and I had paid an additional fee to be delivered on a specific day. I had notification from UKMail that it would be delivered on the designated day along with a time and therefore made sure someone was home. The parcel did not arrive and when I checked on the track parcel facility it said it had been delivered and that I had signed for it! I rang customer services who said they would email the depot and call me once they had a reply. I never received a call. I emailed the company I had purchased the gift from too. 4 days later I received an email to say my parcel would be delivered that day between 10.29am and 11.29am and so again made sure someone was home. It was delivered at 8.40am. I then received an email saying my query had been closed, without any explanation. Not impressed on this occasion

Got this email, never received a parcel from you. I was expecting something so got worried. Tried to get in contact with you, couldn't find a phone number so filled in one of your forms and never heard back from you. I would now steer clear of this company at any cost.

2 parcels were left on Saturday, don't know which one you left but both parcels were left outside. We were in but not much effort was made to contact us.

Easy to arrange, but hard to sort any problems out as no contact centre, but cheap... DHL quoted 25, Ipost was £7. I was kept up to date with collection and delivery times, although the original collection was for 19.00 -20.00, but the business closed at 17.00! No way of changing. Next day got an email saying parcel will be collected at 18.45-19.45... no better, but it ended up being collected before17.00. Over all, cheap, efficient...as long as there are no problems that you would like to speak to someone about!

The experience is quite horrible I would say. Communication: Email: there were some initial email but it stopped after 2 days and when they flagged delayed. Absolutely no communication even if it continues for another 5 days. Website: There is no update on their website that might be helpful. Over phone: I would say you only call them when it’s late and it’s very unprofessional when you don’t know the reason and they just apologise for the delay and keep repeating the same. There was no record of my call when I called the 2nd day. Delivery: Driver was not aware of how many boxes he should be delivering and why he is missing one, not aware of the details on his handheld system. All the boxes handed over were in precarious conditions almost black and dirty and some of them severely dented even though they were all showing fragile. Driver was rude and was insisting to sign so that he can go even if was missing a box and would not have patience till I call their customer care. The customer care was prompt is saying there was actually a mistake and it should be one box less where I know he was missing a box. I asked him to confirm in writing which never came. It was told by the customer care that the initial delay was because the driver could not get the way to our building and he could not contact me as the number was incorrect. But the driver was fully versed as I later came to know he is the same person who is frequent to our building from our concierge.
