i paid for afternoon pick up it was early morning when they picked parcel up the driver told the person there were no afternoon pick ups so why was i charged for this service.Also i paid for next day delivery it took 2 days to be delivered no phone call or email to let me know it was going to be a day late and no reason for lateness not happy.let hope it,s better next time.

at the Hartelpool's delivery i would accepted more flexibility from the driver and not to leave the parcel behind for an extra day. my friend had to drop it at the collection point.

Although the address been pretty clear, the package was delivered to another office in the building. The delivery status was only saying: "Signed by Consignee" ... I called iPost, but couldn't get much more information. I had to chase the package in the other offices, what is unacceptable!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTANT !! find a better one !! Failed to collect the first time, I emailed to them the same day. Three days on and still no reply of at least the apology. Replied after 3 DAYS via email saying will collect on the following day. In total the parcel delayed by 5 days and no refund given.

Your standards have dramatically dropped. My last 3 parcels have been mysteriously delayed and getting information out of you is akin to getting blood out of a stone.

What on earth is this shambles of a company!! I should of read the reviews before using them. I am in disbelief that this company can even exist in today's society. The cheap prices are great, but you soon learn why, it is like paying a £3 for a haircut, great price but the barber makes you look like Wayne Rooney before his hair transplant. You pay for appalling customer service, any company that does not have a telephone contact number should ring alarm bells. They know how many complaints they get so think why bother listening to them all. When we could ignore their emails. I waited in for the whole days 8:00-18:00 after re arranging delivery and still have the parcel. Why I ever used this company is beyond me and just want to save other people the stress of posting with I take your money and don't post any parcels. Thanks Parcel Pete for your sheer incompetence and hope the Managing Director looks at this review as I will NEVER use you again and will continue to write and share terrible reviews as I feel for anyone who uses your terrible business. For readers of this review look at the others and think twice for your sake.

delay too long time around almost one week and few days more! Wrong product box that belong to someone and my other product box missed. fortunately replacement was success. that's all. next time i will leave a note on the door when you deliver again. because i am deaf, not hear doorbell and am live in flat building. thank you.

My parcel was to be picked up between 8am and 1pm, at 1pm my friend contacted me and said no one had turned up yet. So, that afternoon was spent trying to get hold of ipostparcels, but with only an email contact available I got increasingly frustrated not getting any response. I emailed several times...nothing. I was then told that the driver turned up at 4.30pm, but was not the driver it was supposed to be, it was his mate! Who had turned up with no paperwork which I had paid extra for, and had no idea what the con number was or where it was going. After being told that they would not give him the parcel until he knew more about it, the driver made a phone call and assured my friend that it was going to my address. I was now VERY nervous, but it was delivered the next day by 10am which was great. The service was quick when it happened, but the pick up not happening when it should, paying for extras that didn't get done, not being able to call anyone, or even get a response at all makes for very poor customer service, and they have only given me a 10% discount off the next time I use them. I doubt I will get to use this. Shame, could be a great company.

I am very disappointed with the service. I was expecting my wedding dress to be delivered yesterday and was out until 12pm. When I arrived home I was happy to realise I hadn't missed the delivery and when to track my dress on the website. The website state that my dress had been delivered and signed for at 8am, which immediately sent me into a panic, thinking my wedding dress had been delivered to and signed for by somebody else. I checked with neighbours, contacted the seller to check the address and searched the front garden when my parcel finally arrived. When I questioned the driver as to why my parcel was showing as delivered and signed for, he proceeded to tell me that they're all signed out before they leave the depot in the morning. So really there is no point in being able to track a parcel!! I will not be using this service in the future and would discourage other people from using it to send any items I buy too!

The overall performance of the staff is Ok but the ones that answer the emails are questionable Please study the following cases CCD9AC7, CCDF756, CCDD946, CCDDA81, And finally CCDF756 came up with some clear information. I can’t understand that even the Regional Customer Care Team Leader Rosie Cornish gets it totally wrong if she has read my Emails she should understand that I want the Parcel Collected on Tuesday the 25 Feb 2014 There will be nobody at the collection point on the 24 Feb is that clear now. So please for the last and final time confirm that you have understood this and email me a reply so that I can read that you have finally understood what I want. I am considering sending this to Mr McDonald CEO at Head office for his information and opinion. Best wishes Alex The delivery was very good and always has been so in the past, This time I can only mark it as normal

I had a bit of a panic because I couldn't send the label to the person I was having the package collected from.. But the Driver arrived with a label ready to go. I arranged the collection in the evening, the following morning it was picked up and the next afternoon it was delivered. Cheap too. Great!

I received my parcel back 26th February , the box was very squashed, luckily the dolls inside we're not damaged, had just spent a great deal of money to get my vintage dolls repairs.

contents of parcel was broken, the top of the parcel had obviously had heavy items put on top or someone had sat on it

I arranged a collection for the 20th Feb but nobody turned up to collect. Waited in for 3 more days and still no collection. When emailed to find out what was going on and request a refund, I was told an attempt was made 3 days in a row but nobody was in to pass the parcel over so no refund. I don't understand why anyone would arrange a collection then go out 3 days running. I really am not happy with these and am fighting with them to get my money back. I really would not recommend this company. Go for yodel instead!

This was supposed to be picked up on 21st February & delivered on 24th February. Courier did arrive to pick up on the scheduled date but just because he arrived at a time when both the girls were on the phone with customers, he didn't even wait for a while & just decided to leave. Very disappointing!

Was left at the house next door and evidently signed for by them. No note left with me to say so. It was left to me to work this out for myself
