I sent a parcel with IPost Parcels, when it arrived it was destroyed it looked as if it had been repeatedly run over by a car and stamped on......inside was a laptop which I described on the form before sending, the case of the laptop was broken and cracked despite very careful packaging. I tried to contact them via their online form and was totally ignored, they didnt even dignify it by replying until today when I received an email telling me my case was closed. Ive spent most of this afternoon looking for a phone number to ring them eventually finding one I rang it to be told it was UKMail I had reached and Ipost was a different department.....when I looked at my consignment history for the number of the parcel I sent I found all my history had been deleted so I dont have a consignment number anymore. I was then given another number to ring which is supposely ipost parcels in Bristol after eventually getting through I was told I was in a queue and there was one person in front of me I have now been on hold with the most annoying noise for 20 minutes..... Do not trust this company!!!!

Lousy service!!!!!!! Booked an international delivery last week. Was meant to be collected next day but nothing happened. Contacted help desk via Facebook and was told an error has occurred and I would be refunded in full and to rebook. Received refund and rebooked for collection today. Still not collected and again they apologised and told I'd receive a refund. Will wait and find another courier who is reliable. Won't be using again

Very disappointed. Had used you before a number of times with no problems. This time parcel was not collected. No email to explain why. I sent various contact enquiry forms and had no replies. Hard to get a telephone number to contact you. Very poor customer service. No explanation for delays. Very disappointed as I had sung your praises to all my friends and then this happens. Wont be using you again I'm afraid.

Having horrendous problems! Please beware of using this service. Out of three parcels I asked them to deliver not one got there on time and two have still not got there. One I am told has been misdirected - a day after it was supposed to be delivered so I am being told it won't get there till tomorrow - three days late. The other is being held for five days in their holding centre because they don't deliver to a PO Box address, although they took my money and collected it from my address and checked the address it was going to. I am now told this parcel will be returned to me to post out with some other courier service.

Cooker hood arrived damaged. Awaiting collection and replacement. It had a glass panel that was smashed. It was well packed, so damage must have occurred during transit.

After being advised of a change in delivery address to my work address, UkMail still delivered to my home address, didn't obtain a signature as nobody was in yet filled in the box 'Smith' and left my soft furnishing items in my green wheelie bin. Diabolical to say the least!

Was collected Friday to be delivered Monday. Did not turn up until Wednesday. Was stuck in waiting for 3 full days. Not impressed at all

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address signed for by someone using my name (therefore must have either been written down incorrectly by the driver or disclosed to the person at the wrong address by the driver) and no response to my enquiry regarding where it was. I had to do my own investigation to find it myself. Disgusting ! Seller was informed too!

Parcel was not delivered in the time slot given. I received an email saying the driver had been delayed, yet still no parcel delivered that day. The next day, still no parcel delivered even though the system shows the parcel was signed for using the 2nd half of my business name- COAST- ( Guess this was the driver?) not signed for by me or a neighbour. No calling card left to say if it has been left somewhere. Still waiting for someone to call me back. Awful service and still waiting for my delivery. I do not see why I have to keep calling and chasing where my delivery is, when the supplier of the things I ordered from them, choose to use this service with you? surely it is your responsibility and the person who is paying for the delivery to find out where my order is?

Parcel picked up 21st January to deliver to my daughter in Germany it has still not been delivered. A complete farce with only ways to contact them is by writing or small box to fill in a few words of complaint. Have used before Xmas to same address with no problems but would think twice before using them again.

The actual speed of getting the parcel from A to B was really good but it all went downhill after that. The parcel - packaged in a large white cardboard box-was left under a trampoline in the garden, hardly a waterproof location, which was also in plain sight of anyone travelling along the road. I'm amazed it was still there when I came home. At least it didn't rain or snow, otherwise I dread to think in what condition the contents would have been in. This is the first time I've ever received a parcel delivered by ipostparcels, hopefully you'll improve before the next one arrives.........

I have used this service without complaint until recently! This is the third parcel which has not been picked up when it should have been. I just love staying in all day I do not have anything better to do like go to work!! My customers are starting to think I am playing them for fools.

Don't use this company. You can't phone them when they loose your parcel, and 2 months later they are still ignoring my emails. When I contacted paypal to reclaim the £40 I paid ipost for non-delivery they responded! Guess what they said? They has no record of me contacting them!? If you want to be insulted and have to refund somebody you've sold something to, choose ipost.

I use this company all the time. not any more. A delivery I paid for in December did not get delivered. I have just had a delivery done and one of the items was damaged. 3 emails and a telephone call later, I still have not had an answer. I now have to post my goods again and pay postage. Trying to ring this company is a nightmare.

Very poor - the driver left package on the doorstep then drove off before I had time to answer the door!! Had I not been in it could have sat there all day without me knowing!!

My parcel arrived on the day stated in a text I had received which was sent on the morning of delivery. However the text stated it would be with me between 5.30pm & 6.30pm. However it was quite fortunate that I had returned home at noon that day & had planned to stay in that afternoon as the parcel delivery driver knocked on my door at 1.30 pm some 4 to 5 hours earlier than the message I'd received. If it had been a delivery date for another day I would not have been available to take receipt of the parcel. What is the point of sending customers messages on the exact morning of delivery. Stating that they will be delivered at a specific time and their delivery driver turn up 4 to 5 hours earlier. To be honest it's not good customer relations, How do you know a person will be available on the day. I suggest that a message is sent the day before so a customer can arrange for someone to be available. Well that is providing the delivery driver delivers the parcel at the time stated on the message and not hours before the time given. Very upset lady from Scunthorpe, Extremely bad customer relations!!!
